hey, new here so i'm just gonna go for it with sharing a few of my dreams for now, feel free to comment.

So i read this website on tuesday night after being bored and wanting to know how i can remember my dreams better and never did i know about lucid dreaming before and i am now fascinated. i didnt sleep very well at all tuesday night so i dont have any dreams from then but wednesday night however....


I am going to my old friends Marc's house to return his game boy advance to him. My friend Marc who i have not been friends with for just over 2 years when i moved away and the last time i even saw/spoke to him was about 9 months ago on a visit. I go to his house (not his house in RL) and his mum answers the door. She says "i'm sorry, he has a new friend now". I disregard this and walk straight past her into the house and go to Marc's room. I open the door and the first thing i see is his bed. I see movement under his bedsheets and i soon realise i may have interrupted him having sex. For some reason i throw his game boy advance into his room and it lands on the floor somewhere. I then enter the room and pick it up and give it to him. He seems unfazed to see me. He is standing in front of me with no shirt on and he shows me his belt which has an etching of a man being kicked in the ass by a horse on it (wtf?). He laughed at this and then points me to something else in his room which depicts the same thing (i can't remember what it was). Then i notice his girlfriend, she has pink hair and is wearing a leather kind of strappy top (i watched the matrix night before, Trinity anyone?) she is not his girlfriend in RL (not last time i saw him anyway). She says to me "we're having a barbecue, you can have some if i dont mind eating bacon off the bone". Then Marc has left and i am sitting near his window next to his girlfriend and next to her another woman who i cant put a face on. His girlfriend jumps on me in a sex position and i felt rather uncumfortable with this. I thought at the time she may be doing this so that Marc would see and that i would not be welcome here again. I struggle her from me then she starts acting all upset like if Marc sees this then she'd get the same result. I don't think the other woman who was there approved of what she was doing. I leave the room and enter the bathroom across the corridor. I look in the mirror and notice some of my teeth are missing and the teeth i do have are too small and spaced apart and that i also have some irregular weird spikey teeth on front of my bottom teeth. I look in the sink below and see two teeth which have possibly fallen out of my mouth. I take another look in the mirror and then realise that i am dreaming.......and wake up.

naturally when i woke up i tongued my teeth to see if they were all there :lol: . more to come soon i hope.

Ha, nice dream... the part about the belt with the ass-kicking had me laughing all over the place. Funny funny.

ok so i'm pretty sure i had a first lucid but see what you make of it...

1st dream (not lucid)

this is just the end of a drea, the rest of which i cant remember. I was on a bus with some people and we were travelling through a busy town. the bus driver was driving at some speed and at one point sped through some traffic lights timing passing some other cars perfectly and gliding through. everyone on the bus was cheering the bus driver on. we come towards a sharp turn which the bus has to turn into where the was a road going to the left just before a slight downwards incline with a bridge going over it. The bus turning left tilted right onto its side (it had suddenly become a double-decker at this point) then span round the other way and i had a real sense of falling. The bus span and crashed all over the place before finallystopping upright in front of the bridge. The sheer releif of being alive after genuinly fearing for my life was what woke me up from an intense dream.

i woke up and it was about 4 in the morning. I thought it to be a great chance to test out the WILD technique i read on this site. It was a very intense sensory experience and i'll definately be doing it again :). so heres the dream i had after doing this

2nd dream (lucid)

there was other stuff leading up to it which i cant really remember but where i went lucid went something like this. I was being chased by someone i dont remember why and we were around these small buildings. i escaped by riding on some sort of flying thing, like the stormtrooper ones in return of the jedi but it was orange. I fly towards a park in a town. Its a large park witha playground in one corner. I thought at this point that even though i'm not lucid its rather cool that i'm flying in a dream...in...a...dream...and thats when it hit me like a truck. In that moment everything made more sense than ever and was filled with an utmost happiness, and for a few seconds i enjoyed my flight but i couldnt hold it and gently came to a stop on this small hill, which is where i lost lucidity....

i eventually remember waking up with my body shaking and a very loud and intense noise which seemed to get louder and stronger until it stopped, and i opened my eyes and reflected on what just happened.

oh.my.god :eek: what a night :D

weird dream the other night which i have a vague recollection of...

i was in a pub with some friends, mostly old friends who i havnt seen for years who i went to school with and one prominent friend who i know now. we were all sitting round a table having a good time but not everyone could fit around the table. in fact, some people were resorting to sitting in bins that were around the table, oddly enough. i was right in the middle of everyone on an L-shaped sofa chair thing. i knew that if everyone moved around and shuffled then we'd all be able to sit around the table on the chair but no-one was moving.

that's the main bit of the dream i can remember but there were other spots, like at one point making like it was someone in the groups 18th birthday, and jumping through the door to the bar and sliding across the floor on my knees.

hrmm, thats..interesting, haha. congrats on your first lucid dream, im still pretty oblivious as to whats really going on when im dreaming :P

so far its been no help to me, but its fun to read.

ok, another WILD, another short LD. All this after a spell of nothing for a week and a half or so.

a load of random crap leading to it, false awakenings and such. One bit about me being in my kitchen with my mates Matt and Beth making sandwiches in my kitchen of my old house and a weird bit shortly after about me being in my bed in the same kitchen still making sandwiches. Weird weird weird.

I was in a distorted version of my workplace and i was standing in a secluded part of work and i noticed things missing, things different and it clicked that i was in a dream. I was in awe of the situation and took a few steps back in amazement. Then i got really excited about being in a lucid and actually started jumping around in excitement but it got too much and i woke up. I was quite annoyed by this because unlike my first LD i felt like i had a grip on the situation and shouldnt have let my emotions get the better of me.

Lessons have been learnt and i will continue to make progress i hope. *whew* :shock:

A few weird ones last night...

The first started off with a long explanation of this weird story. There was an old video tape of this guy doing some weird stuff in an airfield and the man dies as a result of some sort of posessed spirit(s) in the airfield. No-one knows where this airfield is and this is when me and some of my friends (who a few i recognised as people i work with) decided to go out and find it, i think. Then we were at a beach doing some stuff and then we left the beach and were walking along a grassy path. I think we were trying to go somewhere in Holland. And at one point we turned right to make a shortcut for some reason. The last thing i remember is being in this weird kind of shack thing and realising that i had left all my clothes except my swimming shorts which i was wearing at the beach. But i thought this was ok because i need some new clothes anyway. THE END.

sometime after this my alarm woke me up at 5.30am so i could wake up then sleep again as i like to do when i can, both my lucids so far have come this way. Unfortunately before i could concentrate on being lucid i fell asleep again...

I just remember being in this weird kinda dance club which was just a large room with a stage in front. There was some dude rapping along to some rock music. There was some black dude standing in front of me looking at me disparigingly, i think it was because i wasnt dancing. Then the scene changed pretty quick when my friend Jo came in. I could still hear the music but we were in a more house-like environment and she was looking at a website on the computer, something about my friend Rachel having her arm chopped off! with pictures! But even in a dream i could tell they were photoshopped. THE END.

The first dream was almost the setting for a really cool horror movie. I've gotta write that :P

I'm back! With not one but two LD's! same night.

It was kind of an LD cluster where i kept waking up and sleep again, but as there were two main themes to them i am going on that it was two.

LD 1: No escape from work

A few different ones which all featured being at work. Can not remember how i came to be lucid but it lastest way longer each time than any of my LD's before. I noticed and laughed at how distorted and different my workplace looked. At a point i tried jumping through a wall which didnt work and then through a window which also didnt work. I cant remember the situation but i tried to fly, levatated a little then woke up. I also was fooling around with this woman who didnt like it at all, so i stopped (i'm such a gent :P). I also tried dream spinning but woke up straight away.

I cant even remember how many times i woke up and fell straight back into it all again, but each time lasted a long while (for me anyway).

LD 2: The church and chat with Matt

For some reason i was at a church, i dont remember the interior of the church but when i was outside i looked left and there was an exit and a low wall. This place was kinda dull so i felt like talking to my friend Matt who i have been speaking to about LDing in real life, to tell him that i am properly experiencing it now. I thought to myself "Matt will be behind that wall" then i walked past the wall and realised it was unlikely as Matt is taller than that wall. I turned around saw a figure on the floor. on closer inspection it was a person sitting down and wearing a green hoody which i recognised straight away, it was Matt. We were like 'hey dude' 'hey man' etc. like we usually do and i told him i was lucid dreaming and i sat down with him and we had a chat about it and stuff. Cant remember any specific stuff but that was probably because i was now very relaxed wuith it all. Then after a while i tried to change the surroundings like create a dreamscape cos we were just looking at a road outside this church and it was kinda boring. I tried to imagine we were looking over a large circular island with a big lake kinda thing in the middle, like mountains and stuff around and i tried to project this onto the surroundings. Matt said he knew what i was thinking but couldnt quite see it and neither could i. It was shortly after this that i woke up, for the last time.


Very happy with last nights dreaming. There was another thing i noticed is that last night before i went to sleep i was feeling quite down with myself, but after the LD's last night all of these feeling had gone this morning. Do LD's help to lift our spirit when we're down?

Interesting night

Well i hope it has lifted ur spirits! i no from previous dreams that i have woken up a little happier than the day before! i hope it has done the same for u, i dont no if such a thing is true.

but dreams are what u make them! u must of wanted to be happier! and in turn have done so!
i wish i could make my dreams make me happier!!

Can sparsly remember a dream from last night

I remember getting on a bus with (i think) Matt (again) and sat at the back and was sitting near my grandmother and (recently deceased) grandfather. Later we were in house in town centre which looked strangely like a converted shop and i remember my other (also recently deceased) grandmother being there. Everything in the house/shop thing was white and it had those vertical blind things on the windows which were facing out onto a street. Can't remember much else apart from Matt almost forgetting his rolling papers :D .

There were others but i cant remember them (because i am an idiot).

some recollection of a non-lucid last night

i was viewing this situation rather than being in it, some sort of meeting was happening by a group of people with another person. The person which stood out was this kinda gothy looking young woman who was intelligent and funny and basically everything i'd like in a womans personality.. One part involved her having a for/against discussion about whether or not what she was wearing (like...fish-net stockings and a netty kinda top y'know...) was a real pattern or not, with her arguing for. They were dining when the meeting took place. The meeting was scripted for the group, as in they had read a script what to say and when etc., and one thing my woman had to say at one point is "Yeh, and i'm the principal of the menus" and she delivered the line in such a witty and hilarious way, to me anyway and i dont even know why it was so funny to me. If i ever spoke to this girl in real life, i would be in love! Afterwards we were back at this room which looked like room 20 from my old secondary school and i was now playing the part of the girl. I lifted my short black skirt in a really slutty way for the only other person in the room (a guy i used to work with called Rob - random) and ceased shortly before more people entered the room. Thats the last i can remember...

Randoms from last night

I was outside a place called Hall for Cornwall (which is and auditorium in Truro, Cornwall, England) at least i beleived i was even though looking back the exterior looked nothing like where the place is. I was with Helen from work, her daughter and a random chinese guy. At one point i felt something get stuck to my back from the chinese guy but thought nothing of it. Helen and her daughter went to get their bus and the group dispersed and i remembered that my bus is at the same time as theirs so i went also (small similarities to a real life cirumstance from the day before). On the way their i found a large group of people i knew, which included my friend Styler and also notably an old school friend of mine called Darryl (who i havnt seen for god knows how long). Styler did something weird like lift me up and run along carrying me somewhere which was very funny at the time. The place i was in beared similarities to Southend High street which is a place near where i used to live. We were walking up the street and there was a man kicking a football (soccer ball for you yanks) very angrily into a row of glass windows, breaking one of them. We continued walking past ad the man kicked the ball in my groups direction, hitting some of them. I shouted back "Hey, watch out will you" to him. He shouted back "fine!" and proceeded to run past us up the road straight towards where a car and a bus were turning a corner, but on tram tracks. I knew what he was gonna do but couldnt stop him. He threw himself underneath the bus and got crushed to death by the back wheels of the bus. I felt quite sick and even heaved a few times. THE END.

A new personal best last night of three LD's in one night!

LD 1: A walk in my head

I was in a close outside street type of place with people from work, and we were kind of acting as if we were at work, but not....weird. Styler who i work with kept wanting me to make him these awesome ice cream flurry bags, which were like tight plastic things with topping and ice cream inside. I remember tasting one at one point and it being delicious. I cant really remember how i became lucid but it was then that i wanted to explore my dream world. I took some turnings and was walking down a street which was a street in the town i used to live in, quite a long road. I was just in awe of how real it all looked, and passing many weird and wonderful looking people on the way. I walked into a building which i think i beleived was the essex snooker centre, although it looked nothing like it. I went in then i was about to go through another door when the dream ended and i woke up.

LD 2: I have a question for you...

I was in work and i remember there being a lot of the other staff eating in the restaurant. I was going home early (like i had done the night before) and i was thinking about how i was gonna get home, which is when i remembered about my real life working and i think this is one of the factors that triggered lucidity when it did. I went into our staff room and it was being completely redecorated. The guy redecorating said all our clothes etc were on this chair that was in the middle of the room. I found some of my stuff, including a lot of items of my underwear. This was just too much and i thought "man, this has gotta be a dream" (i'm so glad i'm getting better at noticing this :D) and then the redecorating guy came back in. I thought this would be a good time to ask, as i never have before, "hey i have a question for you, whats it like to be a character in my dream?" (inspired by Waking Life) he says to me "Well its kinda like i could just be who i am now or i could be....fucking...officer....y'know.....GoPeckham or something!" and we both had a good laugh about that and soon after i woke up again.

LD 3: Flying and failing (to notice something)

I was at work (again) and i overheard a customer asking what water we had here (i was quite thirsty tonight and was thinking about getting up and getting some water before i fell asleep again). I picked out a bottle of water and showed it to the guy. I got bored of this dumb situation and decided to run outside, throw my hat in a bush and start walking up the road. And then i think about flying, and just lifted myself off the ground and i was up and away! I flew quite high and the last thing i remember was seeing the road down below looking quite small before it all went white and i was awake in my bed. I immediately wrote my dream down on the pen and paper i had and when i had finished my mobile phone was making some noises (i thought it was just the alarm i set for myself). I bashed the buttons then looked at the screen and it was doing all sorts of crazy crap i'd never seen it do before. I settled back down and then heard the fan on my PS2 across the room and i got up and switched it off. I wondered how it could juts turn itself on and i thought someone was lurking in the darkness of my room and screwing around. I flipped my lightswitch so i could see them and the light didnt come on and i thought "oh my god, he's removed the lightbulb!" bolted for my bed and sat under the covers and felt a lot of fear then thought for a second and burst out laughing and realised i absolutely must be dreaming! Then i was shouting "increase lucidity" and running down the stairs, went into my parents room and was like "sorry i must have woken you up but its ok you're just in my dream and not really disturbing your sleep" soon after this i woke up again.

Haha, and i had to write down the dream that i dreamt i wrote down again :D

i'm just completely bewildered at how well it went last night, and i'm so glad ive picked up this lucid dreaming as well as i have. This has filled me with utmost confidence for the future.

2 lucids came this morning when i was drifting.

Lucid the first...

i was visualising myself riding a bike around my old neighborhood. I fell asleep and this visualisation continued as a dream. When i realised this was a dream and remembered that i was lieing there in bed i became unable to control myself on the bike and then i could see myself riding the bike, like i was outside my body. Then i jumped on my body and tackled myself off the bike. I then climbed into my body (no, really) and i was now fully lucid, with a body and all. I wandered around for a bit and then woke up, worth mentioning for being such an unusual lucid.

Lucid the second...

i went into a little dream where i was tidying a bit of my room, i realised that it wasnt actually like this in my room and realised i was dreaming so stuck with it. i went downstairs in my house and my mum was in the kitchen cooking stuff, so i left her to her fake dream cooking stuff. I just went outside and had a nice ol' fly around and stuff.....woke up....

short but exhilarating lucid

i was in bed and it sounded like my cd walkman which i keep next to my bed was playing. i went to switch it off and the buttons were all wrong and the lcd display was showing something weird so i knew i was dreaming. i went to my window and pulled back the curtains and from the back of my house i could see a long green field as far as my eyes could see and above it was the bluest of blue skies i had ever seen with small soft clouds wisping gently above. It was perfect. I went to jump through the glass of my window and just bounced right off it. I tried again and bounced off again. Then i imagined i was completely transparent and really focused on being able to glide through the window.....and i did and flew softly in the air over this scene. It was an absolutely magic experience, even if i was flying for a very short time before i woke up....

LD last night

It was night time and i was sitting in a car near to a newly built McDonalds restaurant. I knew this because i could hear some kids at an outside picnic table talking about it. I looked around for any possible signs i might be dreaming and ended up looking at car number plates and then looking back at them and the lettering was going all quakey. I did the same with some boxes and it was soon after that i noticed there was a star consellation drawn out in the sky. It was of this huge guy who i cant remember exactly what the guy looked like i think he was some kinda military personnel. I got out the car and just wanted to fly towards it. I was running down the road trying to take flight but couldnt and then a car started to come in my direction and i knew i had to fly next try, and i did right at the last minute and cascaded upwards then i came back downwards back near my car. There was a woman in the car that almost hit me who got out and said "it's lucky you missed me how you did!" and it was somewhere after here the dream ended....

dream i had while drifting this morning.

I'm in my old house. My brother comes out of the bathroom with something green in his hand. "What's that" i say, "A plant" he says and puts it in my hand. It's some cannabis. "Sweet" i say and put it with my stash. I feel bad for taking it. "Sorry, do you want it?" i say. "No i don't like it you know that" he says. "I know, if i could go back i wouldn't have started" i say (which is not true i'm happy with my experiences of cannabis and still enjoy it, maybe my subconcious is trying to tell me something). I take it upstairs to smoke it as my bong is upstairs. I set it down by the window. I'm in my girlfriends room now. Now i'm waking up again, but my weed is still there. I look at the window and there are 2 girls sitting outside. One of them catches my eye whenevr i look. More kids are arriving outside until there is a crowd of them and they are aware i have been looking outside at them. They start shouting "Gingerbread man!" at me, which annoys me. I get up and get dressed and decide to take vengeance. I go downstairs and try to tie my hair back but i can't. "I don't care" i say. Now my dad is with me and asks what i am doing. "Vengeance" i say and he isn't too keen on the idea until i explain why. I am outside getting a hose ready to spray the kids with. I am pulling the hose out and there are loads of 'products' (sort of cleaning products or whatever, sort of things you'd keep in the garage) on top of the hose and i am knocking them all over as i pull it, much to the annoyance of my dad. I wake up shortly after.
