feel free to post in my thread, hoping to learn something from your observations.

only dream i really remember.

i'm in my kitchen, counter top is empty... like if i removed everything to clean it. i see this roach running across the counter... wierd, i haven't seen a roach in my house for atleast 5 yrs. i take off my shoe, and moosh it. it's not dead, it just bounced... and now it's trying to make it's get away. the roach is bigger too. here i am trying to mash this thing. it doesn't die, and it's getting bigger. finally it's the size of my fist, as it's going over the edge of my counter, i hit it one more time it jumps again, and falls over the edge of my counter. then it climbs back on the counter, and tries to run across it going the other direction. but now my counter is full again. microwave, dishrack, toaster oven. all back in it's place like magic. so now i'm trying to mash the roachie, while moving things out of the way. roachie disappears under the sink.

i see my dad walk into the kitchen, and i ask him, "dad, what happened? the counter was empty, and i was trying to kill this roach, and all off a sudden it's full again!" my dad responded, "sorry, i finished cleaning the counter, and put everything back."

then i woke up to go to the restroom

this happens to me a lot in my dreams. i notice/wonder about things, but never really realize that i'm dreaming. i notice something is not right/out of the ordinary, like when i'm hitting the roach, but it's not dying, and it's getting bigger.

i'm also wondering how did the counter get furnished again in the time it took me to look over the edge of the counter to find the roach. but it never occurs to me that it just might be a dream.
