i am pretty sure you can have a false awakening and not become lucid. i sure have!
although afterwards i have often thought, FAs could be a great dream sign! i wish i could train myself to reality check every time i woke up.
do you get a lot of FAs?

No, if this was a real FA... this would be the first, i just called it FA becouse i dreamed about doing stuff in my bedroom, i dont remember it very well
