Thanks everyone! I haven't had good recall Lately AT ALL. Last night I listened to a tone that was supposed to induce Lucid Dreams but It gave me a nightmare. Ill try to remember tonight!

Maybe that's the way it induces lucid dreams. I became lucid in a dream where my dog was a huge zombie dog, but was too paralyzed with fear to move.

Yeah, still no recall. :/. I think it is because ive been busy and I haven't been thinking about LDing.

My dry spell, finally over!!!! YES!

My mom, my brother, my dad, and I were driving home from somewhere and once we were almost there a Police was behind us. It didnt have sirens on. We parked in out garage and the people in the police car stopped and got out. The looked and acted like Disney people :/. They got in my car and everyone in my family got in my car again. We drove to a random place and then the disney/police people gave me a camera. We stopped out car my mom, my dad, and the Disney/police people got out and so did I. All of a sudden I was taping them with the camera and they were going downhill in anther car. Like a Trailer sort of. The Trailer thing tipped over and then I went up to it and I heard laughing in the car :/. They kept laughing until the dream ended.
Weird right? It doesn't really make sense... but my dry spell is over .

Tough luck. I haven't had any recall the past couple of days either. I build it up, and it gets blasted apart one morning. -_-

Well I remembered my dream last night. It was one of my reccuring nightmares. unfortunately I can't explain it no matter how hard I try to. It' like a feeling I haven't felt before. A weird emptiness within and around me.

Do you mean it's literally empty around you or this is only the way you feel? I read in one of the tutorials that nightmares can be so intense because your emotional part of the brain is in high gear while your reasoning and rationalizing is all but turned off.

So when that feeling creeps in, you have no way to rationalize it away, whatever it is. If I were you I'd be very interested in trying to figure it out. Stay aware of it in waking life and try to figure it out, make it part of your dream studies and not something of a hurdle.

That Disney/police dream sounded pretty surreal. You just have to wonder when stuff like that happens.

Too bad about the recent lack of recall. I hope it comes back to you soon.

Yeah, like that. Its like how I feel and I feel an emptiness around me. Sometimes I see (I don't know it not really seeing) a ball bouncing back and forth.

Wow! My recall lately has be H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E lately but last night I remembered TWO dreams in pretty good detail!

The Waterpark
My mom was taking me to a water slide that goes on for a very long time and is up high. It's not really a water park because its only one water slide. Anyway as we got there I saw one of my best friends, Taylor at the lobby area and I forgot what he said. Anyway he sort of disappeared and I sort of wandered off upstairs without my mom looking. In front of me, was the water slide. You didn't see it go down but it shot you off straight. The next thing I knew I was in the water (Not feeling wet at all) and I was jetting towards opening. I realized my mom didn't know where I was and we hadn't payed for it so I tried to get back to the front. The water was pushing against me so I couldn't get back to the entrance. All of a sudden I was at my house. I was texting Taylor about the water park. This went on a while then it ended.
After I woke up I went back to sleep almost immediately.
Now for my next dream:
I was in my house with my grandpa, a random old man, and my mom. I was talking to the old man about something but I forgot. After a while we get a call (I think my dad) that tells us to go to a restaurant. In the car we say we'll be out until 10 P.M. and the random old man says
"I NEVER stay up THAT late!"
I thought my grandpa was sad because I was talking to the old man so much (lol). Once we got the the restaurant the door was locked. All of a sudden These random scary looking people were chasing after us. We were tricked! They looked like they were going to kill us. From being scared, I woke up.

its been a long time since my last recall....I think it's because i've given up on LDing for a while but im getting back into it and I think in a couple of days my recall will be awesome!

In the New World randomly LUCID! (WBTB)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

Hey everyone! I just started getting back into lucid dreaming yesterday and well I had a lucid last night!!! It was a WBTB and I woke up and went back to bed like 5 times and I continued the same dream I started! Anyway I'm suprised because I just started getting back into it but this will defintely encourage me more! I want to say that I sort of remember the dream before I got lucid but mostly I just remember when I got lucid and to the end. I will try my best to recall everything that happened before lucidity. Ok here I go:

I was with my family. We lived in a world underground and had no idea there was a world above us but there was. For some reason my family and I were trying to find a new world. I have a feeling this dream stated because: I read a book series recently about two kids discovering they lived underground and they found the world above ground, in World Civ. we are talking about the explorers discovering the "New World", and in literature we read a short story about people living on Venus and the sun only comes out every 7 years and it rains 24/7 so they have to live underground. Anyway We started walking on a dirt trail and after a while we came across a cliff overlooking a city. I said "Is this the new world?" and they said "Yes." I remember it was dark out but not too dark. Around 8 P.M. maybe? My mom and my brother went to go look around one area while my dad and I went to go look in another. My dad and I followed a dirt trail. We came to a point where we could go on a REALLY narrow trail or turn right and go on another less narrow trail. I wanted to go on the narrow one but my dad randomly turned right and started walking. I followed. The next thing I knew I was walking with ALL my family and I notice a piece of paper on th ground. I go to look it. It says the magic words: "Do a Reality Check." Woah 0.o. I realize this is a dream and do a reality check. I can breath through my nose when it is pinched. I am in a dream. I automatically feel myself being pulled out so I rub my hands and spin. It works. I can feel myself lying in bed and my vividness was horrible. It never crossed my mind to say to myself "Increase Vividness" or anything like that. I wasn't thinking that clearly but I knew I was in a dream. I flew through the air and tried to pick up speed but of course it didn't work. I was switching from 1st to 3rd person randomly but I could control where I was flying. The feeling of almost slipping out of my dream was strong. I saw a parking lot and landed in it. My family was there waiting for me. Some strangers walked by and gave me weird looks. My family was telling me to get in the car and we will go to happy world. I was like uhhh...no thanks? Then suddenly I woke up. Even though it wasnt the best im glad I was lucid. I'm going to try again tonight! I was so happy even though the vividness/control was limited. I was suprised how much I remembered.

For your 2nd LD, that isn't too shabby. My 2nd one probably was way worse...of course I wasn't on DV yet....so, yeah...

Well no recall last night. I remember being a leader like person of a castle or a boat?

Cannibalism (Non-lucid)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

This dream was kind of weird and freaky...I had to write a report about cannibalism yesterday so that most likely produced this dream. Anyway here it is:
I stepped into my house breathing in the air. I notice the paint on the walls are a different color but I didn't think to do a reality check. >.< Anyway I see a door that I have never seen before and decide to walk in it. I open up the door slowly, for some reason im scared. I step inside to the dark room. BOOM! A flash of bright light fills the air. I am standing in a empty field. I recall it was very bright. Then over a grassy hill I see hundreds of people charging towards me. I notice these people are covered in slime/dirt/grass/mud and they all have yellow teeth. I stand there calm staring at them. Why I was calm I don't know?? Once they reach me they stop suddenly. For about 30 seconds they stare and let out a scream. They pick me up and all of a sudden we are in a village and im on a stick over a fire. They are chanting like wild animals. My heart racing inside me. I switch to a 3rd person view and see myself getting burned. This was really gross. They started cutting me open and eating me and the emotion was to much and I ended up waking up. Creepy, right??? 0_0

That is creepy. Did you see your guts spill all over the floor, your skin melting? lol...

lol actually i dont think there was any blood or anything....0.o but I did see my heart..

That still is pretty creepy. I don't know if i've had a TRUE lucid dream, but I imagine seeing yourself in 3rd person is already kinda scary.

Yeah, it is. Anyway not much recall lately, I DO remember that all my dreams last night had some sort of Christmas song in it???? I know right? Weird..

Subdivision Wars (Non-lucid)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

Wow 0.o another scary dream...my mind is a freaky place xD.
Every subdivision (neighboorhood) in the world was fighting against eachother. All out wars..everywhere. Some neighboorhoods send assansins to come and kill everyone in another neighboorhood. Anyway I was out walking, waiting for my school bus. In the corner of my eye I saw a note. I picked it up. It read: "Beware, the murders tonight." 0_0 All of a sudden I was at my house alone. Everyone else was at a party at my neighbor's house. I had to warn them we were all going to die tonight. I stepped out of my house, it was dark. Complete Silence. Complete emptiness. I started running over to my neighbors house. I heard a voice. "Stop." I look around and see a rocking chair my dad sitting in it in the middle of the street. "Come here." He asked what I was doing. I said "i'm going over to the party, an assasin is comming tonight!!" He simply said "No." I ran for it and the next thing I knew he was in front of me with a knife walking slowly. "No." He inched closer.
Thats my dream 0.o. Lol that could be a good book if it was longer and more detailed. It was creepy. I woke up at like 2 AM and heard noises in my house xD.
