Have you been keeping a dream journal? That's pretty much an almost certain way to get your recall ability up. In the morning, dedicate a few minutes to thinking about your dreams, before you start thinking about your day and what you plan to do or getting ready. Just lie in bed (if you're able to without falling back asleep.) It helps if you lie in the same position you were sleeping in, and spend a few minutes trying to remember any dreams you had. If you only remember fragments, think about those fragments and see if they remind you of anything else about the dream. Then write whatever you remembered down, in a notebook or on the computer, whatever is easiest for you. Within a few days of doing this, you'll probably be remembering a lot more. |
