My sleep patterns have changed slightly my partner works until 11.30 So i usually fall asleep for a few hours around 10 then go to sleep 12-12.30 latest and alarm goes off at 6.35. |

One thing I never gave a chance with was WILD I always DILD I think WILDing would be better for me I usually wake up around 4-5 in the morning very briefly |

I had two terrible weeks of recall which I relate to having two days each week that were really off my sleep schedule. It is not nice at all so I feel for you. |

Checker666 makes a good point - take that a step further: Any changes in your daily routines from diet/nutrition, daily activity, stress level, life events, etc. Not just "bad" stuff but good/neutral stuff too. Even small changes in what you eat, for example, could be having an effect if it means you are getting different vitamins/minerals. |
