Strawbaeri's Dream Worlds

Just starting my dream journal. I didn't remember last night's dream, so I'll try again tonight. Until then....

My dream history:

Dream recall: I used to be pretty good at remembering my dreams. But in the past year, I have been suffering from sleep insomnia, and am so tired by the time I finally get to sleep, that I can barely recall falling asleep.

WILD: I've had WILD moments in the past, at times when I am woken up while in the middle of a really fun dream. I remember as many as four occasions in the past 3 years when this happened, and I was able to close my eyes, and enter my dream world again, fully conscious that I was dreaming. It wasn't until I Stumbled across this site that I realized what this was!! I LOVE when this happens, and am really looking forward to learning how to do this regularly!

Flying: When I was about 13, I used to have this dream (the same dream, over and over) that I was fly-pushing (as I called it). In each dream, I was trying to get away from someone and running as fast as I could. And each time, I would start floating through the air, parallel to the ground. It wouldn't last for long, though, and in order to stay up, I had to push off of another object and I would go higher in the air. I would do this bounce/pushing/flying/floating thing to get around and get away from my pursuer. Those were the greatest dreams, and the closest I have ever come to flying. I want to be able to really fly!
