      NyQuil, Dream Recall, and DEILDing

      Hi, I had a cold last week I had a cold and I've noticed that it killed my dream recall so I was all the way back to square one. But I wonder if you could DEILD while you use NyQuil. If you have please post.

      You could definitely DEILD when taking Nyquil, I've done it before. But the lucid I had afterwards wasn't very vivid. In other words, Nyquil kills my recall too; I wouldn't be surprised if other people say the same.

      I'll agree with NyQuil killing dreams, or at least the recall. Most sedative medications I have taken over time interfere with dream recall.
