2 minute long MILD supplement
This is a short and very power technique that helped me develop 99% recognizeable dreamsign and enchance the quality of my lucidity.
Even if you dont plan to actively try to get a LD that night, you can still use this technique to raise your chances:
When you go to bed, spend about 1 minute thinking of one or two dreamsigns that are present in your dreams, yet you dont recognize them often. Now think of a few reasons why you should recognize that dreamsign when you see it. Think of the most convincing reasons that offer no leeways.
An example: I often see guns in my dreams, yet I dont posess a gun in real life. So I would think something like "If I will handle/fire a gun, I will instantly realize it is a dream, as I do not own a gun in real life. None of my friends/parents/co workers have a gun, so I do not have access to guns. Therefore if I'll have a gun in my hands it must be a dream"
Now, after you done that , think of 3 things you would like to try if you will become lucid. This is especially helpful if you want to perform some kind of experiment, but often get distracted by DCs, flying, sex , etc. Now if you will enter a lucid dream and think of what you wanted to accomplish, one of these things will come up !
All this stuff doesnt take longer then 2 minutes, and offers very good results!
