I have horrible recall except for times.I believe this is because my subconscious does not find recall important. I think something similar happens a lot of times when I go to the bathroom.My mind does not find it that important and puts it in the back of my mind. so i recall it poorly.I guess its because I don't have a good reason.I thought my reason for recall was to lucid dream, and my reason for lucid dreaming is to have fun.I think I need to define my goals better.one goal I have is to find my dream guide and ask him/her how to get lucid more. but then why do I want to become lucid more? to have fun? I guess my subconscious doesn't think that is important.any info on how I could change this would be helpful.
