For some reason I always seem to forget about my dream journal until I have a lucid dream, which I really shouldn't since I don't have an offline dream journal.

November 12th - 13th

Tonight I tried WILDing after waking up in the morning earlier than I would have needed to. In matter of seconds I find myself in my dream bed. I know I'm dreaming, but I do a reality check anyway and my hand had seven (I think) fingers on it. Since I'm curious to do how other reality checks work for me, I pinch my nose and find that I can breathe just fine. As I open the door of my room I try to imagine a friend of mine behind it, but like in my last LD, with no success. Frustrated, I try to float like I've done several times before and find it extremely hard, but eventually I manage to get myself a few centimeters of the ground. I go to our grand piano to see what playing it would be like in a dream. I try to play Loss of Me from Final Fantasy IX, a piece I know quite well, but the piano ends up playing completely different notes than the ones I'm trying to play. It was quite a beautiful melody, but not what I wanted. I tried playing Aerith's theme from Final Fantasy VII as well, but this time it sounded simply horrible. I decide to leave piano playing for a more vivid and clear lucid dreamand I head for the stairs. My dog is there so I tell her to follow me and she does. Downstairs, I head towards my computer and notice a piano chair on the floor behind my computer. I approach it cautiously because I have the strangest feeling it's going to attack me and it's wiggling in an odd way. I tell it to back off and it does. However, I want to meet a dream character and the house seems to be empty so I try changing the scenery by spinning. Halfway through my first spin, I suddenly go stiff and can't move my muscles at all. Shortly after, I wake up.

This dream unfortunately wasn't very vivid, but I gained some more much needed WILDing experience. Hopefully I'll learn to WILD more consistently as the two I've had have come to me very effortlessly.
