Thread: i can never remember my dreams!

i tried all the tips on this site and i cant remember my dreams!

You just have to keep trying, eventually it will come. How about not trying, i like to give this idea to people:

One of the most important things is to not want it too much. When you are trying to force yourself to remember a dream, it won't work. Try to let it come naturally. Practice makes perfect.

When you are consciously intending to remember your dreams, your subconscious will pick this up and you will notice that you remember more and more of your dreams. In the beginning it may be just a fragment , or a feeling. But it will develop into complete dreamscenarios. Be patient and persevere.

I too have trouble remembering my dreams, or i will remember them and just not have enough motivation (usually i just feel extremely tired) to write them down. But with persistance i find myself remembering and writting down more dreams than i was a month ago so just keep trying.

I recommend trying to write as soon as you remember anything. I find that when I start writing, I start recalling more and more.

It'd be easier for us to help you if you told exactly what tips and tricks you've tried
