After getting back into LD'ing, I've been keeping a dream journal for about two months. The problem is, my recall at the moment isn't a whole lot better than when I started. Each dream I remember is usually a quarter of an A4 page or less, and only about 2 or 3 dreams have taken up a full page. When I lie still after waking up, details of the last dream I had will come into my mind, but it's usually not much. I concentrate really hard, but don't remember much. I sometimes do WBTBs, but they haven't helped much either. I've tried vitamin B6, but it didn't do anything. Any advice?
