Missed Dream Signs (Non-lucid)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

I'm outside of the Creole Kitchen in my home town. A man that I don't know and Dan Rather are walking out. I hear the stranger tell Dan Rather that they are going to go to my dad's house to do a story. They are going to report that my dad has been building this house for 15 years and try to embarrass him. (DS it did take 15 years to build the house, but dad completed the house 15 years ago.) I'm aggravated that they are going to try to make a fool of my dad, because there are good reasons for taking so long to build the house. Dad would work on the house when he could afford to buy material, instead of borrowing money to buy it. I decide to follow them. They cross the road into my dad's yard. I see my son playing in the back yard. When we get to the front of the house, I see my mom, dad, and myself (DS) on the front porch. Dan Rather asks my dad if he can interview him. My dad says, "Sure, come on it". Dan Rather, my dad, and I go to his office. Dan Rather ask my dad, "Mr. Mouton, why is it taking so long to complete this house"? My dad pulls out a Colt .45 and points it at Dan Rather and says, "Get the f*** out of my house, Dan Rather"! Dan Rather screams like a girl and runs out of the house onto the drive way. Dan pulls out a pistol and it's obvious that he doesn’t know what he is doing, because he's waving it around and crying. Dan drops the gun and is running around and freaking out. My dad and I are laughing at him, because Dan and the stranger's plan backfired. I tell dad, "I'll handle it from here". I pick up the pistol that Dan dropped, unload it, then give it back to Dan Rather who is still shaking like a leaf and crying. I tell Dan, "You get the hell out of here, and never come back, you big sissy".

Somehow, I'm back in Lake Charles. I'm standing on the top of the 210 bridge, which is not a bridge but an enormous slide. I decide that I'm going to go down, head first. I slide down and begin walking to work. My alarm clock rings!
