Adventures in Dreamfollowing

I've kept a dream journal for ages but I thought I'd start one here. I usually remember at least one dream a night, and they're usually pretty bizarre. :) I am on a quest (like all of us, right?) to attain longer, more frequent lucid dreams.

Hiding Out.
I am in some kind of prison complex, and I'm going to escape. I'm walking down hallways and I discover J (my husband) is following me. I go down a long hallway with a toilet at the end. J asks what I'm doing, this is the men's restroom. I say I'm going to hide in here. the wall behind the toilet is open to the outdoors and we go through. there are rows of small buildings that are bathrooms and a tall fence all around. I run over to one, the two of us are trying to get to the same one first. we both go into one building. It is empty and we talk about how we will have to hide our stuff so that no one will know we're there. and we'll only come out at night. we go into a room there that is a library. I think, great, if I have to hide out in a bathroom, at least we have access to a library! we hear people coming and hide behind shelves. I am looking out trying to see who's out there. a man and a woman(someone I know?) are there. the shelf I'm behind starts to wobble and falls on him. the woman motions for us to hide. I get behind a desk and cover up with a quilt back there. J is there but has turned into a girl I used to know. we keep down. a bunch of women come in and sit down to eat lunch. we hide for awhile then realize they know we're there and don't know we don't belong here.

Early in the night, I remember images of gardening, and being lucid? Not much. I should have woke up more after this so I'd remember more.

Sting Concert
Later J and I are watching a Sting concert. (we're at the concert, but not. I have a lot of dreams where I'm somewhere watching what's going on around me, but it's more like I'm watching a movie or something.) He is on stage facing the audience behind a huge glass panel. He starts writing words backwards on the glass so the audience can read them. He skips around drawing different parts of the letters and then forming the whole word. I think one of the words he writes is innovation. I say, I really want to go to a Sting concert some day. We leave and find a table of snack food and desserts. We are both stuffed from eating earlier but we start grabbing stuff anyway. There is a pie thing made with sushi that is really good. I also grab some sugar cookies. I go into another room and ellen and rebecca are there showing people these black books of stickers they bought to share for their kids. Rebecca refers to her husband as ex, she's divorced him. I think, well she's young enough, she could have more kids with another guy.

Painting in the snow.
I am at my mom and dads house in the front room looking out the window, it is snowing. I am painting. then I am outside in the front yard at a table painting. I am working on a tiny dollhouse I made. a kid who is the younger brother of Danny, a boy I went to school with, comes around and starts bugging me and being a jerk. he grabs a little doll from my house and throws it. I grab him and shove his face in the snow, yelling that he better get out of here or I'll call his mom. then I throw him aside. he runs off snickering. I get my doll and sit down again but it's raining so I go inside. I am looking down at the driveway from the second floor. I see a girl drive up in a limosine and park it in the garage. she then steals my mom and dads car and drives off. I find my dad and we go out there. she has hooked up their other car to a crusty truck like it's stealing gas or something, so that if the cops come it will look like my dad should be in trouble.

I had another WILD this morning! It was crazy, like some other force in my head kept interrupting what I wanted to dream about.
This morning I woke up when it got light, but instead of getting up, I just lay in bed thinking about lucid dreams. I was sort of slipping in and out of sleep, random music kept playing loudly in my head. at first it was a drum beat. as I fell asleep, I was thinking of standing in a forest at nighttime with J, moonlight shining down on us. I immediately was dreaming and knew it, but instead of my forest, I was standing in a big plowed field. I could see the forest at the other side, so I started walking towards it. then I thought, I'm dreaming, I can fly over there. I started floating that way but it was more like the force was carrying me, flipping me over upside down and causing my vision to blur. I tryed shouting "clear sight!" a few times in my head like I've read but it didn't work. then it dropped me on the ground about 100 feet from the forest. I stood up and walked to the edge and a door appeared there. I went through the door and was in a square, green room with a door in two opposite walls and a bathtub at the other two walls. through the other door I could see an entry way painted light blue, the paint was cracking. people were in there talking. I thought, this isn't right, I need to get to my forest. the man there called to me saying hey there's someone at the door for you so I went to the door and took J by the hand to go to the forest. everything got dark but I could feel leaves around me. finally I saw the moonlight shining down up ahead but then I started hearing loud music in my head again. it started out slow and romantic then Cat Stevens' "Cant keep it in" started really loudly. then I woke up.

this is from saturday nite...
I dreamt J and my mom went together and bought me a little mermaid statue. it was her, sitting on this big dragon head and the whole thing was supposed to be mounted on the wall. ariel was removable and I was looking at her, she was sort of a little kid version and the paint was faded. even in the dream I thought it was kinda weird.

later, I was at some sort of church service but they were having a performance by some tribal dancers, three huge hawaiian looking guys were in front playing drums and chanting. there were painted dancers in the back with native costumes and headdresses. I went out into the hallway and jennifer aniston was there interviewing one of the dancers. she had that same sort of worried look on her face she always has. the dancer was a man, he had a thick accent of some kind and was hard to understand. Jennifer kept asking him stupid questions more like jokes and making fun of the fact that he was hard to understand.

from Saturday:
floating pyramids. I am standing in a row with some other people outside under some kind of awning. it has been snowing and my feet are bare. I realize I'm dreaming and try to will shoes onto my feet. it doesn't work but my feet aren't cold anyway so I forget. there is water in front of me and floating in it are some aztec style pyramids made of cinder blocks, about 4 feet across. I jump across and land on one. each level has plastic doll parts inset in it, one has arms and legs, the next, heads. the very top level has grass planted on it. I vaguely wonder how cinder blocks are floating. I jump back across the water and land next to J, who looks like magnum PI. we make out, then we are at some sort of motel, on the second floor balcony. gypsy (my dog) is with us and she gets loose and runs away, but comes back later on her own.

this is my longest lucid yet! It's starts with me in a bathroom. there is no door and the walls on either side are low, and people are on the other side. a guy starts talking to me and I feel really uncomfortable obviously, so I pull up my pants and leave. when I walk out in the hallway I realize I'm dreaming (bathrooms are a common dream sign) and I see a more secluded bathroom but instead I go into an office type room with some plants and flowers sitting around. I try to remain calm and just observe everything around me. I look at my hands closely and smell some of the flowers (they don't smell much, like most store bought flowers) I go outside and to one side is a parking lot and cars driving by. to the other side is a field with grass and trees. I head toward the trees. the grass is long and it is windy. on a brick wall of a building is a note. I think oh, I can read this and see if it changes! so I read it. It is a handwritten letter on old parchment to someone named selina. I blink and the writing gets smaller. I blink again and it gets larger and the words are different. I walk away, all the time saying to myself, this is a dream. I'm not trying to change anything, just stay lucid and stay dreaming. I think, I should find J though. I come to a really tall, like 50 foot, slide. I walk around the side and see someone on a bike riding down it very slowly. he gets to the bottom and I see it is Tom Seleck. ( I dreamt about him a few nights ago and then saw him on the Daily show. :?: ) He waves to me and says to try out the slide. I start climbing the long ladder, this part sort of fades, like Im imagining it. when I get to the top I feel a little dizzy cause it's so high. I go down and land in the grass next to Tom but now it's J. I say I was hoping I'd find you. we walk to some other tall slides nearby, these are all twisty and wrapping around themselves. other people are here. we decide to climb one to the top. we go up the slide part. J goes ahead of me and I get to a part where I can't get to the next level. I think, well Im dreaming, if I fall, I can just fly to the top. It starts raining and I can feel it on my face. I wonder, wow that's very real, I wonder if my face is wet in real life. then it starts to go black and I wake up. I feel my face and it is wet. I think I was still dreaming at that point though.
I go back to sleep and don't know I'm dreaming. I am at my aunt and uncles house only it doesn't look like it and no one looks like themselves in real life. they have about 13 kids instead of 5. we are all in the kitchen and I decide to make a cup of tea. I look in a cupboard and find a tea bag that's plastic with tiny holes in it. I also find a small glass that's supposed to be a measuring cup. my grandma is boiling water in a coffee machine so I ask her if I can have some before she adds the coffee. she puts a siphoning tube into the water and sucks on it. it starts running out and she puts some in my cup. I go to sit at the table but the only chair left is one where my aunt usually sits. she is gone so I sit there. I notice one leg of the table is cut off short and balancing on my chair. I try to sit without disturbing it but I move too much and the table starts to fall apart. everyone grabs it and we get the leg back on the chair again.

I'm in the army
I am a guy in army training. I am one of the only ones left, all the other guys who started with me have dropped out cause it was too hard. An officer tells me to go through this tunnel and points at a red plastic cylinder nearby. I go crawl in and a little ways in is a tunnel going down through the floor with a ladder. I start going down, it is a tight squeeze. I think, I guess this type of thing is what those other guys who left didn't want to do. I drop out the bottom and Im in a hotel lobby near some stairs. a man on the stairs gives me a funny look. then a girl with long dark hair in a hawaiian shirt and skirt comes and says Im here to take you to lunch. we go outside and walk a few blocks but end up back in the hotel restaurant which is a seafood place.

kitten food
later, I am at my aunt's house again, it is a big square room with a large separate room in the center that is their bedroom. all around the edge thinner rooms are all connected. I go to the door and it is night time or early morning and raining. I call for my kitten to come in and several cats come in. my kitten (a small white and black one) comes and jumps into my arms. I start looking for some cat food for them. I check several cupboards but none of them have cat food. I look into the bedroom and it's dark in there. I try to turn on the light but is a very dim spotlight. someone says, they're sleeping in there so I keep looking for food. the kitten is still in my arms. then I come around a corner and my aunt is there with a small white cupboard on wheels where the cat food is.

bus from work.
I am on a bus riding home from work. I feel down the side of the seat and there are black buttons stuck there. I start pulling them out. they are all different shapes. one of them is a rock shape and has a quote about a rock from someone famous. a girl in front of me (jill?) turns around and starts talking about a garth brooks song where a guy hits a rock driving in his car and dies in a crash. she starts singing it and I realize I know most of the words so I start singing along. by then I have a handful of buttons from the seat and I put them in my bag. I get home only it's more like an office building. all the rooms are dark. I start looking for J and calling him. he is in a back room/ closet going through all his clothes. He has a big pile to get rid of and only like 10 shirts still on the rack. I say are you sure you want to get rid of all these? he thinks they don't fit but hasn't tried any on. I get him to try some on and he decides to keep a light green large plaid one and one with orange watercolor leaves and a bicycle on it.
later, I dream that I have to go to J's work to help them all with some project. I'm supposed to be at my real job but they beg me to stay. so I try to figure out some cover design theyre doing and D has emailed some copy he made in photoshop to put on it. then Jand I are walking home but we're in CG. J is really short, like a dwarf, and I make him taller, but I'm not really lucid.

herding beetles
I am in some kind of science class and we are outside near a forest. we're trying to herd thousands of beetles off of this road into the grass. the beetles are about nickel size. some larger snake like bugs are trying to eat them, but they won't follow them into the grass. I have a rake and I'm trying to scoop the beetles off into the grass and towards the woods. nearby is a log where the beetles hibernate. I start removing layers othe the log until I get to a soft wet layer. I can see movement under neath. I see a shorter route to the forest from where I am and say to a woman nearby, we should herd these right over this path instead of the long way around to where the others were. she tells the teacher this and he gets upset. he says this side of the road is a nature preserve and that side is new york. he is adament on doing it a certain way so we agree with him.

mom kidnapped.
I am in a large sanctuary of some church with calli, a girl I work with. a republican guy comes and asks us to take a survey. wendy t. is also there. we answer some of the questions, one states that breast implants are made of 50% latex, in my dream this was poisonous. he says to just skip that one and laughs. afterwards, wendy says she answered that one. we can't believe that they know this and don't want to tell anyone. I say well if it did get out, either 1. people wouldn't know it was bad, 2. they wouldn't care, or 3. it would make the republicans look bad. I try to find where we were sitting and find my stuff. I go outside and look for my car. I am carrying a bunch of stuff and start dropping some of it. I stop on a grassy island and start shoving it into my bag. it doesn't all fit. a car pulls up right next to me. I pick everything up and walk off. then I am at my mom's apartment. (?) I think, she should be along right behind me. I have her purse. then I see her come up to the screen door. two scuzzy looking men grab her. at first I think they will leave her alone but then they start taking her away. I get really scared. I grab my moms cell phone and it has no numbers on it. I start pushing random buttons. a woman answers, I say is this 911? she says yes. I start telling her my mom is being kidnapped and then realize it's not really 911. I find my phone which opens sideways and has a whole keyboard inside. I dial 911. while it's ringing, I look outside and see the men driving off. they back up right to the door and pause so I look at the license plate. it is 49111S or something like that. I keep repeating it so I'll remember. then I notice the car is black with blue and red angled stripes. I wake up before I talk to anyone.

I had a weird amalgam of dreams at first. I was in the mall I go to in my dreams.
then we're in this mansion type place and there's a story line where a guy throws himself off a balcony and his boy apprentice does the same because he respected him so much. later, J and I are at some park or convention and I go to use the restroom. a bunch of women are in lines, it's like a ride. we all sit in a row and the seats move together on these tracks. then doors close in front of you and you're supposed to go. I can't, I just wait for it to go back and get off.

narnia
later I dreamt of narnia over and over. at times I was in Narnia, other times I was one of the actors in the movie, other times I was watching it on tv. this was first. there was a big crowd around the 4 kids, they were all older looking and were being asked questions. they were saying lucy is the best, she makes the movie! and that susan was wanting to leave but not to worry she has several brothers at home to take her place. (?) then I guess I am the girl who plays lucy. I am in a basement with edmund where we are going to open shops to sell stuff. edmund has several face peircings. his face looks very young, like 3 or 4. his shop is going to sell body jewelry. later the jewelry is gone and we are older. I am more myself now. we are lying on a couch together. I think, I should kiss him, I want to and this is just a dream. he is more like J now. when I realized it was a dream I remember looking around and noticing the texture on the walls. Jand I start kissing. I open my eyes and see J lying next to me in bed. I think I'm awake now, but he has a book sitting on his face so I was still dreaming. I go back into the dream, Im not lucid anymore. now I'm lucy in narnia. Im holding hands with edmund, we're wearing fur coats. we come around a bend and see the ocean and cair paravel which looks like a mansion. nearby is the stone table where we realize a war is going on. we start to run towards a nearby forest, we're being chased by warriors. an old reddish truck starts coming after us. I think, they don't have trucks here, how can that be? we get to a path in the forest and these large ape men in overalls come out and beckon us to follow them. we know them, they've come to save us. I call one momo. then I woke up.

going hiking
we are at sarah and adams house and are packing up stuff to go hiking. we have a huge truck load more like we're moving. I show sarah some handmade dolls I have, two are not very good, I made them. the other is much better, made by someone else. there is also a large paper/fabric doll I made. adam packs it in the truck and I tell him we didn't need it. I get in the truck with adam Im sitting on the wrong side. he is driving through a wet road in a forest kind of recklessly. I think, he's a crazy driver but he's never been in a wreck. he says earlier I drove this road and it was icy, now I can go faster.
convention
I am at some kind of convention with some of my coworkers. I am writing on a large orange paper an announcement to come to our booth. I run out of space so I use a smaller white one for the rest. I don't know what it said. I remember writing the last bit up the side cause I ran out of space. stephanie comes in with her baby who says something retortful. she calls her a diaper head. I take my sign to jenny and heathers table who are supposed to be giving the announcement. jenny is selling small prints of photos and heather has beads. I give her the white paper and leave to go find the orange one but I can't find it in the stacks of big orange posters. by that time tons of people are there.

I am in a house where I apparently live with my parents. I am feeding two cats. one is the one next door. I look out a glass door and see a coyote sniffing around. I worry about my dogs outside and try to think whether it could get to them. I go to the door and let them in. there seems to have been a part where the coyote is chasing one of the cats but she gets away. I go back to the glass sliding door and look at the coyote. I try to lock it. I bang on the glass to try and scare it away. I realize it's wearing overalls. it's mother wearing a dress comes out of the house next door and brings him in. I call to J to come look. when I look back they are inside with the lights off. when I feel all the animals are safe I go to lock a different door, it is a large wooden one like at my parents house. I fumble with the chain latch and a tiny key , realize I'm dreaming and shout at the door, "lock!" I still know I'm dreaming but go over to my parents sitting on the couch and try and tell them about the werewolves I saw outside.

starsky and hutch
I am somewhere with starsky and hutch, J is starsky, we're getting ready to go somewhere. an annoying woman and her husband come over. they think we're they're friends but we don't like them. the man grabs my butt and I grab his hand and remove it with my fingernails. the woman doesnt seem to notice or care what a jerk he is. then I'm in a car with hutch in the back, starsky, J, is driving. hutch and I are talking about the guy and I'm saying he makes me want to kick him in the ass. then we're talking to the lady and she says we should come on a trip somewhere with them. J says, you should come to panama with us next year and I think ugh why did he have to invite them. we're on a porch, there is a find the hidden pictures poster there with cupie dolls on it. s & h collect these. I write hi cutie on this one for them to find. then I am driving a truck, I get to the comic store. it is two stories and packed with people.I don't know why I'm there without J. I see clint and he comes running toward me and gives me a big hug. we start walking around talking. I see the comic store owner and don't want him to see me so I duck down. he has gotten a perm in the back. we're standing on a sort of balcony and clint is telling me he and some friends are going to alabama, then vermont to ski. I leave in the truck, notice a bag I left in the seat is still there. then I'm walking along a road, realize it's a dream and fly up into the sky. It fades out shortly.

art show/ book store
In one dream I am in some big ware house with rooms. J is calling me and mrs. b is with me. we find him in one room where my artwork is hung on the walls. several people are there and he is telling them about my work. J is very tall, wearing heels and dressed like a woman in a black curly wig.
another dream we go to a comic store and heidi and tom from mpc are working there. h seems really nice, I want to talk to her about seeing her online but I don't we look around and they have tons of old books for 70% off. I find one about disney animation that is really rare but it doesn't seem that cool and some of the pages are missing. I pick up a smaller one that has better pictures and stuff. it costs $60 but I figure with 70% off it will be pretty cheap. I go to buy it and it is $6.

early (saturday) night I dreamt about a giant cat dragon in a gym or a big pool. I wish I could remember more of that.
tornado
I am in a truck with a guy I work with and we see a dark sky ahead. a funnel cloud touches down nearby and it gets really windy and dark. I can't see anything but some headlights ahead but I feel the truck being blown off the road. then we are in a building and I'm putting on tennis shoes.

kids
I am at a house with J and my cousins. we're sitting at a table in the front yard talking about why we don't want kids. they are supporting us. H is saying how she would like a job as a creative manager and I tell her she would love it where I work. then J and I drive to where J and A live to pick up them and their kids. it is crazy and hectic and I get out of the car to walk home. we are in CG and my house is nearby. I'm carrying an armful of round tins and stuff which I almost drop. I get home and construction workers are there. I go in the front door which is open. I tell them they're letting flies in. we sit on the floor awhile, my dad is walking around naked. later I am in a gym PE class or something. someone is telling me I suck at whatever we're doing. I get upset and leave. in the locker room I am looking for #18 where my stuff is. I can't get any of the #18s open. a lady helps me. then I remember I was going to buy rich a pop since it's his birthday.

staying with mom and dad
first I am getting ready to eat, I'm going to sit down at a table. some girls I work with and s and l from my HS are there, sort of crowding the table where my plate was. I say excuse me can I get to my plate please and they move for me. I sit down and they start talking about girl stuff. someone says if you had one wish what would it be. everyone says things about their kids or wanting kids. S says to me, what are you going to be when you grow up? I say I haven't decided yet. I say, I want to live in a little house on the ocean one day. I feel uncomfortable and out of place. then J and I are staying with my parents, it is christmas time. I have gotten up and am looking for a bathroom to get dressed but they are full. I go into a large closet. I start thinking about how I always get depressed when we visit them. like I've left the person I used to be there and I have to go visit that person. J and I are getting ready to leave. we're saying goodbys and then we're driving around town with my parents. we pass a house with #6s all over it and a sign that says I love the beast. we kind of laugh, I say well ironically he still celebrates christmas, he has lights up. we stop at a house, my uncle's van is there too. we get out, some people are having a cookout or something. a group of kids are doing a song and dance about chewing tobacco. J thinks it's funny.

earthquake
I am somewhere with Js family, my neice is sitting on my lap. J starts playing a computer game and H wants to play too so we go to a computer. it starts out small but soon takes up a whole wall. the object is to match batman characters at the top to their homes or surroundings at the bottom. several other people come in to play and it becomes more like real statues instead of a game. we're all sitting on the floor in front of the screen and the whole building moves like it's tilting backwards. we go outside and no one is around, we are in a city in California. I think I bet it was an earthquake. a small house nearby has a fenced yard that has been broken. 2 baby lions come out and some horses. 4 wolves are sniffing around and the animals leave. we all go walking down a street but we can't find anyone. the people Im with decide we should get in our cars and drive back home. there are like 8 of us, we get in 2 cars. we drive across a flooded bridge and the sky looks really cloudy with weird lights. we have the radio on but they don't say anything about what happened.

saturday: closet.
I am staying with someone who reminds me of my cousin. I'm staying in a large room with only a bed and about 6 big closets. most of them are full of old clothes. the girl comes in and tells me about how she's getting married soon and her dad who is kind of crazy has been taking clothes out of her closet and hiding them, thinking she won't be able to move out if she can't find all of her clothes. to keep him from stealing my clothes we put them in the back of one of the full closets.
last night, photo.
I am at work and J is there too. there is a large bulliten/chalk board in the hall with notes and stuff tacked up. there is a picture there of a man and a woman sitting at a cafe counter in a city. they are both looking depressed. I start writing some captions around the photo, making up a story about them. I don't remember what it said but it was short and kind of artsy and poetic. J starts adding to it too. we talk about how it's a good writing exercise and we should find more photos to write to. I notice J has written a cuss word there and think I should change that or people will be offended.

getting ready. J and I are getting ready to go to church, I'm trying to find something to wear. his parents show up to pick us up. we are kind of rushing around, at one point I look in the mirror and notice my bangs are all frizzy so I straighten them. we end up not going because we are too late.
treasure. I am with some archeologists and we're in an underground tunnel system looking for treasure. one man goes ahead and finds it through the maze. he has a gun and starts firing it so the rest of us follow the sound and find him. it is a large room full of gold, pottery, clothing and antique store type stuff. I start walking around looking at stuff. I pass mirrors occasionally and notice when I look in them, I see someone else, overweight women with curly hair, kind of old fashioned looking. some of the others are freaked out by it but I think it's funny. I find a rack of old cloths, one dress is an old dance hall girl dress with a lace up bodice. I get really excited and scream as I take it off the rack.
marsha. I am sitting on a gravel area with a lady I work with, marsha. she is quizzing me from a book. one question she asks is what year ki adi mundi from star wars came into being. I thought I remembered him from phantom menace so I count back the years in my head and say 1999. she says no 2001. a woman and several kids show up and start crawling all over her. she leaves at one point and I notice some small trees growing up a nearby fence. their roots are sticking out and the are dead. I can grab the roots and turn them side to side. later I go across the fence and there is a large feild of rolling grassy hills. they have put a person on each hill to sit and relax. one near me has a large hole in it and two hands come out. I think, it would be nice to lie in those hands, like they're God's hands. so I go over and they split into two and one is black. I lie down and they pull me under ground and start touching me all over. then it is J touching me.

law office. I am sitting on a couch in a law office. behind me a man and woman are filling out paperwork and talking about her case. He mentions the legal term for it which I'm not sure of so I look it up on a computer. it brings up a scan of a legal document. I start reading it but then I see images of what she did, she was basically a scam artist and tried to sell beauty products to these three little girls. she was very nice and admitted the whole thing, making sure the girls weren't in any trouble. then it's like a church lobby or something, lots of people start coming out of a room and leaving. S from my HS is there and I'm waiting for her. she's talking to someone. finally she's done and we leave together. we start running, she is running normally but I feel like I'm going in slow motion, but my steps are very long so I'm staying ahead. I'm also using my hands to propel myself as well. we're jogging down a street where several new gated communities have been built. they are all color coded. this is something the conservative government has cooked up, only conservatives are allowed to live there.
dog fence. I am in the back yard and notice some of the boards in the fence are broken and there is space enough for the dogs to get through. they run through one space but come back when I call. I think I guess they just stay in the yard most of the time on their own. then it is dark out and my parents are there. I notice the dogs are gone so I start calling them. they come back, also the cat from next door is there. I try to put the boards back in place and then take the dogs in to feed them. we go around to the front. inside our house doesn't look the same. on tv is 20/20 or something, they are doing a story on my cousins touring group only it is a singing group. they interview the conductor who is flamboyently gay.

I don't remember much of my dreams last night, but this morning I had several false awakenings. each time I felt really tired, like I couldn't keep my eyes open. each time I was lying in bed looking around my room and noticed some things were strange. J talked to me a few times and I heard music. at one point I realized I couldn't move. I tried lifting my arms over my head, I felt them raise but couldn't see them. I realized it was a dream and tried to float out of my body. I felt a sort of vibration and my eyes fluttered. at one point I felt like I was rolling off onto the floor but then snapped back. then I woke up for real.

saturday: first I dreamt that I was keeping my friend E's pet bird. he was flying around free and I was trying to catch him and put him in a cage. there is a room with lots of birds in cages. several of them are out and I'm trying to put them all away. I catch a small purple bird and it breaks it's foot trying to get away.
later, I am in a church, the sanctuary is huge, the ceiling is like 100 ft high. I keep trying to leave but every door I go through takes me back to the sanctuary. then I realize I'm dreaming and immediately fly up towards the ceiling. I grab some people and pull them up then drop them. they're not hurt. I see J, but he is a drawing. then he turns into a little kid. I grab him and try to stretch him out to be the right size, pulling on his arms and legs.
later, I am with some people I work with talking about how topher grace is going to be on the new spiderman. we sit down to wait for a class to begin. somehow I get dirt splattered on my face so I leave to wash it off. I go in a bathroom which is a large room with long tables and chairs set up. mr a is there teaching the class we're supposed to be in. I tell him we didn't know it was here.

last night in my dream I was with 2 other people and we were running along a sort of wooded path, but there were buildings around too. we come to a round building with window all along the side. J is there. he says we need to go around the side overhanging a cliff, with a thin ledge. we have to hold onto beams to not fall. I almost fall off and then make it to the other side. I am angry because we could have just walked around the other side. we are at a small shop that has artwork by a guy with a cartoony style. one series of prints and stuff features a character of a girl centaur, who's back part is a cow with an udder. they are done in black, grey and reds kind of goth style. I wonder is he is the guy J talked to who said he did this style as a joke. I don't find it offensive, just odd.

school lunch. I am at my HS, sort of, with jenny and bridgette. we are getting trays for food and cups. we are joking and talking but then they sit at a table where there's no room for me. vicky is there so I start talking to her, she is nice and I sit with her. there is a wall with pictures of fruit and you push them to get juice out of little holes. at one point a girl is trying to hold me hostage and she puts on a movie. it start out as rogain commercial, then I realize it is micheal mckean and it is best in show. it is a part where the two gay guys meet.
john cleese. I am in a large room and I am a small asian girl. I'm going to do some sort of acrobat routine with another girl there where she will be swinging me around. someone tells her to be careful because I'm pregnant. it turns out she is also pregnant and her water breaks and she runs off. then she's back and I'm putting her to bed with two cats who don't want to lay still. then across the room is a wall of tall windows. there is a lawn and a road and across the road is a large school like building. strange creatures are coming down the front steps of the building. they are like large mutated versions of pigs, alligators and gorillas and combinations of them. my aunt is there and I'm trying to point them out to her but she doesn't see them. then I am sitting on a couch nearby facing john cleese. I am looking at a stack of dvds he was involved with. two of them have drawings on them. one is a design with series of letters and numbers with words hidden in them. one part says I find fruit farts... I ask john if he drew these. he says yes. I tell him they remind me of spaz from archie because they are so meticulous and look like a machine did it. he takes a dvd and puts it in a machine, it is 12 monkeys.

jumping ray. I am with a group of people and we're walking down a road with houses. I see lavendar growing all over, even at a construction site. I realize I'm not wearing shoes, only socks, then later I have sandals on over my socks. we get to the house of a lady we know and go in. she sculpts animals and has them all over her house. she has several life size colts that she's made lying on the floor. someone says it's time to go in the cave and we go through into a sort of small zoo with animals in cages. I play with some kittens then go into a large room where there are tables with water in the and sea life. at one table several small rays are swimming around. one black one with white spots jumps out of the water and lands on my shoulder. I push it off then pick it up and put it back. it keeps jumping out. someone says it like you because your name is ray. I call to a woman that works there who is in a hurry, and tell her about it but she doesn't seem to care. Josh comes in and we find the ray under a door and put it back. we cover the table with some pillows so it can't jump out.

bad seafood. I am in a building walking with some people. I am married to a girl from my HS. in my dream same sex marriages are common but it has nothing to do with being gay. just who you feel most comfortable with. I am still married to J as well. (?) we get to a cafeteria and go to get food at the counter. I order seafood salad and fruit. the man gives me fruit salad then tells us the seafood is off. I ask for it anyway but he won't give me any.

in a tree. I am partially lucid in this dream, J and I are sitting on a tree branch and I'm imagining we are friends but haven't kissed yet. he is still acting like we're married though. I am imagining the sun is setting but it's still really bright out.

grandma. I am in some sort of large house where my grandma is in bed dying. my cousin is telling us he was with her all nite and when she died he wouldn't believe it and just kept talking to her. then I am staying with her alone. I ask if she would like some tea and she says yes. I go into a kitchen and start looking for a cup and stuff. I make it in the microwave, I'm trying to hurry to get back to her. I use this brown sugar that won't dissolve all the way. I taste it and it tastes watery and weird. I get back to her and she is sitting up looking fine. I give her the tea apologizing for it and she starts to tell me about an old doll she has and where it came from.

carrots. later I am in a garden at my mom's house digging up carrots. (I was planning to do this in my own garden the next day. ) It is really easy, the dirt is loose and they come right out. at the end of the row are some small plastic bags with seeds in them that I had planted. some are sprouting.

old church. I am walking down a path with some other people, there are some old looking stone buildings along the way. I realize I'm dreaming and decide to go through a door and try to be somewhere else, in a forest. I go up to a large wooden door at a church. I push it open. then I sort of forget Im dreaming and go on through a hallway. on one side are people sitting in bleachers or pews. on the opposite wall are some tiny windows in a row. through them is a large room filled with wooden catapults. someone like John Cleese is telling the people about them. he is going to get rid of some goats there by flinging them away, which is somehow more humane than killing them. a goat comes out with a long horn like a unicorn and he starts to fling it. it turns into a stuffed animal and the horn falls off. then we see a real unicorn (like a horse) and a baby. there is a lady there with a bunch of dachshund puppies and we're going to pick one out. one has long wavy hair and one is really tiny.

food store. J and I are in this store that sells kitchen items. there is a roaster that roasts giant squash and some toaster oven racks for pastry shells. I take one of the pastries and start eating it. It has basil on it and tastes kind of bland. I go towards a bathroom and some people are in the hall. I pretend to be waiting for someone so they don't think I'm going to take food into the bathroom. they leave and I pee in the hall before going in. the bathroom is a large square room with metal walls. there is toilet paper all over the floor. J is in there too asking if I still had my wallet and phone.

I am at a mansion with some other people. a man is after me trying to kill me. he looks like nick nolte from the hulk. he comes in the house and I try to hide from him at the top of the stairs. he sees me and I escape out a window. another girl and I run across the street to another mansion. the people there are in the yard. they say they will help us but then tell the man where we are. we run to another house, a small yellow one. it is raining and several wet people come in with us. a young couple lives there and they have 2 babies in one high chair. the wife asks me to wipe the poppy seeds off their mouths so I do. we are all in the kitchen. outside one window is a mob of people yelling to let us out and give us to the man. out the other window is a group of peaceful people with picket signs wanting them to let us go free. I get out and and running away from the man. I get so tired, I sit down in my driveway and decide to let him come get me so he won't hurt anyone else. he comes up to me and a black girl and I start talking to him. we get him distracted and get him to come on a bus with us.

triathalon. I am at tryouts for a triathalon. at first I am in it, running then I get on a bike and am so tired I can barely move. then it's more like I'm watching and someone comments on how slow they're going. I say, if I was in it I'd be even slower, I'm so out of shape. then another girl and I get on a two person car on a track high above the ground that will take us home. someone elses luggage is there. then it turns into a van and other people are in it too. someone has left a bunch of luggage and bags of chips all over. a lady I work with is in the back and the door near her flies open, a purse on the door nearly falls until she grabs it and closes the door. we get to a mall. the shop we go in has tables full of charms. Jennifer and Libby get a cart and say they're going to buy a lot of them Jen finds two that look like her mom and dad.

dreams from the last 4 nights:

fence. I am building a fence in my backyard only it's my parents back yard. Instead of it going around the outside it is forming a winding path through the middle. the walls are about 6 feet high. later I'm at the front of the yard and the fence there is only a foot high, and the dogs can easily get out.
grandpa. I am at some kind of house with my family. my grandpa is there and he is young looking and energetic. he is full of jokes and does a song and dance routine and everyone is laughing. he carries me on his shoulders around the house. he asks if we have any dangerous furniture. I say the cabinets in the kitchen have sharp edges (they do) and he says good, if anyone breaks in here I'll throw them into them.

riding in a car. I am at a hotel room with some other girls. we're putting on makeup. I'm trying to cover a large green spot on my chin. we get our stuff together to leave and go outside. it is cold and raining hard. I put up a furry hood. we get in a small car. I'm in the back and I try to put my umbrella in too, it is really long and sticks into the front. we are driving through a city at night, there are palm trees around, I think it was san diego. we pulll up to a large building and pick up a little girl. her two smaller brothers stay behind. she gets in next to me. when we pull away we're driving down the road backwards for like a block before we turn back around. I see a large hotel building that looks familiar. I think that's where we stayed and went shopping. this may be from a previous dream.

evil baby. I am in my parents house upstairs. we are staying there. other people I don't know are there too. I'm trying to find something to wear. I have on this ugly red henly shirt. a woman with a baby is walking around looking out the windows talking to it. I go into the bathroom to fix my hair. the baby is in there , it is about 2 or 3. it starts talking to me saying things like, there's a bloody bump on your back in this creepy voice. then the parents come in and the woman picks the baby up and starts talking. the husband, a skinny man with a mustache and shorts, says happy earth day to me.

trick or treat. I am with a bunch of girls and we are in stupid costumes. we go up to a door and say trick or treat! a lady invites us in. we go inside and sit down. there are cages with strange animals in the living room. a man walks in with a fox in his hands. a small orange anteater is walking around on a table. in a cage in front of me is a huge spider with a body the size of a large orange. it has about 20 thick legs and two round eyes. it's mouth is wide and open. it has small white teeth like a human. I am terrified of it in my dream and cover my eyes so I can't see it. It has a calm look on it's face but I'm afraid of it. I tell the girl next to me Im leaving. she says look at the other girls in a nearby room. they're gossiping quietly so we can't hear. I say, why do you want to hang out with them then? come with me we'll go wait in the car. she doesn't know so I get up to tell the lady I'm leaving. another girl is already there. she leaves and I shake the man and womans hands and say thanks for the candy and showing us your animals. then I head to the front door.

I had two lucid dreams last night but neither lasted very long. In the first J and I are walking gypsy down a road with trees and houses. we keep seeing tiny baby bunnies run out of the sidewalk. then I am sitting in the road and I realize I'm dreaming. I see J at the side and I want to go and tell him this is a dream. when I move I start floating then black out. later, I am in a kind of stairwell and other people are around. I realize I'm dreaming and look around for anything unusual. everyone looks pretty normal. I look at my hands and notice a blister on my right hand is now on the left.
In another dream J and I are at my parents house with some other family and people. we are in our pajamas. my uncle has this camcorder that floats around on it's own and films people then makes it into some kind of movie. he gathers us all in the livingroom so it can film us all. it randomly flys around pointing at everyone. then I want to get dressed so I go find the bag I brought to see if I have clothes to put on. the clothes in my bag keep changing and I finally find something.

J and I are ourselves but not. we are working together at this school and we flirt and make out alot but he won't say he loves me when I ask him. I am going to be leaving to work somewhere else and he says whenever you think you love me, just say instead, I love that new job I'm getting. then I am a different girl, but with my name. J and I are making out and trying to hide from the girl I was before. a lady comes up to us and starts talking and we try to make her be quiet. then I am at some kind of party. I am boiling fritos in a pot of water on the stove. I think, this is gross, I'm not eating this and throw it out. I find a sweater that someone crocheted that I like. then I'm sitting on a couch with some people around and they give me a large wrapped gift. I open it and it is huge sewing scissors. there are lots of little free gifts that came with them, but my mom has given the regular sized scissors to someone else, I wish I had them because those were actually useful.

I am going back to my HS to take some classes that I missed. S is in the hall in plaid pajamas but doesn't see me and I don't stop. I wonder if it's a dressup day. I go into the office and several people are standing in line to register. a girl from my class named andrea is there and starts telling jokes to entertain us. I think, she is still trying to get on saturday nite live. there is a large table and we all go there to fill out info cards. there aren't enough for everyone, I don't get one. a nice looking guy next to me asks my name then says, no what's my name? I say I don't know. he writes artist on his card. then we're all crammed in a glass elevator. it goes really fast up through the air then to another weird level of building with curved steel beams and stuff. I'm feeling sick when it goes fast through the air and close my eyes. we get to an apartment building where we're all going to live together like some reality show. I start hanging out with the artist guy, we walk around talking and holding hands. at one point we're outside at nite and see a ufo in the sky, like one from an old 50s movie. I notice he is wearing wedding rings but on the wrong hand. I ask about them and he says I was engaged once. I show him my rings and say I still am. he gets upset that I didn't tell him earlier and leaves. I am wishing I could rewind the story and not tell him. I am talking to a girl and a guy about him, I tell them what happened. I like him but I don't want to cheat. I tell them we haven't kissed or anything yet. then I'm in a pool and artist guy is there. he is naked and chubby even though he wasn't before. I swim with him and I can breathe under the water. we come up at the other end and I tell him I want to give him something, then we kiss. the girl looks through binoculars and says for me to come look. I see the guy I'm supposedly engaged to, a sort of nerdy guy with glasses, with another girl. I'm not really upset. they tell me I can be with artist guy now. my mom sets two extra places at the table for nerdy guy and his girl. artist guy and I decide to leave together and walk through the apartment building. lots of people are hanging around. I say should we go tell everyone goodby but we don't go upstairs. we walk past Sting and wave goodby to him.

I can remember at least six dreams last night. I think that is a record for me.
church. I am driving down the hill in the town I grew up, I go past a house with the garage door open and a lady I work with and her husband and baby are there getting ready to leave. I get to the railroad tracks and get out. a bunch of people are standing there. the train in front of us leaves and another one pulls up behind us. I think, my car is still sitting behind it. but it doesn't matter, I have to get to the church. I can hear my mom in my head saying go to that methodist church, the cream colored one. I can see it ahead on the street so I run. I go inside through a large wooden door. I look around and see a priest in a nearby room doing some sort of chanting. he waves at me to wait. he comes out and asks what I need. I don't really know what to say, so I mention I noticed they had had a parade, I'd seen some floats and balloons and men were bringing things inside the church from it. I say I wonder if we can keep that feeling going with more events like that. then several people are there and we start talking about what to do. one guy keeps making snide comments about someone from another church.

farm. I am at a farm walking towards a path. some kids are there ahead of me. I go up behind them. they turn around and are excited to see me. I get to Robin who is sitting at a table in the middle of the path smoking. I sit down to talk to her.

pool. J and I are at the comic store. there is a pool set up right as you walk in. we start taking off clothes to swimsuits and get in. I am feeling uncomfortable because all the guys who work there are looking at me.

dog treats. I have a bag of dog treats made of stones. the dogs seem to like them. I think, well I won't have to buy new ones for awhile now.

comics. I am at some kind of gathering in an entryway. there are tables set up with free comics so I start picking some up. some of them are manga style and have really nice artwork. I go into a large auditorium and someone is ushering me towards the front. I say, no I want to sit with my friend Joe who is near the back. my grandma is there also. I go to sit with them, some strange little man is next to me and we're talking and joking. on stage, but more like a tv, is sandra bullock, she is doing a production involving stand up comedy and song and dance routines. she is sitting in the center playing a keyboard and singing rainbow connection.

swing. I am sitting on a swing in the front yard of my parents house. J is on it too and is sleeping. we swing far out towards the road. a car stops in front of the house and three guys and a girl get out. one guy starts taking pictures. the girl starts making snide comments in a hick accent. they get back in and drive away. J is still sleeping and I wonder if we will go to church that day. I get up and walk around the house. I come back to the front and J is gone. I go inside and he is sitting in the dark on the couch in the livingroom.

wine pie. I am somewhere with a lot of people, I think my parents are with me. E shows up and is taller than me. she gives me something wrapped in tissue paper. It is a peice of pie, like a cheesecake. she says it has three different crusts and a wine sauce. I start to eat it and tell her it's really good. we go to a nearby table. then my pie is in a mug and she pours some coffee on it. I drink the coffee, it is cold. a man is there who looks familiar but I don't know who he is.

central park. I am in central park in NY (Ive never actually been there) It is full of large rolling hills with paths in the valleys. the hills are different shades of greens and yellows. I come to one valley where there is a stretch of wooded area. I go into the trees and look at some vines growing there. I am thinking about a story I read where there are faeries living in central park.

letting the dogs out. I wake up in my bed and it is dark out. J is awake and sits up and puts on his shoes. I wonder where he's going but I just lie still and try to sleep. he kisses me and gets up and goes into the bathroom and takes a shower. I hear the dogs whining so I get up to put them out. It is really dark in the living room, I can barely see. I open the door and notice it's raining hard, the backyard is flooded. I think oh good we need that rain. there is also a small tree on the back porch. I'm wondering where it came from. I check on something I had soaking in the sink then go back to bed. when I woke up for real I realized the dream wasn't real, J was still sleeping next to me.

yard. I am in the back yard putting up a wire fence. the yard has big trees all around the outside. the dogs are getting out but they come right back.

in the next dream I am with J who is some sort of city missionary or something. there are guys in black masks following us around trying to threaten us. I am in a bed and I notice the sheets are torn up and there's what looks like a big blood stain in the middle. I take it off the bed and give it to J. he shrugs it off at first then I explain that those guys did it to scare me. then I am in a room sitting on the floor. my mom gives me frog legs on a plate. I eat them, they taste like tough pea pods. a kitten is there with me. then I'm in a room with a bunch of people standing around a table. I go stand near a girl in a red checkered dress who is also married to J. he comes over but doesn't stand too near us. then I am drawing pictures in a sketch book. one is of a bunch of elephants blowing streams of water up with a frog on top. it's a story about a mean frog.

movie. I am at the mall I go to in my dreams and we're going to go see a movie. there are tons of people in line and they all go in and we decide not to go.

crowded pool. I am at an indoor pool with a few other people. the lanes are divided by big wooden things. I swim up and down one a few times. I go to another one and it's really thin. then tons of people start coming in and none of the lanes are free. I am standing at the end of one near a girl I know. everyone is just standing around. she says, I wonder when they're gonna get this going again. I say, it's hard to swim with so many people around. then I notice the pool has no water in it. I wonder how I didn't notice before, that's why everyone's just standing around. then water begins to rise out of little holes in the floor. it fills up really fast. then I am outside, it is night time. I am following agroup of girls heading towards a car we're taking home. they turn around to go back and I don't want to go out alone so I turn back too. I go inside and there is a small dingy kitchen area. I have some pills/vitamins in my mouth so I start looking for a glass to get water. I find some used plastic ones then a green glass which I fill with water and drink.

valentines dinner. I am with J and my mom and dad , we are going into a valentines day banquet type thing. an overweight woman with red hair and lots of makeup lets us in. we go through a few different rooms til we sit at a long table. there is salad on the tables covered with ham. I notice roasted chicken is on the menu. I wonder if there will be anything non meat that I can eat. I notice the salad is really cheese soup underneath with ham and stuff piled on top so I try to eat around it. J and my parents are eating these big gross looking sausages.

aquarium. J and I and an asian girl are in a vehicle with no top and we pull up to a building with a park nearby. we get out and J pays the driver. the girl and I start walking towards the park. I tell her over the hill is a lake. she goes ahead behind a large wooden wall in the sand. I can see her over there squatting then covering something with sand. I think, did she just go over there? I look for her but she's gone. I go back to J and we go inside the building. there is a hallway with aquariums in the wall but lots of people are there and we can't really see. the asian girl is there and we call her lynn. we go through the hall into a large room with an aquarium at the front that's being magnified. it has weird creatures like sea slugs and mud puppies something thats shaped like an elephant. mike nelson and servo are there and start making comments on the aquarium. my uncle is there too laughing at them.

blizzard. I am driving in the truck at night in a blizzard. the roads are packed with snow and I'm swerving around several cars. I get to our road (but it looks more like IL) and go to turn but it's blocked off because of snow drifts. a guy there tells me to back up and turn on the road before it. I do but I don't know how to get to our house from there. I drive to the end of it but then it's day time and no snow. My dog is with me and we're walking around a town. I'm looking for a church to find J's mom and dad. I look up towards the sky for a steeple but don't find one. E shows up and I ask her where to go. she points me in the right direction. J is with me and we keep walking around. one building has a huge Lincoln head sculpture on top made of green marbley stone. I say, why do they need another lincoln statue, they have that one? we go into a building where people are set up at tables selling stuff. the walls are all the same yellow color with a patterened wallpaper. I ask J if this is the church and he doesn't know. we go through some other rooms on different levels. one room has people in 20s-30s clothing getting ready for some show. we go out another door and I say, well you should call your mom and dad to come get us. he says no I'm calling my sister.

insane. In this dream I am basically someone else, a girl from the 1700s or something. I am being kept in an insane asylum. It is a large stone building. at first I am in an outdoor area and it starts to rain so I go under a roofed part and sit down in a dark corner. I'm wearing a big poofy dress and try to pull it under my self so my bare feet won't be on the ground. I am thinking of my pirate boyfriend and wondering if he will come rescue me, I don't belong here. my friend J comes in and we are looking at something on a table. I tell her that she is the only one who comes to see me. then mike B comes in, he is very tall and in my dream is my husband. I go to hug him and he turns into someone else. I ask J if she's heard anything about mike, she says, my cousin? he has an incurable disease. I say, no not to be rude but I meant my husband mike. she says no. then me and some other inmates (I guess) are at some kind of school building where we're going to have a dinner. Everything is more modern now. we're in a room on about the third floor. I look out the window and see a river and toulouse lautrec is there with a small boat on a string with a doll in it. Johnny depp is playing him. I tell the others what I see and a girl starts saying no toulouse, like toulouse in france. from monty python. I'm surprised she knows it. then I'm down by the river talking to him, asking him about the doll.
later I am in a room where these guys are trying to get information against some enemy. I have some code pictures I have copied out of a book. they are instructions on how to build a machine or something. they want to make copies of them.

squatters. First I am with my mom in a department store, we are walking around looking for the toy department. we go to where I thought it was and it's gone, there is now a conference going on there, they are showing a film about women in mythology. we sit down, I say do you really want to stay for this, and she says it would be rude to leave now, we'll slip out later. they keep taking away chairs and crowding everyone together in the center. my mom gets up from beside me to go sit somewhere else.
then I am staying with a young couple who have a baby. they live in the backyard of a small house. they have some kind of metal frame set up but no covering. there is a small cooking stove and a few other things. the lady is cooking something. I'm thinking, how can they live this way, even their bed is out in the open. the man tells her not to give leftover salmon to the dogs. she gives some to my one dog but not the other one, she says she's a suit so she doesn't like her. the man has just gotten a job so she is against business people. I ask about the house whose yard they're in and she says they don't mind. then a lady comes out and the baby calls her mommy. the real mother kind of rolls her eyes and I remember she told me he calls her that because her name kind of sounds like it. I think, I could get a job too and we could all afford to live in a small apartment at least.

In the first dream I am at a store looking through racks of clothes. mostly there is nothing but I find a shortsleeved button up shirt, it is white with big blue flowers on it and the bottom part fits tight like a corset. I want to try it on but all the rooms say out of order. I go across the store to find a bathroom. I go in and it is empty and dark and dank like a dungeon. I find a stall to change in near a mirror. a woman I work with is there suddenly and is shouting at another woman who in my dream is her sister. she says now everyone will know my secret! I think, is it that she's gay? I am trying on the shirt, at first it is too tight but then it fits.

In the second dream I am driving away from a church at night, it is rainy and my window is fogged so I can't see out. I drive very slowly to the exit and onto the road, hoping I don't hit anything, and then suddenly it is clear and bright. I go to a house where I am staying with a young preacher. there are bedrooms but he has set up two beds in the livingroom. there is a bathroom down the hall and the door doesn't work. he is in there taking a shower. I think I will go in next, I've been here two days now and haven't had one yet. I think I will try to call J, he couldn't come this time, it will be the first christmas we're not with our families. I go into the bathroom and get in the shower. a boy about 12 comes in and tries to open the curtain and I start yelling and try to kick him. a bunch of people come in then and everything calms down. I am dressed then and saying goodby to the people, one of which is a huge tall man with giant hands. he hugs me then lifts me up in front of him.

I am with J and we're going to art class. he tells me he's pretty popular and lots of people will want to sit with him so I may not be able to. I tell him I don't mind. we go into the class room and no one is there yet. the teacher is showing us how to paint a wooden doll. J's ends up looking like raggedy andy.
later we are getting ready for some kind of performance. I have a small dog with me. I am practicing fighting with a stick only it is really a long bone.

I am running down a hallway in some hospital like building. another girl is with me and a tall thin man is chasing us wearing a long coat. It seems like there is water on the floor. we run past a star wars sheet that's been tacked up on the wall. the man pulls it off. he throws a lighted match at us and then the sheet which is soaking wet. the sheet lands on the girl with me. the man disappears and I grab the girl who is disoriented and take the sheet off her. I say the man's plan backfired, when he threw the sheet on you it put out the match. then we are in a pool with some other people. we are talking about how we will escape the people chasing us. we decide we need to get marsha on our side but it will be hard to get her to believe us. something pulls me down under the water. I come back up and try to tell the people but their not listening. it pulls me under again and I grab the hand and pull it up. it's marsha.
later I am walking around cg and matt a is driving around in a futuristic red convertible with a bunch of people. I'm trying to find the library. I meet J and tell him what I saw and about my dream from earlier.
I am somewhere and some people in wet suits are walking by, I think they're going to pe class and they'll be swimming. I think I want to swim too, so I try to change. I end up in a bathroom that's really gross. I think I dream about weird bathrooms all the time now it's showing up in real life.

the first thing I can remember (though I know there was more before this) is being in a large parking garage type place. I'm trying to find my way out when a guy comes by on a motorcycle and offers me a ride to the park where there's a picnic we're going to. I get on the back and hold on to him. There is a lot of concrete around and I think, if I fall off I'll be messed up really bad. It's fine at first and then I start to slip off the back. I start making scared noises and he tells me to grab onto some rips in the seat and pull myself back up. I do and I find some loops to put my feet through. I'm not wearing shoes. we get to the park and lots of people are there at tables. I say thanks for the ride, but my people aren't here yet and I need to go home to get my food. I leave and I'm in cg walking towards home. a building near main st is open and there's a huge room with old looking walls and floor. I think it would be nice to own that for a studio. I m walking home and someone is behind me. I use my hands on the ground to help me run faster. when I get to my road some people on scooters come up to us. one guy is someone I'm married to. we have a baby. we go back to the house and inside.

mom's garden. I am in my moms garden and there are huge piles of dirt sitting around. I go to smooth them down and dirt falls on top of the plants so I have to shake them to get it to fall to the ground underneath. there are rows of plants on long stems with leaves at the top. I kneel down to the ground and look under the leaf roof. there are lots of mushrooms and things growing under there where it's shady and cool. some pink snakes come out and I think they are poisonous rat snakes so I try to chop one with my trowel. I get it's tail and it goes away. I see others at the edge of the plants and try to scare them off. at the end of the garden is a large square pit where someone is raising puppies and kittens. they are in the pit so they won't get away, they're all playing together down there. my mom and I look over the edge at them. some of the kittens are purple. my mom says she really wants one and is going to save up her money to buy one.

college. I am in a small kitchen. I'm trying to tidy it up by placing vases of flowers around. it's nice bright colors, painted purple and green. I go outside into a small yard and start picking flowers growing wild in the lawn. I'm trying to get some of every color. then I am getting ready to go back to college. I have a tiny room I'm going to use as a painting studio. I start unpacking stuff but I don't feel like painting yet. I think, I shoud have brought my flowers so I could make a little bouquet in a vase to set in here. then I'm supposed to help this boy with his homework. he has a page full of questions he's supposed to answer but he's put stupid answers for some. I jot down more specific questions to try to help him think of better answers. I talk to a black lady who knows him, she says to leave his stuff with her and she'll get it back to him. I ask jennifer who is with me what her name is and she says sally. I'm going to leave my backpack with him then I notice there are old gym clothes in there. I start taking everything out and look for my schedule. it is a yellow piece of paper with passwords on it that will let me log online to get it. I can't find it.

hole. I am on a bed and my aunt hands me some papers. I move towards her and notice a large hole in the bed. I tell her it's there. then the hole is on the floor and some women are picking up armfuls of bricks and dumping them in the hole to fill it up. someone comments that they must me foam bricks because they are so light. now the hole is full of dirt. a woman reaches in the dirt and pulls out a giant plug like for a bathtub. water starts draining down out of the ground, everything starts sinking in. then the water rises up again and floods everything. the room with the bed is nearby and the water flows into the room and over a short wood floor to the carpet then goes back down. I go over to soak the water out of the carpet with a towel.

shop. I am in a clothing shop looking at cropped sweaters on a rack. I look around for J and realize it's a dream. I slowly look around and try to keep everything clear. my left eye blacks out a couple of times but I don't wake up. I see J at the counter paying for something. they are having trouble with the credit card. I just stand there and wait with him. finally she gives him a reciept and we leave. I woke up at one point for a few seconds and then slipped back into the same dream. then we are walking down a dark hall made of cinder blocks. we sit down on the floor. I say lets go into this room so we won't get stepped on in the dark. we go into a nearby room and start making out.

OOBE. I was lying in bed and I started to go into that buzzing state. I sort of roll off the bed onto the floor and think, I'm out of my body. I stand up and look at the bed and my body is still lying there. I grab my own foot through the blanket. I walk over to the wall and think I will go through the wall outside. I keep knocking the blind and hope it doesn't wake J. I sort of float backwards through the wall. I am facing up and I can see the stars when I get out. normally when I have a lucid dream if I close my eyes the dream fades or I wake up. in this dream when I close my eyes I can't see anything and when I open them I can, like in real life. I float around the yard outside. one of my dogs is there and I touch her. she looks around but can't see me. I fly around, there is a large tree that's not really there. I think, I will fly to the moon and look around to see it. I see it in the distance, it is full. I start flying towards it really fast. I get there and it's a ball maybe 18 inches wide, like a globe. I hold it in my hands and turn it around. then it's like I'm on the moon and the globe is the earth. I turn it around to find the US and think ok, I'll fly back home now. I fly really fast towards home, everything is really dark. I start to see a light in the distance and think, that's my house. I get closer and closer until I'm back on earth. It's daytime and I'm in a city in a neighborhood with really big fancy houses. I walk around thinking, I know my road is here somewhere. I get to the street I think is mine and another huge fancy building is there instead. I walk down the road and where my yard was is now some big marble pillars and arches around a courtyard. people are walking around. I think, I must have come back in the future. I step into the courtyard and there is a large cat statue that has been burned. I think, they've had a fire here. I walk around a bit and then wake up.

I am leaving a big house to go to work. the house has a big front yard with a long driveway circling it. there are several cars parked along it. I notice the ground is icy. I'm carrying a load of stuff. a lady is waiting in a car for someone inside. I fall on the pavement and she starts to help me but I get up ok. I get to a red car and try driving it but it goes too fast and slides all around the driveway on the ice and snow. I almost crash into the house or trees along the edge. I get out and decide to drive my little silver toyota from college instead. It is tiny and doesnt really have an outer shell. at the edge of our yard is a mechanics shop. I am stopped there trying to do something and the guy says I can fix that. he gets really close to my face and I back away. he tinkers with something and then I buckle my seatbelt and drive off. I get to a bridge that I have to cross to get where I'm going. a bunch of kids are there.

broken truck. J and I are going somewhere, we're walking around a town, it is cold and rainy. It seems like we've just left a restaurant. we are heading back to our truck. when we get there I see that the whole front of it is gone. I'm kinda freaked out but J is calm and says don't worry, I know what's going on. we just have to take it in to get fixed. he jumps on the back of a passing semi, hitching a ride to the mechanic I guess. he takes out his phone and motions for me to do the same. I get out mine and open it. there is dog food caked on the inside. I talk to him and ask why he didn't tell me what was going on.

fake obe. I was lying in bed (for real) trying to stay concious into the hypnogogic state but I must have fallen asleep. I continued concentrating in the same way in my dream. then I felt something on my leg and pulled out a clump of fuzz and threw it on the floor. I could hear it thud when it hit. I did this 2 or 3 times. then I relaxed and my ears started buzzing. I stayed concious in my dream. I decided to try and leave my body, I sat up and got out of bed. I turned around and my body wasn't there, I really had gotten out of bed. and it wasn't my room, I was somewhere else. then I woke up.

Black Bears. I am in a house sitting on a couch with some other people. I am at one end with a large piece of paper with watercolor pictures on it. I am writing a poem about dreaming, copying it from another paper onto the large piece. a guy I work with comes over witha hose and starts spraying us with water. I tell him to quit, he could ruin my watercolor. I start to put away my things in a box nearby. I go walking down a long hallway with windows along one side. I see the cat from next door only she's 3 times bigger than reality. she is caked with mud. I watch her step into a creek and start to rinse off. I think, wow that's unusual for a cat to bathe like that. she does this a second time and a large black bear appears out of nowhere and attacks her. then there are 3 bears and I turn away so I don't see her being torn apart. I catch a glimpse of her and she has gone stiff, I hope she died quickly. the bears are tearing her apart. I start down the hall to tell someone and one of the bears is coming after me down the hall. he is tall and scruffy and missing one ear. I run from it and my aunt and I go into a bedroom and lock the door, it has a slide lock like a hotel room. we listen and it's left. we decide to stay for awhile and I wish I had my poem to work on. There is a screen door and I look out and see some of my cousins walking outside. they are young and wearing scout uniforms. I motion for them to come over. I tell them to be careful, black bears are on the loose. they don't seem worried. I turn back to the room and there are several more people there talking and laughing. I let someone in from the hall. no one seems afraid of the bear.

art museum. I am in a kitchen with my friend wendy from HS and some people I work with. wendy is very excited and accepting a marriage proposal from some guy named wesley. In my dream I think he looks like her brother, in real life that guy is her brother. I realize it's a dream but don't really become lucid. I hug wendy but she doesn't seem to notice me. another girl comes in and asks her if she's engaged yet. she says yes and shows off a bracelet she's wearing made of pink and tan stones with the names of the colors etched on them, pink and beige. I feel left out and sad that I didn't know she was getting engaged, she is my friend. I feel upset that I don't relate/belong with these people and go to my bedroom and close the door. I move some laundry to the floor and lay down on the bed, feeling like crying. there are two small tvs. one is showing sesame street and I think the other is mute. there is a segment of kids singing a number song. they seem to be leaving out numbers. then there is a show about how there is an overpopulation of ducks in an area so they are relocating them by putting them on rubber mats and floating them in the sewer to other locations. then I am on a mat with some ducks. I think gross, this is sewer water as it splashes up on me. we come out in an art museum. I didn't see where the ducks went, I think, they'll probably live on the grounds here. I see a sign that says US Museum of Art. all the walls are pink. I am upstairs where the modern art is. one room is full of chairs made of barbed wire. I go downstairs looking for an exit. I want to go home and change my clothes. I think, I do want to come back and look around though. there is a very tall crude statue of a woman in a white dress with painted yellow hair. I decide to go back upstairs and leave the back way. there are very thin pink escalators. I go up one but it is moving the opposite direction. a man at the top asks about my ticket, I say I came in the back way and it seems to satisfy him. I can't get off at the top because its moving backwards. the man says we've been having this problem and reverses it so it tosses me off on the upper floor.

church in a field. J and I are at a church and we sit down in the back row of a small side section. a few people are in the rows ahead of us. the section turns into a car and we're all riding down a curvy road. a quiet man is driving and a talkative woman is in the seat behind him. she has long blond hair. shes saying it's a nice day to go to six flags. J says yeah we should go. I look at the sky and it's very cloudy and starting to rain. we stop at a large green field and everyone gets out and starts dancing around in the rain. I get out and I find a 4 leaf clover. J and I are talking about where the plant comes from. there is a small choir singing and a guy playing a drum set. the blond woman is directing. they are very loud and I think, I guess they practice out here so the people in church aren't disturbed.

dark. I am walking through my house at night and it is pitch black. I am trying to find my way to my bedroom but I get lost and end up in a bathroom. I call for J and keep getting lost. eventually I find my way back.

dog psychologist. we are in a basement with some other people. we have a large dachshund who has been acting up. he runs up stairs to look outside and bark. we take him to two women who are dog psychologists to try to help him. they are sitting in folding chairs in the basement.

dark. J (I think) and I are in a town and it is dark. I have the feeling we were werewolves but we looked normal. I think I was naked. we are sneaking around some trees that look like they've been drawn by drizzleing black ink. then we are inside somewhere, some type of party. lots of people are crowding around me. there was something about pirates with a black and white my little pony named fruit fly. through the crowds I see some tall dark hooded figures, I think they must be the grim reaper. I try to avoid them but one grabs me. I don't feel anything but everything goes black and I woke up.

movie and bathroom. J and I and my parents are going to go see a movie. we see some signs out front, one has scarlet johannsen and one has another similar looking girl but she is freaky and has two rows of teeth on the bottom. we go in to buy tickets and they cost $17 each. we're going to the one with the freak lady. J goes on into the dark theatre but my parents and I sit down in chairs in the hall. each one has it's own screen and you can start the movie whenever you want. I say, we should wait til J comes so we can all start at the same time. I pause mine and go to the bathroom. it is an L shaped room with folding chairs along the walls. I head to a chair where Ive been before, my coat is there or something. even though there is a real toilet in the corner, I start to go in the regular chair. then I'm like what am I doing and I think, oh well this is a dream. then I forget it's a dream and go along again. I try to clean up the floor under the chair which is wet now. J comes in and I try to explain that I couldn't help it, I had to go really bad. then a man and his daughter come in. I wash my hands and leave.

green kitten. I am at my mom and dads house looking out the dining room window. I see a small fuzzy light green kitten in the plants by the house and tell my mom. we go outside looking for it. we have a small dog who comes too. it runs after another cat next door. I find the green kitten and pick it up. it is partially white and orange and part light green. I comment on how odd it is and think, this may be a dream but dismiss it right away. then the little dog is back but now it's a greyish brown mottled cat. there are some small plants sprouting on it's back. my mom says the name of one. we walk around the house and then we're going to leave in the car.

obes. I dreamt I was in bed and I left my body by rolling out of bed. I stood up and felt my foot just like last time. I went into the living room and let the dogs outside. I was surprised they could see me. I remember thinking I was thinking very clearly, not like a dream, but I really think it was just a dream. it was light there and my parents and J were there. I told them I was out of my body and started flying up to the ceiling. I didn't have to walk around, just float everywhere. I don't know what their response was. I remember then crawling back in bed and wondering if I had connected with my body again. I tried to get up again. I tried to walk through a wall but it was solid.

I was at my mom and dads house. my dad was staying in the guest rooma and it was a mess, clothes and stuff everywhere. I had a shelf with several aquariums on it. one had a fish one had a crab one had a large frog and they kept getting out and switching aquariums. there were also some wooden ships I was setting on a shelf. then I was in my room and the shelf was there. loud music was playing in the guestroom. I went to check the shelf but it was dark. I tryed to turn on a light but it didn't work. I had a small kitten on the shelf. I sat on the floor with my 2 dogs and the kitten.

60s house. my family, cousins and I are going to a house to see a garage full of stuff for sale. the people aren't home but they said we could come. we go in. there is a green couch and some shelves full of stuff. I look at a shelf full of children's books. they have the stinky cheese head man and some other books by the same author. all the books are marked 2-3 dollars, I don't want to pay that. I tell a guy nearby he should look at half.com cause they have softcover books for less than a dollar. then it turns into a sort of movie about the house people's wedding. only I'm really there. it took place in the 60s. we are all in a big wood paneled room and then move into the kitchen to finish the ceremony. I'm standing near the bride who is wearing a very 60s style white dress. S from work brings me a kleenex like she thinks I might cry. then I am upstairs in the huge house. I think, wow it must be nice to be rich and have a huge house to live in as soon as you get married. I go into a small bathroom at the top of stairs which has three doors. I close them all and some one grabs one and I yell Im in here and yank it shut. I lock the doors. the middle one has a weird talking lock on it. it's like a commercial for teenage girls. you turn the knob and push in a button to lock it or turn it to "today" to get out. I think, it would be fun to take pictures of some of the kitchy stuff here. I sit down and vaguely think, this is a dream and then forget it. next I am running through the house. it's raining really hard outside. we all need to leave in a hurry for some reason. I am in the garage again and slip on my shoes then run out in the yard. I get in a van with my parents and cousin S. we start talking about her hair. D is also there and asks if my parents would mind if he IM'd them from their van while we drive. I say, I doubt they'll have they're computer on. I tell him J has IM but he doesn't seem to care.

J and I are in a bed in a large room with a kitchen. other people are there. a really loud bee/hornet thing comes in and starts buzzing around us. I try to swat it away and cover my head so it won't come close to my ears. it leaves and J says, it was only asking if it could be a football mascot. I told it there weren't any teams available. I say, it's kind of late anyway, there's only one football game left. I get out of bed and J's mom is in the kitchen. there are weird energy fields everywhere. I can feel them and I try to make out their shape with my hands.

later I'm dreaming that J and I are staying at a daycare. we're playing with some toys and some mean kids come in. a bratty girl comes over and starts breaking toys. I start to yell at her and she says, if you tell I'll kill you! I tell the teacher anyway but she doesn't believe me. she takes the girl away and gives her a cupcake.

I am at a craft gathering where people are giving demos of different crafts. I'm sitting next to a girl who works at one of my shops. I'm supposed to give an embroidery presentation. I'm a little nervous and wondering what I'll say. the girl stands up and introduces me and says I'm the one who discovered her! another girl nearby says, I just bought $200 worth of stuff from her! she tells me I'll be on next. but then someone else with a group of kids comes up and we all start using strange stamp things to paint on foam sheets to make purses from. I finish the front but then don't have time for the back. a girl near by uses sign language to get my attention and then explains that she didn't pick up a free giveaway and would I send her one. she's kind of hard to understand. I tell her to email me her address and I'll send her something. I go back to my foam and decide to quickly decorate the other peice in Jackson Pollock style. I make different color marks all over it with crayons.

lucid mall. I am at some sort of mall where everything is white. a bunch of people are around and some are heading into a dark room nearby. I realize I'm dreaming and look around and at my hands. I stand near a large plant and a weird guy sitting on a bench. another guy walks by towards the room. I turn his white shirt pink. sort of washy swirling color. I try to give him a green top hat but it doesnt work. I keep telling myself its a dream. the light go out and it is dark except for a few shapes I can make out. I yell for the lights to come back on but they don't and I wake up.


convertible and pickles. I am on my way to some meeting and I'm driving a convertible that belongs to M a guy I work with. It is raining and I want to put the top up. J says, no it will run down the battery. so I drive off. I get to a large room with lots of people in chairs. there is a man speaking. I walk around and then sit down near the back. later we are supposed to go to M's house for pizza but not for 4 hours. we are all hungry so someone heats up some leftover pizza and we eat that. Jody is there and she's making some kind of dip out of pickles. she grinds up part of one into a pulp and then chops the rest up and mixes the chunks in. she's talking about how she and her husband are going on a weekend to somewhere tropical. her sister is there and we eat smores cereal out of the box. there is lots of gooey chocolate in it.

astral community. I am at my parents house in the side yard and we are chasing around some squirrels. they seem more like small furry dogs though. we are feeding them nuts that have fallen off the tree but they will only take certain ones. it's time to go in, (maybe it's raining?) and I head towards the driveway. there is a large woman who I am angry with. I am putting blankets into my car. there is sort of a narrative going on in my head. I have some chairs and decide to put them in the garage. some mean kids keep coming in and trying to hide so I'll shut them in there. then a bunch of them open the garage door and come in. the narrator says something about the astral community and how someone (maybe me) was a girl in real life and her astral self was a male unicorn who would comfort people and do their hair.

bouncing. I was lying in bed and my head started buzzing. I stayed concsious and just let myself go. I remember thinking, I'm surprised I haven't fallen asleep. I felt myself sort of vibrating or my heart beating really fast, then I could feel myself sort of swaying up and down above my body and below through the bed. I thought, if I'm going to leave my body, I don't want to be on the floor under the bed. so I swayed back up floating over my bed sort of standing up. then I came back to lying down and woke up again.

dairy queen. J and I were somewhere and he had to do something so I decided to drive around until he was done. I drive down a hill towards the way we came to a little town with a dairy queen. I want to get some food. I think I'll get french fries and a small cone but then think, I should eat something like lunch. I go up to the counter which is outdoors. a sort of inept teen girl works there. I ask if they have a fried fish sandwich and she doesn't know. I look around at the menu. they have lots of fish but nothing like that. I ask for water and she says they don't have it, all they have left is this wierd vegan drink. I say I'll try that. she gives me a piece of fish wrapped in a napkin. I say, I'll have a small dipped cone too and try to pay with a credit card. she looks lost and says,we don't take those. so I say forget the cone and pay her $20 cash. when I turn back my food which I set on a picnic table behind me is gone. I think great, someone's stolen my food now. I walk off thinking of how I'll tell J about it. I'm walking up a hill to my car(truck?) and think, this is a dream and close my eyes to try and wake up. then I think, wait, I can just change it. but it's too late.

patrick stewart. J and I are in a city near the top of a water tower. a guy is running laps around it. lots of people are gathering and someone is trying to shoo us all away. then everyone starts singing a song about how patrick stewart walked through this city when he was 20 years old. that song ends then they sing patrick stewart christmas. I am surprised so many people know that song. 2 fat nerdy guys and standing near us and say, that is the coolest song ever. I turn to J and say, are you ready to slip on out of here? we walk out to sort of a parking lot and then it's my mom with me. another mother and daughter are walking nearby and the mother is saying, I'm going to take your advice I just want you to tell someonefirst. they talk about how nice it is they're getting along and how they'll make a movie about them soon. we walk by some cars and there are cat pins on the ground. then a hornet/wasp comes buzzing around towards me and I crawl on the ground to avoid it. I have a sucker and toss it aside. it attracts the wasp and I get away.

In one dream last night we were at an icecream shop with my aunt, uncle and cousins. the owner was saying how they were his best customers and he had large pictures of them through the years up on the walls.
In a second dream, N, a lady I work with had gotten a letter from a man who liked her and then was sending mixed signals and asking wierd questions. I think we were in an outdoor shopping center.

I've been practicing staying conscious as I fall asleep and I'm getting better. I was able to induce the buzzing state twice last night, well this morning after I woke up at 4 something. I slipped into a dream once where I was going into the closet and I couldn't turn the light on. I thought, maybe this is a dream and I was unable to move properly and then woke up in bed. The second time I sunk deeper in and pictured a door. it was pretty fuzzy but I could see it opening. I told myself I would walk through it and be in a lucid dream. I went through it and then felt myself sort of drifting away from my bed. I tried to move and I floated straight up to the ceiling and then woke up.

dreams from the weekend
friday
christmas presents. we are hanging out with my SIL and neice. S tells us to get her underwear for christmas, size 12. I say, there's no way you wear a size 12! I bought size 6 and they were too big. she says, no that's the size I like. H is showing me a catalog with life size disney statues in it. she wants money because she's saving up to buy them they are $300 each.

HP. I am at a school with the characters from Harry Potter. It's more or less a normal looking school, not hogwarts. I get in a line behind hermione, she is short. she's angry about something. we go down some stairs and ron is behind a frosted glass door doing a shadow play with some chairs. then we part ways and I go to a class called Happy Hour. there are about 3 teachers at the front. they're teaching us to make a happy potion to use against sad or anger curses. I'm cutting up strawberries and putting them in yogurt.

saturday
junk house. I am climbing a spiral staircase that gets smaller and smaller until it's so thin it is just a rod at the top. I get off at the top onto a train or bus. my friend wendy is there and she asks if I've seen her sister. I say she's right there at the end of this row. she doesn't get it and I turn her head to look at her, then she sees her. I am looking out the window at passing houses. I realize it's a dream and start making the houses pink. then I am in a house with lots of rooms and they're all full of junk and antiques. I just walk around looking at stuff. I get to my own room and look around for anything weird or out of place. everything looks normal to me, although it's nowhere Ive been before in real life. I pick up a small pillow and make it change colors. I go to a part where there's a clothing store. there are very high ceilings. one wall is huge windows and opposite it is a tall wall with a board on it. stuck to the board are lots of barbie sized dresses that are somewhat 20's-30's style. me and another woman are looking at them commenting on ones we like. we're supposed to pick out one then they'll go get it so we can try it on. the dream has lasted a long time now and I'm walking around thinking,I hope I can wake up from this, it seems so real. then I wake up.

I was lying in bed thinking about my dream and I fell back asleep into the same dream. I am in the junk house and some other girls are with me, and a large grey cat. we're all sitting on a large bed. above the bed is a shelf with a big book about 8 inches thick. one girl is saying that the cat might die if we don't give it some water. but there's no way to get it water unless it's magic. I say, this is a dream we can do whatever we want. so I pick up a red watering can and say, this is full of water and pour it into a bowl for the cat. the girl is amazed. I put the water down for the cat, the girl says put it out of the way so we don't spill it coming around the corner.
when I woke up I was thinking about my dreams and getting images from the junk house. one was a picture of a woman in 30s clothes seated at a table, across from her was a grim reaper with a cube shaped skull head.

sunday
school railing. I am in a school hurrying down a large hall with an armful of books. I'm heading to a class I'm not sure where it is and I think I'm late. then I realize it's a dream and dump all the books on a nearby shelf. I walk away and to a railing sort of like a second story mall. I think, I should just jump off that railing and fly. then I think, I want to find J first though. but then everything starts to go black.

waiting for class. another school dream but this time I am waiting for a class to start, maybe it's lunch or something. other people are around. I am playing a game. there is a design with swirly colored shapes and you have to touch two matching ones so they'll disappear. it's sort of hard, most of the shapes are not exactly the same. a guy with dark curly hair is watching a talking to me. he wants to try it. I tell him to wait til I'm done. then the game is a box of cookies that I have to match up. there are lots of small ginger snap type cookies but they're not enough alike. another girl is there with her father, they are waiting to get in to talk to someone.

vacation. I am with some other girls on a trip somewhere tropical. we are riding in a silver bug up and down stairs and other places cars aren't supposed to go. we drive up to a ledge in front of a big lake and jump out over the water towards a small island. we fall in the water before we get there. we get out and start swimming. we drag the car up to the island and push it on. the island is more like a floating barge, there is no land under it in the water. then we are in a house talking about getting our stuff ready to leave. I notice everyone else has their bags packed so I go upstairs to get mine. I pick up some clothes from a stack on the stairs that are mine. I start throwing clothes and towels from the floor stuffing them into my suitcases. I find some hanging bags with dress clothes that we didn't wear.
later I'm dreaming that my mom and dad and I are staying at S and K's house all sleeping in a big bed together. I think it's raining. In real life I keep waking up and looking at the clock and going back to sleep and in the dream I'm doing that too. I keep thinking our flight leaves at 10 or 11, I have time to sleep. then their dog comes in, a little tan shaggy dog. K is in the doorway talking to us.

mary blair. I am in mary blair's house which is a sort of museum for her artwork. I am in a room with shelves of books and games and things made from her art. I pick up some boxes thinking I might take one but I don't. One box has a paint kit for a mermaid that looks like another artist I know.

fashion show. me and 2 other girls are looking at a rack of dresses. the first few are long slinky purple ones. we put them on and we're at the front of a large auditorium full of people. then we go to change. I go in a room full of clothes. I put on another dress that's black and has a poofy skirt. it also has several belts attached to it. we decide it would be better without the belts. then I go back into the room to change again. I have trouble closing the door and there is a window in the door with a blind on it. I realize it's dark out there and light in the room so the audience can probably see in. I close the blind and hear booing. I try on a tank top that's too small and then put on another top with wide patterened straps. it reminds me of something from the 50s. I'm running late so I put on jeans and go to the front again. I sit down and roll up my jeans. everyone says I look cute.

dreams from the weekend.

lucid pool. I am somewhere and realize I'm dreaming. I find J and we go to a pool. I jump in and I'm sitting at the bottom looking up. I can breathe under water. then J jumps in too.

thrift store. I am at a thrift store with some girls I work with, S and L. we are all looking at clothes. I'm surprised they are willing to shop at a thrift store. I pick up some old sweaters I think I will make stuffed animals out of.

bed outside. I am trying to sleep in a bed outside. a guy I work with keeps pushing paint brushes towards me. I h ave to leave and go in a building and my parents are there. then I go to another outdoor bed with them.

copy machine. I am at work in a large bright room. I'm working on the computer and listening to a radio. a girl from HS, andrea comes in and we start making mockups with some line art of kids. I tear out some pictures and put them together with others. I leave to go make copies. there is a long line at the printer so I go into the HS office for the copy machine. I make a copy but after I leave I realize it doesn't look like the original. I left my original in the machine and go back for it. then I go back to my office and two other people are there. I wish they weren't because now I can't listen to music. there's something about tea and an asian radio station that plays weird good music.

pinky. I am looking down stairs at a woman in a fold out bed. she is screaming pinky, which is the name of her cat. I think I see ronald reagan look in around the corner at her. he is wearing a suit. then I am in my room getting out of bed. pinky the cat is there and I pick him up. he is a large white cat. my mom and dad are in my bed. my mom tells me to give her the cat so I do.

computer guys. In this dream someone is making a movie about bill gates, steve jobs and another big rich computer guy from a third company called orello or something like that. the movie is about what would happen if they all pooled their money to help the world and do things like end world hunger.

giant. I am a giant in a suit and Im lying on the ground. some normal size people are around me. they split me in two halves, top and bottom and I can feel that my consciousness has split too. I'm in two places at once.

mom shopping. I am somewhere getting ready for work, trying to find something to wear. my mom and some annoying people are there. my mom is going to take them shopping. I'm kind of annoyed that she wouldn't wait til I could go. I'm changing my shirt and the annoying guy is in the next room where the door is open he makes a rude comment and I give him the finger over my back. I then grab my clothes and go into the bathroom and think, that may be the first time Ive given anyone the finger.

offending. I am at work and J and me and some other people are saying things which are offending L. she is getting angry and telling us off but we keep saying things and laughing. she stays calm.

pink computer. I go down some stairs and JP from work has sent me a pink computer. she says it's for everything I do, in appreciation. I plug the monitor into the computer and it comes on. I think, it must have a battery like a laptop. the images on the screen are huge and there is an ugly wallpaper like grey blocks so I start looking for where to change that. I find a size adjustment, one makes the whole screen smaller. I decide I should plug it in but it has a short cord. I'm trying to balance it all and keep it from falling over in order to reach the outlet.

mall halls. I am going to some kind of mall with a group of other people. we are climbing over a hill to get there. the man in charge says to meet back here at 1:00. some of the people have pet birds. one guy has a green parrot and a girl has a small black bird that keeps flying away. we get it back and go indoors. the building is full of hallways that all split off into 5 or more differents hallways. I am supposed to stay with a group but I lose them. I stop and wait in sort of a middle section until one of the other groups comes by so I go with them. they want to see a movie at 4. I think,were we supposed to be back at 1 in the afternoon or in the morning? if it was in the afternoon, we wont be able to see the movie at 4.

best buy. J and I are at best buy and he goes to look at the video games. I don't want to stand there so I go to another section where there is a table full of postcards and things. I look at them and then I go sit at the other end of the table where there is a box full of tiny books. the covers are pink fabric and they tie shut. I'm trying to fold the covers in and tie one closed. some other people are there. one girl has a larger book like my small ones so I show her mine. my friend wendy comes and sits next to me, she startles me and I jump. then I go into the video game room to look for J. my whole family is there and we are discussing who will ride with who.

I woke up early this morning and tried to fall asleep consciously. I had 2-3 OBEs with not very much control. the first time I got to the buzzing stage and lifted my head and sort of rolled out of my body. I floated around the room and then I was back in bed. I lay there a little longer until I could leave again the same way. this time it was like I was kneeling on the floor in the middle of my bed. I had a hard time moving. I tried to will myself to float away but I couldn't. I felt stuck and everything was kind of fuzzy. then I was sort of lying at the end of the bed hanging off. I was looking at the window. there was also a light at the door. then I was trying to move towards the window to go outside but couldn't move hardly at all. I thought, I wonder how long this will take in real life. then I was back in bed again and I thought I was awake but my hands and forearms were floating above me. I thought, it's weird how after I leave my body my hands want to float. then J said something to me like a question and put his arm over me. I slipped into a short dream about a kitten in our bed.

monster truck. I am in a building on the second floor. it is a large room with windows all along the wall. J is there, it might be his parents house. he heads downstairs and I hear his phone ringing so I answer it. it is a woman's voice and she recognizes my voice and calls me by name. I realize it is julia louis-dryfuss. she says it's elain benes! I'm outside with this truck. so I go outside and she and some other people are there. they have this huge monster truck. it's about 2 stories high. they want to sell it for $3000. I see some cars driving by with signs and things stuck to them, I think I bet the christmas parade is tonight. I tell the people they should drive the truck in the parade and someone might buy it. then I am sitting around with some people and my mom and I am drinking red wine. it is sweet. my mom says she likes it. I look over and see some bleachers. a group of people I know seem to be waving at me but I can't tell for sure. I want to hang out with them so I go over and walk by. they ignore me. I go to sit at the other end feeling down. then a lady who runs a bean farm is there and we're supposed to help her plant beans in bowls. she shows us how the fill the pot with dirt, then put a layer of leaves on top, then bean seeds in this white fluffy stuff. she says to put 350 beans in each bowl. I grab a handfull of white stuff and seeds and start putting them into a bowl. then a band is playing and they are marching onto the field nearby. I notice everyone has stopped planting beans. I wonder if it's a respect thing. a girl is talking in a microphone. it's some sort of ceremony for seniors.

zombies. J and I are in a car driving to the airport to go to the chicago comicon. we're talking about who might be there. we get to a building and have to park a long way away. we get out luggage and start walking. then we're inside. it is empty and quiet. we walk down some hallways. then we see a group of people following us. they are pale with dark purple hair and clothes like vampires. one is an old woman and one looks like robert downey jr. they talk to us and then rdj comes and grabs me and trys to bite me. I struggle and get away. I run away and down a hall there is a square hole high on the wall so I climb up and through it. J follows me. then we go outside again and now it's zombies chasing us. we run down a hill away from the building. J follows a frizzy haired zombie and I yell, what are you doing? come this way! I think, forget our luggage, we'll buy new stuff when we get there. then we're in a small restaurant with jody and some other people near the window. I see a zombie walking towards the restaurant and he comes right up to the window then goes on. jody has some photographs in a sealed envelope and opens it and starts showing them to me. she says she's seen some of her friends as zombies including jeff who she points out in a photo.

church skit. J and I are at an assemblies of God church. I'm kind of skeptical but J says, maybe it will be good and we'll keep coming here. some teenagers in lame clown costumes come out and stand in rows. one of them nods to the music person and then starts talking. they do this weird skit that doesn't make any sense.

OBE proven fake. ;) I woke up early and lay in bed clearing my mind until I got to the buzzing stage. I let myself sink deeper in. at one point I moved my finger to see if I could move at all. I sunk deeper in and then I felt myself sink through the bed to the floor. I crawled out from under the bed. I felt kind of dizzy and things looked blurry. I started looking intently at the carpet, noticing every detail. I told myself it was all in my head. then I opened the bedroom door and went into the hall. my dog was lying there and I pet her. I studied her foot. I was trying to make things more clear. I walked into the front hall and there were some small windows with glass blocks in the kitchen wall. I went in the kitchen and picked up a pen from the refrigerator. I wrote LD on the paper there. I thought, if this is real, Ill see that when I get up. I still felt dizzy and couldn't see from my right eye. I went in the living room and was sitting on the floor looking at the windows. then I realized it was my bedroom windows I was looking at, I was back in bed. I felt the pen in my hand under my pillow. later I woke up for real and the pen was gone. when I got up there was no writing on the fridge. next time I will remember it's all in my head and control it better.

boat get away. I am a bond villan or something and my thug guy and I are in a small fast boat. we have stolen a pet rat that belongs to the good guy. I think it is intelligent and worth a lot of money. our boat is in a big square pool with several levels. people are laughing at us because we can't get away in a pool. then I jump the boat out of the pool into the ocean and we take off. we go into some kind of cavern and realize the rat is gone. there is another rat in the cave and I tell the thug to ask it where our rat is.

sean costume. J and I are at a work party. people are dressing up in costumes. a guy named sean is wearing brown pants and an orange and blue striped shirt and tie. he says he's going to wear his sean costume and starts putting on the same clothes he's wearing only theyre way to big. he stuffs them with pillows or air. I have a lame bride of frankenstien costume in a box. it has a plastic headband with cotton hair stuck to it.

running in the woods. I am in a bathroom with several doorways , some with out actual doors on them. a man comes in and starts talking to me. I wish he'd leave. I finally finish and go into a room with a bed. 2 girls I work with are talking about something bad happening. they say, I don't know what will happen. I guess on tuesday we'll find out. I ask, what happens on tuesday but they don't answer. I push some books out of the way and climb in bed. then I am outside in a forest. it's nighttime but pretty bright out. I think, I can't sleep, so I'll just go for a run. I start running down a path. I see a huge spiderweb ahead I stop and kneel on the ground. the forest is really beautiful, light is streaming in. there are bright green and pink trees. I remember looking down and seeing my hands on the ground. there are two huge butterflies walking on but not stuck on the web. one is orange and the other is yellow with white spots. it has words on it that say, it's a finger. I think it's because one of the spots is shaped like a finger. I turn around and notice a large house up on a hill. a car is coming down the driveway. I think, it's early for them to be leaving, I better hide. ahead on the path it is darker and shadowy. I crawl under the web and sit in a shadow by the edge of the road. I hope the car doesn't turn this way. a little boy on a bike comes toward me. I decide to just sit still and maybe he won't see me. he rides a little ways past. I try to get up and leave but he sees me and looks startled. then I start running back the way I came. it is dark now and I'm kind of stumbling. my heart is beating fast and I feel scared. I wake up feeling that way. that's the first dream anything close to a nightmare I've had in a long time.

classroom bathroom. J and I are hanging out with the MST3K guys, and Joel has grey hair. they are talking about how they had some useless marketing people working for them who would have ruined the show if they had listened to them. I leave to go find a bathroom. I'm wearing a long robe and two pairs of socks. I take off the socks and stuff them in my pockets. I go through some rooms that are like classrooms with desk/chairs. all the chairs are toilets. I don't want to use those since they're out in the open so I keep going. I get to a large warehouse type room with big machinery. I go to a doorway and look out it. it leads to outside and there is a steep dropoff right at the edge. I feel cool air from outside on my face. I think, I should be able to find a bathroom that doesn't look like it's out of my dreams. then I think, wait, this is a dream! I look at my hands. there is a pink light shining on them and my ring is on the wrong finger. I spend the rest of the dream walking around looking at stuff. I should have actually done something. :P

lion forest. I am standing by a fence at the edge of a forest with some other people. I have a dog on a leash. 3 lions are walking around. I'm hoping they don't come too close but they seem to ignore us. they keep pacing back and forth. some cats are leading they're kittens into the forest away from the lions. then one lion comes over and starts barking at the dog. I hold the dog back. I think, I guess the lion barks since he's part dog. all the animals run into the forest and we all follow them. there is a big stone slab and I go out to the edge of it. there is a deep pit kind of like an amphitheatre. people are sitting around and a big screen comes on and shows a guy talking about lions. then someone starts a gift exchange. I look at the clock and it's 6:30. I think, I need to go home and see J. I don't like having these things after work. P from work is next to me putting his arm around me. at first I like it then I feel uncomfortable thinking of J. he's going to go to the bathroom and I say, I hope they're ok. you know I have bathroom issues with all the wierd bathrooms I dream of. then he turns into J and we kiss.

killer. I am walking into a large room with two baby elephants running around. I think my mom is with me. we go into another smaller room lori m is there, it is her house. I am in a dark livingroom with her and maybe her boyfriend. I am sword fighting with a guy who looks like the guy who was truman capote. I stab him near the heart and he falls down. lm and the guy with her tell me to come wipe off my sword. I come to the table where they're sitting and wipe it on a napkin. the guy is still alive. I pick up a small sword to go finish him off. lm says, no take this long one. so I go over to him and stab him in the stomach. he dies. I clean off that sword. then we're talking about someone who will come and remove the body. no one is upset or anything. I'm thinking, I just killed a guy, I shouldn't be this calm. I feel sort of shaky. then I am in a large bedroom where several people are sleeping. I am lying on the edge of a big bed next to P. he has his arm around me and I feel weird about it. I can't sleep cause I'm still thinking about killing that guy. I close my eyes and think I might go into the livingroom. then I feel the couch under me. I open my eyes and I'm lying on the couch near where the guy died. he's not there now, someone cleaned it all up. my hands are shaking. then I go into a bathroom and my cousins keep coming in. I ask them to wait and close the door. there is some old fashioned toilet paper with printing and diecut. I tear off a few sheets to keep. one cousin comes in and starts drying her hair. I ask her to at least close the door but she says she likes it open.

stage. I am on a big stage with I think 2 guys and we are singing. It seems like it was the national anthem or something. there is a huge audience and they all cheer when we finish. we bow and stuff. then I am in a sort of cafeteria with some people I work with. we get in a line to get breakfast. I get some gooey carmely nut roll thing and then go through the rest of the buffet. there's nothing else there except some cookies and coleslaw. then I realize it's like 2 in the afternoon. a guy named John takes off his hat and I realize he's bald.

bleachers. I am sitting in some bleachers with some other people, J and my parents. we are watching a tv. there is a show on where some people are building some kind of skin tight armor around this man. they're taking molds of his body and fitting the peices onto him. they even take a mold of his penis. we are all eating something. my mouth is really full and I try to spit out whatever it is. I go find a trash can and spit out this gross cheesy rice. I wake up here and when I go back to sleep it's the same dream. we are now watching a show with a lady with bright red hair and american flag boots. she's singing some political song. then sting comes on and sings about peace. I say, you've got to love sting, he's always been a peacemaker. my dad says, no, his grandfather was in some supremesist group or something and he sings songs about gays. I say, that's his grandfather, not him. besides, no one's perfect. you voted for bush but that doesn't make you a bad person. he just shrugs. then I think, oh wait, I voted for bush too (just the first time.)

highlights from vacation. I had a couple of wild's, one where I was invisible, I could see through my hand sort of like in a cartoon where the edges are there and stuff behind it looks wavy. I dreamt once I was a guy and I was supposed to marry this girl who didn't really care about me. I was thinking I would call it off cause I didn't really know her. then I was out in the rain under a tree.

visit from art teacher. my art teacher from HS was visiting us at our house which was not our real house and had lots of antique style furniture in it. first we went down the main road towards the bank and then to walmart I guess where there were stacks of toys set out for christmas. she and I looked at some disney princess dolls dressed for winter. I found a little mermaid one wearing a coat. then we were back at our house. we talked about how she would be moving into a new house soon, I thought, oh yeah she's divorced. I wonder if I dreamt this before. I vaguely know it's a dream but don't do anything. I go pick up a big siamese cat we have named rowdy. I tell her we got him from someone but he's a nice cat. she holds him then gets ready to leave. she has left me a flat package wrapped in brown paper. then we're sitting at a table with the dietrichs. we're talking about a kids show that was on nickelodeon. there was a cartoon with green blean and a lion that we can't remember the name of.
I wake up then go back to sleep. now I'm in a church with J and my 3 cousins. J and P and D are in the row ahead of me. they're showing starwars revenge of the sith on the screen in front. I have a bag full of stuff including the package my teacher left for me in the last dream. T comes and sits next to me. he is figety and distracting. I start pulling pencils out of a bag and setting them next to me. I hand T a pencil and sketchbook and he draws a picture of a hotel. my teacher is there and I open the package. inside is a cd set of quilting instructions. each cd has some little trinket with it.

old house. my mom and I are at an old house my cousin H has bought. my aunt and uncle are staying there for a summer. the house is in very bad shape. I go to close the front door. the main door is off it's hinges. I try to put it in place but it's bent and keeps sliding down. I put it back against the wall. there is a huge spiral staircase. the stairs are very weak and falling apart. the staircase is full of boxes of clothes and books. we start to climb the stairs and one box of books falls through to the lower floor. we look down the hole and see some of my cousins down their. we decide not to go up the stairs any further. I start looking around into a small room nearby. there is a doorway with a tiny door and another set of stairs leading up. they tell us we'll need to take the elevator down to the basement since the stairs arent safe. we get in a tiny elevator that starts going down on a rope like a dumbwaiter. we get to the basement and lots of people are there like for a party. the basement has been refurnished like a huge ballroom. there is purple lighting and huge molded slabs hanging from the ceiling. my cousin H is there. I ask someone nearby why they would refurnish the basement before anything else. we all lay down on the floor.it's dark and my mom lights a cigarette next to me.

egypt. I am in a desert in egypt where there is some sort of military training going on. up on a hill is the sphinx and facing it is an easter island type statue that we have put up. then I am running and hiding around buildings, maybe someone is attacking us or something. people are running through a grassy area and kangaroos are hopping by.

lost. I am in an office building with N from work and amy L from HS. we are talking to someone and get separated. I wander through different rooms looking for the way back. I keep finding dead ends. I see through glass walls that A is doing the same thing. she has found a big map of the building in someones drawer and is looking at it. then N shows up again and leads us outside to a little courtyard with a hill. at the top of the hill is a drainage pipe. a guy shouts hey there's a wild boar in here! I go up and look in. I say, it's a razorback! here in AR, everyone's crazy about the razorbacks football team from the college. it's insane. the pig is wrestling to get out. then we're inside again and M from work is there. he's very tall and skinny. He's talking about how some company wants him to be on their tv commercials.

weekend dreams.
snorer. I am at a house with several other people, maybe family. I hear someone snoring and walk around to different rooms but I can't find the person. the sound always stays at the same volume in my ears. then in the dream I wake up in a bed with a girl, maybe my cousin. she is snoring loudly and I try to nudge her and push her over but it doesn't help. then I wake up for real and it's J snoring. :)

big apartment. I am at H from works apt. It is huge, with like 5 bedrooms. all of them have baby furniture, I tell someone, they could have like 10 kids. then H asks if I want to go look at her socks. we go into a large room with some big beds. I sit on one and the cover keeps blowing off. she is on another bed folding laundry. then we go outside and lay in the grass, it's nighttime. some other girls are there too. then Im back inside walking through the house. one room is a sitting room with a square fountain in the floor. there is a tall window on one side that goes up and over the ceiling. there is a mat on the floor next to it. I sit there and say, this is where I would sleep, so I can look up at the stars at night. then we go into a shop in the house. there are all sorts of weird items and toys. there's a big box stuffed with a giant spiderman doll and some bags with tiny holes at the top to look through and see things far away. I show these to J. one section has pastel colored looney toons characters. P from work is with me acting depressed. then we gointo another room with pink mattresses on the floor. I sit on one thin one and say, mine at home is better. I sit on another one and tiny metal colored mushrooms poke up and down out of it, like a massager.

camp. I am at camp in a cabin getting ready for breakfast. outside is a roller coaster track with cars going by. a guy with a mustache is at the front and the cars have two large bluebirds at the front. then our whole cabin starts moving because it's on the roller coaster track. we pass another cabin going the other way. it feels like we're flying and I'm nervous that we might fall off.

bar and church. J and I are at a bar with music playing. I try to get him to dance with me but he's not into it. then he turns into a girl and a guy starts hitting on him. then we are in a dark cement church basement like the oakley church. it's raining out and I look out the window. my dogs are out there under an awning near the building. then I lead J up some stairs to the sanctuary. there are some tiny stairs I point out to J that I liked when I was little. he jumps the stairs to the top. we go in the sanctuary and a bunch of military guys are there. the seats are soft and comfortable, but they are really close together. J goes to two near the isle. the row in front of us is right at our knees. I start to feel really clausterphobic. I think of getting up and standing at the back. then the seats all lean back and it's alittle less uncomfortable. some ladies behind me have a big white scarf they put over their heads and mine.

1-15. wilds again. I had 3-4 WILDs early in the morning. as usual, went into buzzing state then sort of got up from my body. each time I had a hard time moving around. I sort of floated and twisted around my dark bedroom. I tried swimming through the air and going through the wall to the outside but didn't get far. I need to learn more control over this state.

1-16. pool. I am at a pool at a gym or something, in the water waiting for some lesson to start. other people start coming in, girls of different ages. many of them are girls I went to kindergarten with.

office complex. I am in a large office complex. I've been walking all over looking for SHs office but can't find it. then I realize somehow that her office # is close to the Mickey Mouse offices and that they're off to the right of where I'm standing. I head that direction. I walk through a construction site where some guys are laying brick paths. I step in wet brick cement and leave footprints. I get to a large building and go into a reception area. I ask a lady where Ss office is. she calls her on the phone and says a lovely lady is waiting for her. S comes in and greets me. she is tall. she tells the lady someone stole her lunch again. the lady says, oh, you're on another tirade about how everyone here hates you and steals from you. then we go on this escalator type thing. it's like a vertical rotating conveyer belt with steps sticking out all around it. it's hard to get on, you sort of have to hold on to one step and let it pull you up. I fall off a couple times and drop some peanut butter cups another time and get off to get them. finally I'm on and it pulls me up over and back down and under until we get where we're going. S sort of runs off ahead without waiting for me.

cousins. my parents and I are at my cousins house. I go in a bathroom and laundry is hanging all over, lots of osh kosh clothing. I remember how I used to want some osh kosh overalls when I was little. she tells her kids to gather up dirty laundry. they go off but don't come back. then I get a message on my phone from J. he's left only a partial message. then there's a message from the phone company saying since he did that, now they'll be sending me lots of , basically, junk mail. I start clicking through the mail and it's ads and a bunch of sports games that I have to keep quitting. then I'm in the dining room and a parakeet is flying around, close to the ceiling fan which is on. we're afraid it will hit it. then it flys out of the room and someone closes the door.

ship. I am at my cousins' house. a bunch of stuff happened and I'm not sure of the order. at one point we are walking in a yard with a tree that has something like microchips growning into the branches. it is spring and the tree is flowery. my aunt is talking about how she's not having any more kids. later we're standing outside near a small river. there is a small pirate looking ship and 2 of my cousins are in it, trying to row with a plunger. they come to near the edge and get stuck on the bottom. then J and I take the boat from them and ride for awhile. ahead of us the river empties into an ocean. later we are inside and talking about Harry Potter. my aunt says to D, you don't care about Harry Potter do you. you wouldn't read the Bible to me if it would save my life. I try to climb these weird white stairs with tiny steps. I can't get up them until I see that there are holes to put your feet in. later we're lying on the floor watching tv. a show about beaches is on. they show a beach called tuscany but it's in pennsylvania or somewhere. I'm playing with a cat, putting him inside a pillowcase. a little dog crawls in with it and they sleep there together.

going to school. I am upstairs in my parent house packing a bag of books and things for school. I get in my car and drive towards my HS. I have an emu in the car with me. I want to park close so that I don't have far to walk with the emu. I get to the front of the school and realize my school is not here, it takes place at a nearby nature reserve. I try to remember where it is located and think it's just down the road. I drive that way but dont see it. I get to a neighborhood and think I've gone to far. now I'm on a bike. I turn around twice and go up and down the road but don't find it.

blue cat. I have a plastic doll house and furniture and small animal dolls with clothes. one is a pig with a big smile. there is also a little dresser with a lamp on top. I'm looking through a catalog with accessories for the toys. one set is a bunch of plastic 'boobies' of different shapes and colors. the copy says they asked little boys what they would like and they told them they wanted different "boobies' to put on the animals. I find it bizarre and funny and show J. then we have a blue cat. I am excited to finally have our own cat. he is shorthaired and a light blue color. I think, wow this must be rare. I'll take pictures of him to show everyone. I think we'll name him azure.

saturday
chinese place. I am in a big warehouse full of chinese style art and decor. lyle is there. I'm walking around looking at everything. one large plant has a tiny clay buddha in it. then my parents and J show up to take me home. I'm telling them about everything and how next week theres a convention or something with classes that I'm going to. J wants to come too.

tornado. my parents and I are in a car driving to a nature preserve or something. we're watching a preview for an animated movie with little white mice characters called mr caligari. at first it's funny but it goes on and on. we're at a lake. then I see a thin black funnel cloud coming towards us. we start running away from it. we're on a long dirt road with trees along either side. I'm running fast and I can feel the wind pushing me along. we're heading toward where we parked the car near the beginning of the road. we finally get there and get in and it won't start. we are able to roll it to the entrance where there is a building. my dad goes inside to see if someone can jump us.

sunday
I am lying on a couch trying to go to sleep. my mom is there. I keep almost drifting off into the buzzing stage but wake up. there is a blue blanket. at one point I am half off the couch just leaning my head on it.
later, I am in bed really trying to wild. I drift off and get up from my body. I can move this time but something seems to be in control of me. I start drifting into my room and through the wall into another dark room with a box on the floor then I wake up.

parakeets. I am at my aunts house getting ready to leave to go to work. everyone is gone. I gather up my stuff and I hear the phone ring. I find the phone but its not the one ringing. my cousin comes in. we have two bird cages with blue parakeets in them he's grumbling about how he doesnt like them. we put them all together in one cage. then I say goodby, hug him and leave. outside some guys are telling me my car is broken, but it's not my car. I get into my car and start to drive off. some guys are harrassing a woman I'm giving a ride to so I try to drive them away. she gets in a car with someone else. we drive down the road and she is wandering around mumbling. shegets in my car but can't close the door. finally she does and we drive off.

heath ledger. I am at some convention or something where heath ledger is there giving an interview about a new movie he's directing. he has a long blond ponytail and someone is brushing it. he's saying how he was working on the movie and decided he himself should play one of the roles and then it all came together. I am in a wheelchair and he comes and brings me into a large theatre room with no chairs to show me a preview. apparently the movie has a guy in a wheelchair in it. I seem to think he likes me and think if he tries to kiss me I'll have to resist since I'm married.

comic store. J and I go to the comic store and J goes off to the bathroom or something. I walk around looking at stuff and A keeps asking me if I want anything. he finally gives me a sucker which immediately breaks off the stem. the store has really high ceilings with fabric sheets draped closer to the ground above head level. at one spot the roof seems to be leaking.

party. I am at some party mingling. a girl from HS, tracy, comes over and hugs me. she has two red haired babies in her arms. she starts telling me how one of them is deaf and we talk about how babies can sometimes learn sign language before they start to talk. then I am at my parents house getting ready to go to a banquet for work. I have slept in til 11:15 and it starts at 11:35. I have some drawings I've done of nativities that were rejected for one they want to have done. apparently what they're looking for is a gaudy looking mary with lots of gold. I start drawing one in yellow crayon.

hotel. I am traveling with my mom and aunt and we are at a hotel to spend the night. we gather our bags and start going up stairs to our room. the ground is flooded at the bottom of the stairs and we can't help walking through it. we get to our room and a Chinese family is there. they don't speak English. we try to tell them we are staying here and they need to leave. one lady trys talking to us in Chinese. my aunt talk back to her in fake Chinese and the lady looks confused. later she talks to us in very good English. she says they can't leave, we'll all have to stay here. we decide to see if they have another room.

dark house. J and I are driving to Scott Bakulas house, J is supposed to check on it while he's away. it's sort of an old farm house. we go inside and all the rooms are very dark. we go through, up and down stairs. I go ahead into a dark room and get lost. I wait for J. we go down into a kitchen then leave with out locking the doors. I ask J if we should and he says no I'll leave it just as we found it. we drive off towards church. I'm wearing shorts and I wonder if I'll be underdressed.

ball chair. I have a large ball and I'm telling J about how you are supposed to use them as desk chairs because it helps you with balance and give you exercise while you're sitting. I sit on mine at my desk and my desk starts coming loose so I try to adjust the screws.

bear foot. J and I are driving in CG. we stop at the post office and I go in to get my parents mail. there is a large envelope with a bears foot in it. It is missing a claw. I wonder who would send them a bear foot. we get to the house and give them the mail. my mom is excited because the bear foot is a clue to some contest about CSI in vermont.

another WILD. same as always. I sank into the buzzing stage, this time not meaning to try and get up from my body. I started hearing radio noises. the guy said a slogan that I thought I would try and remember to look up later but I forget it now. I sort of roll out of bed onto the floor. I can feel the carpet. I look down at my hand and there's a tiny light on my ring. I think, cool. then I look away and the light moves too. I realize my eyes must be open in real life and I'm seeing the tiny light on the fire alarm in my room. I try to get up from the floor and move but it's difficult. I sort of push off with my feet. I start floating up towards the ceiling and into my craft room. I float around in there trying to control myself but I can't. I rub my hands together and they feel rough. then I'm back in bed.
it's so frusterating. I have to get over this and start controlling these dreams. next time I will keep telling myself as I drift off, its all a dream, it's all in your head, you can do whatever you want.

floating around. I am sitting on the couch, maybe my mom is there. then I start floating around, looking down at the floor. I realize it's a dream. the carpet is a light color and the couch is blue like my parents old couch. I stand on the floor and grab the arm of the couch to try and make the dream more clear. then I am in bed grabbing the covers. I look at the wall and it is big and white with a clock and the door is tiny so I know it's still a dream. I try to sit up and get out of bed but I have trouble moving. I try shaking my head to try to move better but I wake up in bed. I'm not sure it wasn't still a dream though, I should have done a RC.

Friday.
basement WILD. I am lying in bed envisioning a door that I will walk through to a forest. I fall further and further asleep and then open a door. it is dark behind it but I reach out and can feel leaves there. I step through and start falling down slowly. I land in a sort of dimly lit basement room with high ceilings. there are big fabric banners hanging on the walls and over a small window. I pull on one huge blue banner and it comes down off the wall. I go over to the window. I can see light coming through around the curtain. I look out and see a sort of cement patio surrounded by fall trees. a girl is out there swimming in a pool. I go up some stairs and outside. I dive into the pool with the girl.

J bathroom WILD. I am lying in bed again half asleep, it is morning. J gets up to go into the bathroom. I think, half awake, he needs to see a man about a horse. then I hear his voice talking to someone on the phone saying, that horse sounds fine. could you send it over in peices so that the package won't be so big? then I float up out of bed and through the wall to the backyard. I look at the grass and it looks clear but when I start to look around things get foggy.

Saturday.
I know I had two DILDs but I can only remember the second one. I am at P from works house. M is there too, they are helping me carry packages out to my car. there is snow on the ground. I slip and fall at the front door. I realize it's a dream and shout to M that it is. he's sitting on the ground near a tree not moving. I throw a snowball at his head but he doesn't budge. I walk out into the yard and sit down to study some grass.

Mean girls. I am in a gym lockerroom. a snobby girl comes over and tells me sarcastically that she's sorry but since I didn't make the team (or something) I wasn't allowed to use these lockers any more. she's smirking like I'm not good enough to be there with her. I tell her off calmly saying I really don't care, I know I have more of a brain than you'll ever have and I couldn't care less if you and your stupid friends don't want me around. I leave and go to find another locker room. I find one with wooden lockers but none of them have locks. I figure I should just take my stuff with me so I stuff it all into a bag. then I go out onto this porch type place that wraps around the building. It's all futuristic looking. there is a big round thing under a hole in the ceiling where rain is falling. the thing measures each raindrop as it lands on it. there is sort of a pier that's uncovered at the other end where some people are lying in the rain.

test. I am in school and getting ready to take finals. I have a writing test. I sit down in a sort of outdoor pavilion at a desk. water is dripping from the roof onto my paper so I get up and move. water is still dripping so I go to another outdoor section that is uncovered. I find a seat. lots of people are around talking. I try to answer some questions but it's distracting. a girl Lisa from school comes and sits next to me. the carrot top the comedian shows up and people are all trying to talk to him. Lisa is trying to shake his hand. I don't really care, I'm just trying to take my test. then I'm with some other people and I'm trying to remember what test is next. I think it's math which I know I will flunk because I haven't studied it since HS.

huge hotel. I am in this giant building, bigger than any place Ive ever been. It's like a fancy hotel or something, there are huge halls and dining rooms. I am wandering around going up and down hallways thinking, I've been here before, I think Ive finally found my way around this part anyway. I am looking for a specific hall but can't find it. I go into a large dining area with tables. my friend stacie is there. we talk about a wedding she's going to later, the reception is at a fancy italian restaurant. I tell her I've been there and it's really good. she has a bright yellow dress she's going to wear.

tree bed. Stacie and J and I are walking down a path in the woods. we get to two doorways in the foliage walls along the path. one is marked library and s goes in that one. Jand I go through the other door into a large "room" with trees in it. four trees make up bed posts and a mound of earth is the bed part. we go over and lie down on it. I think I might get dirty because the bed is dirt. we lie there awhile then I start flying around the room naming the trees. J says, are you identifying them by their size, because some of them aren't full grown. I say, no, I know them by their leaves.

forest WILD. well, almost. I was slipping into a dream, trying to visualize a forest. I almost had it a couple times, once I saw a creepy face. then a path became clear, it was a bark path. the trees came in and they were fall trees which surprised me. I tried to focus but it became blurry and faded away.

maple hair things. Me and some one else are making these things to pull back your hair out of maple sugar. they are round and have a stick that goes through them. the sugar is pressed into molds and then colored. we're trying to make one to fit on Js grandmas head but her head is too big.

flying lessons. I am at my parents house getting ready to leave to go to flying lessons. I'm kind of nervous and hug everyone before I leave. then I drive up to the airport lot. It is night time and no one is around. I look at my phone and it says 9:12. I think well I'm a few minutes early. then someone is running towards me. I go into a dark shadow so they don't see me.

trying to leave. I am in my aunts house. I wake up and it's 8:00. I overslept because J had been up coughing all night. I get up and get dressed. my mom and my aunt are there and they keep asking me things and talking so I can't leave. I want to stay and visit but I'm late for work.

cephalopods. I am with a family, parents, a boy and a younger girl. we get to a beach and the boy takes the girls hand and go into the water. I come with them. the girl says, watch out for jellyfish. I can't see the bottom but the sand feels soft and loose under my feet. then the girl steps on a jellyfish. It sticks to her foot but doesn't hurt her. the boy pulls it off. then we see a tiny squid like creature. it's kind of purpleish and has big black eyes and stubby tentacles. I look close and see it has long eyelashes like a cat. two others are nearby on a rock. one small one yawns like a baby. I tell the others how cute it was.

in a movie. I am in a building with a hallway lined with windows. outside is a garden with trees and a stream with a sidewalk going over it. there is more to this part that I can't remember. then J and I and some others are walking down stairs, like three flights. at one point I am a baby or something and scoot down on my butt. we get to the bottom and we're outside the building. it's sunny out. there is a big round concrete pedestal with grass on it like from the park across the street. a big fat guy comes over and tells us good by. I hug him then say, dang I can't even get my arms around you. then we walk around looking at displays of statues and things kids are getting for prizes at a contest. then J and I are filming a movie. the director is a woman and there are lots of people around. we are supposed to walk around the displays talking while they film us. I'm wearing a robe. the director tells me to open it a bit then tighten it later while we're talking. they start filming and I don't know any lines. I just say hi and hows it going or whatever. they don't seem to notice. we walk around and film the scene 2 or 3 times saying slightly different lines each time. then it turns into more of a flea market place. I tell J he needs to relax and just focus on the moment. we stop and pick deep fried onion disks off of a hanging plant. he takes a tiny bite and sort of meditates on it. then we're at a shelf with books and things. he starts taking a bunch of pens and glass beakers and paper airplanes off the shelf and handing them to me. he says, this doesn't look like johnny carsons kitchen. in my mind I know this stuff belonged to bill cosbys family. J turns away and I start putting the pens and stuff back on the shelf carefully.

fake Italian. J and I are walking our dog in a neighborhood on a somewhat busy street. there is a rocky/grassy hill with a house on top of it, and I 'm having trouble walking across it without stumbling. then we get to a guy who is talking in a fake Italian accent, putting -o after every word. something like 'I want-o you-o to go get-o my cake-o.'

book reports. I am with several other people and we're going around the circle giving book reports. jarv and his daughter are there. she is the youngest and has the most books, I'm surprised how smart she is. I give a report on a book called the best dad, about a wacky fun father who becomes a teacher at the sons school and the son doesn't like it. I say it's kind of generic but it has a good ending like an afterschool special. I haven't really read it, I'm just making it up. while I'm waiting for my turn again, it's getting late at night. I have a book written on my leg, when I pullmy pant leg up and down the pages change. it's a batman story for kids with the Joker in it. I'm going over it so I'll remember what it's about when it's my turn again.

photoshoot. I am doing a photoshoot with the beatles. I'm sort of hanging and kissing on ringo. I think maybe he likes me. when it's over, we all walk down a road and I ask him to come along, he says no go on ahead. I'm disappointed. it is pitch black and I can't see anything but I can hear two girls ahead of me. I call to them to wait. I can only tell I'm still on the road by the dirt under my feet. I stumble and feel one of the girls there. we move ahead and see a truck headlights coming and get out of the way. we go through a tunnel and then it's daylight. there is a sort of big plastic slide. we talk about going down a hole in the center to get someplace but it's too small. we walk out into a huge fenced park wiith other water slides and equipment. I say we could run around the outside. then we see burt reynolds and his family. he says, wait, I know how to get down that hole, so we follow him.

my book. I get my book pages in the mail and it is full of weird stock photos of flowers and outdated looking people. many of them are repeated. one part talks about fabrics, showing some people in a lab trying strange clothes onto other people. then it says, but no, you don't need exotic fabric, and the next page everyone is wearing black and white. one man looks like is in a mug shot and wearing an 80s looking checked sweater.

quiet town. I am doing something when I am suddenly transported to another place. It is a sort of town, it is spring, daytime and very quiet and peaceful. the houses are spread very far apart and no other people are around, I can only hear birds singing. then I hear laughter or singing like a child far away. I am near a pool and am looking for something to drink. I see a vase of flowers. I pull a flower out and throw it into the pool but the cleaning vent sucks it up. I think, the clorine may have killed it anyway. I pull out the rest of the flowers and throw them on the ground. I drink the water and choke on it. I start floating in the air. I want to go towards the voice. then a little boy comes around. he looks at me and I ask him if he thinks it's strange that I'm floating. he doesn't seem to and runs off. then my uncle is there. I talk to him, he knows me but not his family. I tell him they're names but he doesn't know them.

dogs in a tree. I am at my parents house. I see a reflection in the window of a bunch of horses. I go to look out. at the back of the yard, several horses are at the fence. then I see my dog run by. I run out to get her, wondering why my mom let her out. then I go in the back to get my other dog. he is not listening to me, just running around playing. he runs up a tree with two other large dogs. I call him down asking if he wants a cookie. he comes right away. I go inside and ask J if he knew he could climb trees.

ugly wedding. my friend Jody and I are at our high school. we're going to go swimming. she asks if I want to go change into our swimsuits. I say no, I just got dressed but we head to the gym building. she sees her friend tracy and stops to talk to her. I tell her I'm going to my locker to find my suit and I'll meet her in front of the other building in 5 minutes. I go to the hall with the lockers. I forget where mine is at first then find it and am surprised that I know the combination, 12-26-36. I think, this is like one of my dreams but don't realize it is a dream. :? I pull a bunch of pencils and stuff out of my locker and put them in my bag. there are christmas gift bags sitting around for everyone, there was a gift exchange. I notice mine is from matt S. he got me gingerbread cookies and a stuffed gingerbread man. I notice my gift from last year has been sitting there all this time and it's from him too. I see J at the door and tell her to wait one second. I go back and get the bag. we leave. then we're in a food stand. I order a fruit cup. my mom is there and we talk about gwen's friend who sews and that my dress for the wedding is done and I need to go try it on. matt is there and we eat some of the cookies. they taste really sweet and chewy. then we're at the wedding. everyone's dressed in ugly clothes. the bridesmaids are wearing orange and purple, collared shirts with long flowered skirts. the men are wearing medival type costumes with floppy hats with curly hair stuck to the back. then we're back at the food shack. J and I are talking about watching the wedding on tv and they turned it off. I say I wanted to see the end. J says she watched a nature show, she has a sore on her wrist from a broken watch wire. I tell her it might get infected. my fruit cup is ready, it's not in a cup. it's strawberries and bananas in little plastic bags. I take it to the table and eat it with a smoothie.

zen garden. I am staying the night at my friend shannons old farm house. I get up in the night with a lighter and a book and go downstairs. There's a room there with a sand zen garden in it. I start raking the sand with a little rake. I notice someone has thrown hard macaroni shells into the sand and I start picking them out. shannon comes downstairs, looks into the room and then leaves. I look at the clock and notice it's 4 in the morning and decide to go back to bed. I gather my stuff and go through a door to a big staircase. I'm not sure where I am or where the staircase comes out.

lost coat. J and I are at some convention or show. we're walking around and there are a lot of hippie type people there. one couple asks what we're doing after the show and we say we're going to libby's. they say, cool we'll be there too. libby and her husband are sitting by a wall. I sit down and show her some things I bought, on is a little plastic figure. then we're in a seating area watching a show or something. it's over and I realize I don't have my coat. libby finds it by the wall. we are amazed and glad it hasn't been stolen, my wallet and the figure are in the pocket.

fairy actress. I am performing 'diamonds are a girls best friend' with a guy on a large stage with a balcony. there's a pause in the song and we decide to run down the balcony and back for interest. several people are on there and in the way. we get back just after the singing starts again and sing a big finish, bowing. only a few people clap. then I go backstage and I'm looking at a book of photos from old shows in the theatre with an old man. the photos are all sepia tone. we're looking for a specific actress who seems to have been in every show. a young looking girl who's played a child up to an adult. she looks the same in all the photos through the years. I say, she must be a fairy who doesn't age.

adventure team. I am on some kind of space ship and I'm a black lady. I'm leaving the ship on a smaller transport and I have a little girl with me. we land the transport on a mountain where a helicoptor is parked and some other men and women are waiting. we all get in the helicopter and fly to an old man's run down shack. I think I am myself now. we know the man, it's his birthday and they're having a cookout for him. they have lots of farm animals who all come to greet us. a duck and a big black dog both come to me and give me their feet. a bunch of baby ducks are nearby too. my parents are there and my mom is saying they should go. a cop shows up collecting pennies for '2-cent tuesday' there is a shortage of pennies so they're collecting spare change to make up for it. no one has any but I empty a big pocket full of change onto a table. I start picking out pennies to give him, they are tiny. I have some rare coins and some with full color pictures on them.

Bible. my mom and dad and I are shopping at an outdoor flea market or something. my dad falls a couple of times. we get ready to leave and I go back to get my dad's bible that he left somewhere. I find it and some people are interested in it. I show them that it's very old, from 1490. it has very worn pages that are falling apart.

saturday.
I am looking a s-ls page on DA on a computer. she comes up to me and talks to me. she starts talking about other online people as if I know them. it turns out that the fact that I know her leads to one thing or another and a huge tragic disaster is avoided because of it.
spencers. I am at a spencer gifts type store with jody and another girl who is her friend. we are looking at stuff and j tries on a swimsuit. I take off my shoes then can't find them. j and the other girl sort of whisper and make fun of me. I find the shoes then leave the store. I think I'll hide so they don't know where I am.

sunday.
heather's baby. I am at heather's house to see her and her baby. we're talking and I ask how big he was. she goes and gets him. he is about 6 mo. size or more. he is cute with blue eyes and lt blonde curly hair and freckles. then jamey and some others come over. we sit and watch sesame street. a guy is building a city where everything is shaped like the letter i. then I think I should go. I go in the kitchen to tell h and see that it is 9:27. I'm worried that J might have tried to call or is worried.
museum. I am at school looking for my locker. I realize it's a dream and continue walking down the hall to a stairway. the staircase is fancy and modern looking. I get to the top and realize im way up in the air above the floor. I start to feel dizzy and afraid. the stairs come to a point and go down the other side and I don't want to have to climb over the top. then I realize the stairs swivel and I can come back down the same side. I do that and come off where an artist lady is. I walk along a hall looking at art. the name of the artist is Leora Este or something close to that. I think I should remember that when I wake up and see if it's a real person. then I'm in another room and some people from work are there. a room to the side has chickens and squids on glass shelves. they put things under the shelves on the floor to see how they react through the glass. there are big snakes on the floor and a small sheep that comes up and nuzzles me. I go to tell the others but they have gone. there is a patio with fountains. I try to cross it without getting wet but the other side doesn't lead anywhere. I go back and some of the others are in the snake room. squids are slithering off the shelf and a man is trying to control the snakes but one starts striking at me and bites my hand. my finger swells up.
kimono. I am in a house with people from work. there is an interview going on I think brad pitt is doing it. they are talking to a husband and wife fashion design team. the woman is doing a dance showing how the show will be. she has lights. a dark haired girl is sitting next to me. the designer woman comes over. her hair keeps changing colors. she tells the girl she's sorry about something that happened and the girl calmly tells her she just doesn't like her then leaves. I go into a bedroom. I'm wearing a kimono and a girl comes in my room and asks if I need help. she starts adjusting it, pulling the extra fabric into a bussle at the back. she's saying her mother will be here from 4 - 4:30 so could I be away at that time. she asks if I used to wear my hair in a pony tail. I look in the mirror and notice it is cropped short in the back and brown.

quilt. I am at a restaurant with jennifer and nick from work and some other people. we're waiting to be seated. nick asks me about my son and I tell him I don't have a son. a lady seats j and me and says something about it being my birthday. I say I don't want a big deal made about it. it takes a long time to get food. I eat fried mushrooms and maybe a milkshake. then j and I are somewhere else and she's sewing a green patchwork quilt. she sews really crooked lines with a sewing machine then we all work on pulling the thread out to try again.

house shopping and running. J and I are driving to a house our realtor will show us. we get there and go inside. it is really junky and very small. everything is very close together like a small trailer or something. they don't seem to notice. the realtor tells us we'll look at the house next door too. we go outside. the other house looks a little better. we leave without going inside. then I am at another house by myself. it's also junky. there is a table set up full of tshirts the lady is selling. some of them are cool but they're all a size small. I go into another room down some stairs and I'm outside in the back yard. the lady says, our whole house is upstairs. I notice the house is on stilts and is sagging under the weight. then I'm with J telling him about it. then it's night time and I'm staying at one of the houses. I go outside and run through the neighborhood. as I'm going, I'm remembering I did this before.I'm running on the side of a hill behind houses near a forest. I get to one house and a man is wandering around the yard. I turn and run towards the road which is dirt. then I'm in a huge warehouse. I'm looking for something. someone is there and I hide behind a sheet of plastic hanging near an elevator door. I reach out and push the button. when the door opens I dash inside. I stand up as the elevator ascends. the wall next to me opens and I step out into a church. I walk outside and start running towards home or a cabin where we're staying. I am remembering coming here before too, early in the morning and someone prayed for me, it was new years day. there are thin sidewalks intersecting in the grass. I run towards a road and it's like I'm hearing or watching a story of a young man talking about running. he says he ran through a forest and saw a gay couple. the young one was beautiful, he was stacked with fruit. he watched them awhile and they left.

strange city. I am in a city with someother people. I go into a womens bathroom but lots of men are standing around. I wonder why they can't use they're own bathroom. I try to find one to use. it is a huge room full of rows of toilets, most of them are not in stalls. I go to one partially hidden in a corner. lori v and her sister are there. I ask them about all the men in there, they notice but don't seem to mind. then we are all on the street walking. libby is with us. she and another girl are dressed in sleazy clothes. we get to a storefront that is a night club. the door frames spray water on us as we come in. they want to go in but I don't there is a poster of knobby tights. we leave the two of them there. as I pass I hear a lady telling them about salads. behind me walking is a short man in his 50s with a beard and mustache. also his son who looks like river phoenix. a tall tan man wearing eye shadow comes up behind them and starts talking to the man. then he hints at asking him out. the man says he's not gay and the other man laughs. he asks how long it is. the man doesn't answer but his son says a million. the man says how long is that? the son says close to a billion. then the bearded man says, ok I was never one to turn down an offer. then a bomb hits the city and some bad guys with guns and swords come and attack us. they're flying through the air. the hit the eye shadow guy. I notice then that he's a centaur. he looks like he's been sliced in half. he's being carried away and yelling, run, I'm not going to make it, run! he's saved us so we leave.

revival bus. J and I are waiting on a road for a bus. several cars come by including a bus for a baptist church. we get on the 'liberals' bus although it's not called that. it is full so we sit in the front row. the preacher is a black man who starts clapping and chanting. J starts feeling sick with allergies. I think about the dogs and if they'll be ok without food till tomorrow night. it's saturday and we won't be back til then. the preacher starts to pass out key rings with metal tags and bookmarks. alisa is there and she picks out a bookmark with a horse and a lady on it. then the preacher is a white guy. he's up at the front of the bus which is more like a small room with an alter. people are lining up in the aisles to go to the alter. they stay there for just a few minutes and then go back. I'm seated but the preacher nods to me to come up. I get in line. when it's my turn I kneel at the alter and pray to myself. a woman next to me is praying aloud. I go back to my seat. J is there still feeling sick. he says we should go back home. I think we could catch a bus home or call J's dad to come pick usup. apparently we're in sullivan. out the window I can see that we've stopped near an old train track. then the place becomes something like our bedroom and J and another woman are dressing like hobbits and tell me to too.

cemetery show. I am going to the medex plush show and it's in a cemetery. the place is huge and goes on and on. I start walking around looking for mine. I dont find them and stop before Ive seen it all. then I'm looking at blythe on wikipedia.

mom. I am at my parents house talking to my mom. she's telling me how she came home early from work, dad had stayed home and they told her she had a rare genetic disease. she shows me pictures of her father and two half sisters. it hits me that she may die and I wonder how serious it is. she doesn't seem too upset.

on the roof. I am in a mall type building with lots of people, some I work with. me and some girls are looking at a shelf of tiny figures. then I go into a crowd of people dancing to music. I look for J. I see him ahead and catch up to him. he's with a guy named chris. he doesn't stop for me I think he should spend time with chris, they knew each other in HS. I see a really tall staircase. a couple is trying to climb it but it doesn't go anywhere and they are upset. I go up and jump off onto a flat roof. I don't know how Ill get down. I notice some ripped paper and letters and try to put them back together. it seems a girl was here and her boyfriend broke up with her so she jumped off the building. I try to peice together as much info as I can. my phone rings and it is a girl named molly. we talk for a minute and I ask her if she's seen J. she says I'll find him. we hang up and J calls me. we talk for a minute then he's gone. John from work is on the roof with me and waves while I'm on the phone. I show him all the letters. one is from the girls principal explaining how she jumped off the roof thinking she was riding a unicorn.

flying car. I am driving on a highway and I turn off. I'm headed one way but there is an accident ahead so I turn another way. I am heading towards a shopping center I visit sometimes in my dreams. it is square with parking in the middle and some restaurants around. I drive towards and embankment and go over the edge. I realize I'm dreaming and pull my car up so it flies into the air.

office. I am at work in my old office. I realize it's a dream and slow down and look around. I lean over a cubicle wall and a guy who looks like Jim Gaffigan only bald with glasses is there. he's grinning at me. I say hey this is a dream and he just grins and laughs.

phil. I am at work and we find out phil has died. he's been in the hospital recovering from something but didn't make it. I say, well I just hope he's happier in heaven, because he didn't seem to like it here. he complained about everything.

eat crow. I am at a party or somewhere with lots of people around. a tall guy is there with his mother and she orders some food that comes with a dead crow skeleton with bits of meat and black feathers on it. the guy says oh can I have that? she gives it to him and he starts picking stuff off and eating it. he offers me some and I decline.

museum bar. we are at a museum getting on a rollercoaster that would take us through it. we get off and we're in sort of an old west town with a dirt road. my mom and Js mom (who looks like my aunt) are there and I overhear them talking about how we would never stay off sugar, they bet we would be eating dessert that very night. I find J and tell him that we better stick to it to show our moms. then we go in a bar and sit at the counter. J orders a beer that has lavender in it. he says, this is interesting, we'll have to remember to look for it when we get back. then there is a show on the tv about transvestite acrobats at a circus. these men dressed as women are trapeze artists.

card shop. me and some people I work with are at a card shop. Im looking at a rack of 3 for 30 cents cards and right next to it are some cards we did for 10.95 each. they are thin and have lots of folds and hand work. I think a little boy is with me. then d, a lady who is very dry and low key with a low voice, starts singing in a very loud, operatic voice. I am amazed that she can sing like that and think, that doesn't even sound like her voice.

J frozen hair. J and I are outside sitting on some bleachers. he is wearing cut off jeans over long jeans and has pulled the cut off legs over the legs of his jeans but they won't stay up. I tell him he needs some garter belts or something. he goes inside to fix it. when he comes back he has taken them off. now he has his hair slicked back looking wet. it starts to freeze in the cold weather and turns white. we put a scarf over his head.

tiny lockers. me and some other people are in a room that's my office space or something. there are shelves on the wall. I notice by the corner is a row of tiny metal locker doors going up to the ceiling. there is writing on them. I press on one and it opens to another smaller door with more writing. each one has several doors behind it and lines from poems or limericks are writen on them. I tell the others about it and try to quiet them so I can read one. then we discover a small radio hanging at the top and it comes on. a dull man starts talking so I try to turn it off but I can't, even if I unplug some of the cords. finally we get it off. a large shelf is set into the wall and has a model set of a civil war battle and some slaves which Levar Burton has built there. I think we're done with it so I start clearing it off. some people come by and ask if they can have parts of it and I tell them to ask Levar. the Levar comes by and says, oh, that was worth $10,000. I say, we should have glued it down I guess, I'm sorry. he doesn't seem bothered by it.

First house. J and I have just gotten married. I am walking down a street in a neighborhood to our little green house. I go towards it but J calls to me from another two story house across the street. He says, I bought us this house instead! I go in and it is still full of lots of traditional furniture and stuff. There are lots of weird stairs in strange places. Above one stairway is a bed on a small platform stuck to the wall. The bed moves on a track through the house and through doorways and stuff. Up another stairway are two doorways to small apartments that we are renting out.

Weird al. I am making out with weird al. then I feel guilty and tell him I have to go. I find J who is in a basement. He has just gotten out of the shower. A guy from babylon 5 is there and they are talking.

Stevie nicks. I am watching a video of stevie nicks singing. Two other women and a man are with her. The women are wearing medieval style clothes and dancing. Then Im in my parents livingroom with them and dancing up the walls and stuff.

Of all the people to make out with, Weird Al? Was he serious or goofy?

heheh. he was actually serious.

office. I am at work and they have moved our cubicles around again. I'm sitting with S in a tiny cramped space in the middle of a busy area. people keep walking by and it's distracting. there is a pile of dirt in our space and we're trying to move it away.

artist couple. I am watching/in a movie about a couple who are artists. the woman has been away for a year working at a fabric store. they have written lots of letters. she is back now and the guy has been trying to sell paintings and pottery unsuccessfully. she doesn't know what to do. he has a large house as a studio and each room is pretty bare except for a few art pieces. they're not very good. he's talking about destroying everything he's done and starting over fresh once more. then Im on a porch with jennifer and we're clearing a huge pile of snow away. it is really soft and I say, this would make a good bed if we slept out here. then jim gaffigan is there saying, I'm the mom in our relationship, I get the kids most of the time and my wife sees them on select weekends and in the summer. then a big black guy is there with the kids and they have aged. we go inside the house and there are lots of tables set up with sewing machines, someone is giving a class. they are all eating fake bacon. I find that funny and vaguely realize Im dreaming. we sit down at a table and I'm eating salad and some kind of desert with cherries and tofu.

J and I are in a dressing or hotel room and J is getting a haircut from a man we know. my hair has been dyed white and is really straight, soft and fake looking. my regular hair is underneath and longer, I'm trying to cut it to match the white. the hair dresser guy is watching me until I say ok come over here and help me. on tv is a show about a guy who makes wedding cakes. they show a cake and then he goes on to make the bridal party's clothes, all out of cake.
then I am somewhere tropical in a small villiage. a gang of viking type guys come up to the small river running through the town and are going to take over. we try to gather all the people to cross the river to an island. my 2 dogs are with me and Gypsy is scared to cross the water. I'm trying to get them onto an inflatable raft. we get to the island another way and it is like a resort with restaurants and beaches.

art store. I am at an art supply store with people from work, it is a tall room with stairs at either side up to a second level. from the top level I can go outside to a garden. there are stone paths and a large stone wall painted with a mural of a castle and sunset. people are with me and I explain how I loved to come here as a kid. the wall raises or we go under it and I can see buildings from my college. my friend wendy and her sisters are there getting off a bus. they are working on some secret project with some of my coworkers. I try to find out more about it. MB tells me I'll be in trouble for not doing my own work even though I have plenty of time. I tell wendy I want to help, by making a stuffed animal.

basement. I am at a restaurant waiting to be seated. a man is with us but he doesn't sit by me to wait. my dad is there and my mom is in the restroom. we keep waiting for her to come out with crowds of people but she takes a long time. then I am in the basement of my parents house in the back room. there are sunday school supplies. Im looking for something. in a round box there are round pieces of crayon and tinker toys. I find some charmkins in ther and put them in my pocket. I think, these are in better shape than mine, I'll bring mine back to replace them. then Im in a sort of movie in my bedroom. a guy (J) has stolen gold jewelry and a yucky girl is trying to get him to give her some.

city flight. first I am at work and B wants to give me a charm. she has several beaded charms with rocks with a word engraved on them. she hands me one that says Ernie. I ask whos Ernie? she tells me a story of a guy who used to work here who was moving so they put signs up so he could find his office. then she won't give me the Ernie charm so I pick out one that says Dreams. then I am walking down a highway through the woods. I know it's a dream and I start flying. I'm hearing a song like it's a commercial. I look down and see a black woman and her children driving along. I see cacti growing in the road. I get to where the trees clear and there is a city. I fly higher over buildings. I think, I have better control flying than I have before, normally I can't go too fast or I wake up right away. I look down and see some police coming after me shouting, it's a UFO! I see a tall building ahead with a spindle on top that I start to fly towards. I feel something I think is a net thrown next to me. it is actually J in bed next to me with the covers. I wake up then fall right back into the same dream, but now I am in custody with the police. an officer named Moussefallow is guarding me and I'm trying to sweet talk him to let me go.

I am at work only it doesn't look the same, it's a large building like a college. alisa and I are outside the building running up and down stairways on a path next to the building to get to a meeting or something. some of the stairs are enclosed in rooms with doors and some of the door handles are too high almost to reach. then we are in a meeting room and matt west has come to perform. I go talk to him and he recognizes me and I remind him where we know each other from.

I am watching a movie but am sort of in it at the same time. Chris O'donnell is in it but I'm thinking this is an updated version of circle of friends which he was in awhile ago. This version is not close to the original story. We are in the woods and there is a group of girls, one of whom likes him. Instead he picks a very shy sort of mousy girl and carries her off. He is holding her like a baby and she's sucking her thumb. I'm walking along beside them. They get to a pond and he wades in across. She follows although she can't swim. The plot is he's trying to kill her but wants it to look like an accident. She gets to the other side and her makeup is smeary and we can see through her white shirt but she looks happy.

Now I am in a harry potter movie and he's battling snape. It's dark and they go into a little trailer in my parents kitchen. I hide in the corner right outside the kitchen. I can see flashes of light from they're wands so I know he's still alive. Then I see two tiny red lights from the wands and they're still. Harry comes out with snape by the collar. Snape looks intimidated and harry tells him he's going to confess. They go outside but snape gets away.

I am at m from work's house, tons of people are there for a party. It ends and lots of them leave. The rest gather in a large room with a big movie screen. The room is full of parked cars and J and I decide to leave. J is tall and dressed as a policeman. I can't get to my car easily and some guys are sitting on it (it's a convertible in my dream.) I ask them to get up and I pull out driving crazy. I vaguely know it's a dream and don't crash.

I am in a church but it's like a basement. J from work is performing and has box sets of his new cd he's selling. My parents are there. I tell them I have one and it's really good. Jody is there too. I pull out my ipod and find his songs on there so people can hear them on the spot.

I am at my parents house. we are in the backyard. they live close to neighbors on each side and the backyards are wedge shaped and come together in the back. they have a trampoline in the yard but it is to small to jump on very well. they tell me they're thinking of getting a pool and we discuss where to put it. I say they should put it right off the deck. we walk around and at the back of the yard is another house with some creepy women there. they are all baggy and scuzzy and one has a baby but they say hi so I wave. my mom goes to talk to them and I walk towards the house. then I'm in a sort of church basement where some people are making food for a wedding or something. I see a stack of boxes with chocolates in them and taste one from each box. most are sweet and caramly but two boxes say beef and honey mustard flavor so I don't try those. then I am walking with sarah telling her about the gross flavors.

I am at work but it's more like a basement. I'm in a dark area looking for a light I try several switches and then find one for the right space. the loud woman is in a room nearby and I can hear her talking to someone. I am gathering stuff to leave. there is a pile of little debbie boxes for a fundraiser. I think I will buy a peanut butter stick since I haven' t had one in a long time. I see that they are 85 cents which seems like alot. I have some change set out on the counter. Then I am in the car with J and I realize I have the whole box in a bag with me. I think, I should take them back this weekend before anyone notices.

J and I and most of my family are at a street fair or something. there are buildings along either side of the street.I am going to leave and go to work. it's monday. I go around and hug everyone in my family and say goodbye. my uncle doesn't have a beard, he is playing a game with some of them chasing them around. he gets a pen from sarahs pocket without her realizing it. I hug shannon and then my grandma. I tell her I love her and she kisses me on the cheek. she says something about eating my food from the fridge and then tries to pick me up, I tell her not too. then I go to find my car. someone says J has put it in the garage so I go looking for it, it's behind a door marked in red "orbiter". I go in and he's coming up the stairs. we go to the car.

haunted house. I am in a dark basement and there are ghosts of people, men and women. I feel scared. when I wake up I try not to think about it so I dont remember anything else.

mansion. we are with our family. a large woman is lying in front of me about to give birth. she shouts, here it comes and the baby pops out and lands on the floor. I pick it up and wrap it in a towel and hand it to her. they name the baby John. I start thinking about it and don't really like the name. I don't want a son named John, I'd rather it be Joseph, Joey. I decide to tell J I'd like to change it and then realize it's not our baby, he's our nephew so it doesn't really matter. J and I are walking around the front yard of a huge mansion we have bought. there are lots of trees and a sort of river. we take a jetski on the river and when we get off we're repremanded by one of the groundskeepers. he says that's against the rules. we apologize and go up to the house. on a ledge are boxes of candy, I give some to J. then I'm walking through the house. it is richly decorated and full of celebrities and rich party goers all carousing and in beds and hot tubs together. I wish they would all leave us alone. I go through two more rooms being renovated to add more hot tubs. I try to find J. then I'm in a big fancy mall and J has turned into my HS friend stacy. the mall is full of expensive shops all with wild colorful decor. I go up to her and say I thought you didn't even like people, why are all these partiers all over our house. she just dismisses me.

shark. I am at a beach, maybe on an island. some people are with me. there is a large slide going into the water and someone convinces me to go down it. I ride a surf board down it into the water. I paddle around a bit instead of coming right back and they start yelling. I look down and see the shadow of a huge shark under the water. I hurry to get back to shore. the shark dives out of the water to the land and grabs several people biting some of them in half. I am horrified and run to higher ground where I sit with my dogs.

office levels. I am at work or somewhere in an office with many levels and platforms. I go to a room with lots of computers but no one is there. there is a sort of catwalk through the center of the room. a small platform is off of this room around a corner. a guy is telling me stuff like it's a good place to come and get away from work. then I am somewhere else maybe like a parking garage. a big black guy comes over and starts telling me about a chicken being loose on the highway that's causing problems. I have a stack of artwork with me. J is there and we head towards our car. the artwork is large and difficult to carry. I get in the back seat and J has the keys and puts them in the ignition through where the front windsheild should be. he turns them the wrong way and the car makes a grinding noise. I turn them the right way and it starts.

getting ready for church. we are at my parents house and my uncle and cousins are there visiting. we are preparing to leave to go to church. I'm going through my drawers to find some clothes to wear. they are all too big or old looking. I'm then driving up and down the driveway several times then we all park on the street. I park too close to the wall and the side door cant open. we get to church, this happens twice. the church is a round building. I've dreamt of round churches before. the first time we are on time, the second time we are late and go to try and find a seat.

japan. J and I and my parents are talking about taking a trip to Japan. It is late in the day so I suggest we go another time, maybe like a 4 day weekend. then we are in Japan, on a sort of boardwalk with long slits on either side of us forming a pier. we look down in the water and see huge bettas swimming around. my dad has a fishing pole and catches one. he pulls it on to the pier it is about 3 feet long and maybe 2 feet around. it is thrashing around gasping and coming after me. I try to stay out of it's way, feeling sorry for it. I ask if they are going to keep it. then it is later, and J and my dad are frying up pieces of the fish in pans. my dad tells me it was a sacred wedding ceremony when someone catches that kind of fish.

I am at work and we are moving cubicles around. I am now sitting near two fun weird guys, K and J. K and I are talking about the comicon and how he will soon have collected lots of fun stuff to decorate his space.

J and I are walking along a street/boardwalk and it seems to be the late 1800s. He says I better walk you home now. It is evening and I think, in this time period it must have been inappropriate for women to be out after dark. We go to a house and stop at the door. It is darker but I can still see light sky through the trees. We are talking about how he may be leaving for china soon. I tell him I love him, wondering if he will return the words. He does immediately. I tell him if he's leaving for china I am coming with him. I turn around and he's disappeared. I start to hear loud music coming from the house, it's 80s music. I walk around the house. Other houses are very close by and the back yard is tiny. I find the window where the music is. I go inside and down a hall with lots of wood doors and trim. I go into a bedroom that is mine. It looks modern I guess it's not the 1800s anymore. I find two large boomboxes, one is dark green and rounded. I try to turn the music down or change it but the controls aren't working right. I remember this happening to someone Ive heard of who's house was haunted. I think of unplugging the stereo but I finally turn it off. Then I realize I'm dreaming. I am walking down the hall. There are lots of white things and furniture. I see J and we do it in a nearby bed. The second time I tell him it's a dream and he doesn't seem to care. The third time a young boy comes in who is the dream I guess is our son. He says hey that's my bed and I tell him he can sleep in our bed in the next room. He goes on and a large wet dog is there too. I tell him to take the dog with him. Then 4 or 5 more big wet dogs come sniffing around and jumping on the bed. They are white and brown like salukis. I tell them all to go lay down and they do.

I had a WILD where I am in the hallway but it is tilted like a fun house and I have trouble moving. then I dream I get to work but forget some cupcakes I was supposed to bring. it is still dark and lots of people are already around. I run down a short flight of stairs to leave and then think, I hope this is a dream so Im not really in this situation. when I went to work for real I didn't forget the cupcakes but I did forget my wallet.

It is snowing when I get up. there is a layer of slush on the ground and I let the dogs in. our house is similar to real life but we have a basement. I bring the dogs to the basement and tell them they need too help me fold laundry. they look like kids who don't want to do they're chores. then a girl I went to school with comes to the door selling male enhancement drugs. I tell her we're not interested. I come back in to the table where some friends are sitting and tell them about it. I'd feel embarrassed to be selling that stuff and if I had to would go as far from where people know me as possible. later I'm with our family and hannah has a box that asks you questions and draws a picture of you based on your answers.

I am in what looks like a school library. At each table is a guy alone serving detention. Kevin G from HS is at one table. I think, I could sit with him, he's less scary than the rest look to be. Some people from work are around and fixing coffee. I tell someone I'm starting to like coffee if it has enough stuff in it. I pick up a coffee cup and start putting sugar in it. I get way too much and it just sort of crystalizes when I pour coffee in. I take it to a nearby kitchen area to dump it out and it seems like ice. I realize the cup I have is the glass coffee pot and feel dumb and guilty for taking all the coffee for myself. I wash it and go to put it back. Then I go outside and kevin is there. It is fall and I'm wearing baggy jeans. We're getting ready to go somewhere.

J and I are at my parents house only it looks more like my aunts old house. It is night time and we're looking for something to eat. I find some stuffed pasta shells with cheese and put them into a dish to heat up. Then my parents arrive with 2 or 3 kids I don't know. My mom is almost taller than me and dressed in purple. She ignores the kids when she sees me, they wait at the table to be fed. One of the kids is like gypsy my dog.

Ahhhh... Detention. Now that brings back memories.

I'll probably get arthritis from all those lines I used to write.

I am at a skating rink with some people from work. It is a party with groups of people acting out parts of a mystery story. Robin Williams is in charge. He skates up behind me and tells me in my ear that I am playing the character of an old cat lady who suspects a dentist. I start expanding on it saying he's stealing peoples teeth as treasure or something but RW tells me not too, just follow the story. Then I'm at a table with J and S and I have a small skeleton. We decide to get pliers and pull out his teeth.

I am outdoors and running towards a church. I am supposed to be in a wedding in 10 minutes. I think, I can be ready by then. L from work is the bride, she is walking ahead of me. I run into the church and go to the basement where I assume will be a room I can change in. the basement is dark and I walk through til I see a light but it is a stairway up to the sanctuary. then I am dressed and sitting in a chair at the front of the church. I'm wearing a red shirt and black skirt. I realize my shirt is on backwards, the tag is sticking out. I go into a nearby supply room and turn it around. then a HS band on stage starts to play wedding music. I run out and see attendants walking down the aisle. now we're all wearing orange dresses. I miss my partner but get in line and sit down again at the front. now it's something from HS musical. I'm telling someone, this is the lame part with the losers at the end, after the popular kids perform at the beginning. a girl nearby comes over and kisses me. male/female couples are separating and making f/f m/m couples. then we all start to leave the building. JL is there talking about his art. a girl near me says he goes regulary to the burning man festival. B from work is there. she is saying that they spent way too much money on this, even having a toy vendor. we get to a car J is driving and she's still saying they didn't even have ice cream. we drive past a flatened police car. I point it out and B says to roll down the window so she can hear what's going on then tells me I didn't roll it down far enough.

I am outside and we're fixing a cake for Ms birthday from work. someone asks who will decorate it and no one says anything, they ask me and I act reluctant but I really wanted to. I pick up chalk and start drawing M in a sports car in the frosting. I don't have anything to look at so it gets kind of wonky. I get it to where I think it looks ok. I go inside to a bedroom and look in the mirror. I'm surprised my hair looks good and longer than I thought.

I am in a room with a bunch of people who are attacking each other with big knives. it's getting really gorey so I try to leave.

I am visiting black apple's house. I feel like I'm talking alot. I tell her I love her house, it's like a little fantasy cottage. we go out to the backyard which is small and fenced with a good sized tree and flowers. there is a stream running past between all the houses and a wooden walkway that leads to each door. I ask how long it is and she doesn't know. I tell her we should walk it tonight. then some other people are there. we find out she's gotten engaged. she has a thick silver band ring with lots of diamonds. then I am getting dressed. I decide I should dress funkier and put on a long patchwork skirt, denim jacket and I wish I had some striped socks. I grab a gaudy gold locket necklace and go into the bathroom to put it on. each time I look in the mirror I look a bit different. C from work comes in and ask how I'm doing very friendly. I don't say much then worry that I sounded rude.

J and I are in costumes, I think I'm a wolf man or something furry. we get herded into a bus. we learn they are going to scan us or something to make toys of us. then we're in a toy store and we see stuffed dolls of ourselves. mine looks like me in a pink polo shirt.

I am riding in the backseat and my parents are in the front driving. I have just woken up. the back is full of blankets and luggage. we are at school and I have to get out. I gather my stuff and my cat jumps out so I put him back in. another girl gets out too, I think she was indian. her cat jumps out but they don't notice. I turn back to make sure they get it. it's wearing lights, like a tracer. they stop the car to get the cat. now I'm in a car driving and I almost run into someone. then I'm riding a bike down a street in cg. my dog gryphon is running along side me. we go through a foresty neighborhood. I stop and look at an eggshell on the ground. then we see several eggs in the grass. gryphon eats some of them and I eat one, it tastes like chocolate. they are for an easter egg hunt. we leave the neighborhood and head to work. I hear my boss in my head talking about having my dog at work and some others were wanting to have a drawing session with him. I think, I might have to get him a visitor sticker.

I am at work, sort of, and we are supposed to be signing big cards. I'm trying to work out a way to write my name uniquely. I'm practicing with a big marker that keeps going out. then several of us are in a living room and I look out the front window. a woman is wandering around wearing what looks like a scuba mask on her head. she comes to the door and J goes to answer it. she and another lady come in and sit with us and start telling us about their paper they publish and the wild stories they've discovered about centaurs and bigfoot and stuff. we alll start thinking she's baloney and we send them away. then we're riding in a car, J from work is driving. he is very relaxed the whole time even though we take a wrong turn and everyone is sort of freaking out. then we drive over a dropoff and cant steer back onto the road. I wake up before we fall.

J and I go to a bar with a table full of people. he is doing something and I keep asking if he did this and this etc, half joking. he gets mad and says shut up, stop being a jerk. I don't say anything else. then the bartender comes over and gives him a psychology brochure and starts talking to him about psych problems and why he acts the way he does. he listens and then he is nice to me again.

I am in a sort of schoolyard with grass. I have a handful of magic seeds from a video game. I toss then down and walk in a circle, as I think of it, a large tree grows up from the ground. then I'm in my parents backyard and I toss some seeds in the garden. I think of asparagus and cactus and they grow up. then I grow a vine with different kinds of berries, strawberries, rasberries, cherries.

I am in a pool at a hotel or something. I go from one pool to a connected one over some stairs. some people are standing on the stairs and I slide down them like a slide. I get out and put on a satiny aqua shirt over my suit and go inside. I am looking for a bathroom and it is kind of a maze inside. there is a black hallway and then some spaces in the walls with bathrooms. I am surprised I find a private one, Ive dreamed this kind of thing before and they're always full or exposed. I come out of the bathroom and realize it's really dirty, I hope the next person doesn't think it was me. I realize my shirt is gone and go back to look for it. then I am in the hotel lobby wearing a mens suit. I am talking to the hostess who has a french accent. she is taking me to eat and explaining the menu. she apparently thinks I'm a rabbi. she suggests some kind of meat then apologizes and says I will have manicotti. S from work is there and says she's going to eat to. I say, we should sit together, but she says no. the lady leads us to a side bar with chairs and we take them off the table to sit there.

I wake up and it has been snowing so I decide to stay home from work. we are in bed in the living room. a baby is in bed with us crawling around. the baby falls off the bed and then it's a little fluffy dog. J is looking at my ipod which can get on the internet. I hope he doesn't delete anything I need. I look and see that I have an order from my shop. one item is called heloise and cost $58. I can't remember what that is so I go to my shop. when I click heloise, a movie starts playing. it has people from the 1800s near a creek and there are giant paper pumpkins nearby. a carriage and some kind of boat go by. B from work is there and keeps guessing what the movie is, she guesses Black Dahlia and something else from totally the wrong time period. then other people from work are there looking for me for a meeting.

The girls are with me and my mom walking towards the garden in the back yard. I am talking about Harry Potter who no one else has read. then we are in a fancy mall, we go to a bookstore. the section we are in is romance novels, it's decorated like victorias secret. my mom wants to buy us some books. I don't find anything and suggest we go to a different level where scifi/fantasy books are. then the dream sort of starts over and we're in the mall again, a big black man who is a security guard stops us going into an expensive store because some of us are wearing jeans. we discuss how silly that is. I wake up, and go back to sleep and I'm in a bookstore again, this time with my parents and J. I see a shelf of children's books written by alexr. one is about frogs and is illustrated by uv. I take a long time but my parents and J are still in the store. I find some tiny felt books on the shelf. they are blank, and the pages are made of tshirt fabric. the kind of stretch out when I turn them. I decide to buy one, they cost 3.97.

J and I are in bed and I 'wake up' to noise outside the window, some guy is driving a motorcycle through our yard. we get up and the guy is breaking in the front door. our house doesn't look right though. he gets in and attacks us, and I stab him with a knife several times. this is the first 'nightmare' Ive had in a long time, I woke up feeling really scared.

I am walking near my HS with two horses on leads. one runs off and I whistle really loud and it comes back. then I am outside a building with a hot air balloon. A from work is getting on to take it somewhere, someone asks if she knows how to fly it and she says no. then I'm inside, sitting at a table to eat. my mom is there and S from work and her mom. her mom is fussing over her, like plucking her eyebrows or something. she sits still looking annoyed. then she's outside the window signaling me to stand up to my mom. then we are sitting next to each other at another table, we are watching 'shaft' on a big tv. I am saying I've never seen it and explain to her about 70s blacksploitation films. there are clowns in the opening of 'shaft.'

I am sitting at a round table with some people from work and others. we are going to be transported to heaven. we are excited, but then we start thinking about how we can never come back. I feel sad to leave J and H is crying. (I just watched Timeline.)

my mom and I are driving up to a restaurant. then we're in separate cars. we pull into a parking lot which is ful all around the sides and a semi is parked in the center very close to other cars. I drive around it and pull into a space, and I gently hit the semi which rolls into a car. the driver comes out so I tell him it was me. he realizes it wasn't really my fault and tries to make it up to me by giving me stuff.

J and me and my parents are walking around a city going to shops. I am sitting in a shop waiting for my mom and a girl comes and sits next to me and talks to me. we go to find food and she stops to get a chocolate milk, now there is an ice cream stand in the shop. then we're walking in a neighborhood, my dad and J are walking our dogs and cockatiel on leashes. then I have one dog, a lady stops us to feed her. then it is dark, and Im holding onto the dogs so they don't run off in the dark.

J and I are getting tattoos. J is getting something on his hand, like a white cross. he acts like it hurts. the guy moves to me to my hand and I tell him I want tiny butterfly wings on my back. he says he really likes that idea. he does the outline then asks what colors I want. I don't know but describe a malachite butterfly, spelling it for him so he can look it up online. then we are at a wedding. I'm supposed to be in it but I don't really know anyone there. there are 25 bridesmaids all wearing black and bright pink. we go into a big gym and I am supposed to be the first one to walk out but I don't know where to go. I ask someone but end up going the wrong way.

I am at work and my mom has come to visit. all the girls are hugging me like Im their best friend. I introduce them to my mom but she wanders off to the bathroom. I think, she is rude. then my grandma and other family come too.

I am at a party at someones house. I am with a bunch of people in the large kitchen. someone has a SD blythe I am looking at. her eyes are small and covered except for tiny holes. I remark that nothing happens when you pull the string. someone opens her shirt to reveal that pictures change on her chest. odd images like people, eyes, etc. then I am at the sink pulling out dishes and utensils and putting them away. L from work comes in with a great looking strawberry layer cake. she shows it to us then pulls off one of the layer which is avacado. she I am surprised she ruined it but she says, some people who I will serve this too are allergic. then she takes it away. I go to follow her and be sure the cake still looks nice. she has left the house (I guess it was her house) to a shed outside. I am looking for a coat and shoes to follow her. I look in three different rooms with shelves full of art and collectibles. she comes up the stairs in one room with peanut butter eggs.

I am outside a big house. I look up at the sky and see a large bird, like an eagle. a small blue bird comes down and runs into me. I pick it up and see that a large spider is stuck to it. I try to pull it off but the bird gets away. then we go inside. it is A from works house and J and I are thinking of buying it. it has huge rooms and very high ceilings. we go through a large bedroom with pillars and a yellow kitchen with an island. then we go upstairs. the stairs are more of a ramp that curves around going upward. it has a wood floor with carvings. rooms come off the ramp. we get to the top and there is a huge room full of shelves of books, mostly childrens books. I look out a window and see two bluebirds on a nest.

my mom and I get in the car to go to a party which is next door. there is no place to park so we drive around the back yard and realize we have a flat tire. we stop and then drive back. now there are no cars there, I say, let's just walk its right next door. so we go into the house and several people are there. it seems to be renees house. a lady is doing dishes at the sink. the tile under her is disinigrating. some people come in to repair the tile floor. they put in a new on that is rich blues, reds and browns in an interesting pattern. some of the largest tiles are raised out of the floor like stones you can sit on. I am telling R I really like the new floor and I'm impressed how fast they put it in.

I'm in my parents driveway. C from work is in the garage crying because she doesn't want to get her ears pierced. me and another girl are trying to telll her she doesn't have to. then we all get in a car, I'm in the back seat with two or three other people. someone hands me a reeses stick. I'm holding a doll and chocolate gets on her face.

J and I walk into a lot where a carnival used to be set up. all the trash is in piles and the ground looks clean. J asks a man when they will be putting up the duplexes. he says he's not sure, would you like to help? J says no and we walk off talking about how it was odd for him to ask that. we walk towards some fields that are covered with snow. some people are standing there talking. I look up and the sky is covered in a layer of clouds, there is a strange pattern in the clouds. I think, it would be cool to fly up above the clouds, and wonder what it would look llike. we walk down a row in the field and I ask what we're looking for. J says frostbite. I notice some of the small plants have dead tips on the leaves and point it out.

I am sitting at a long table with other people. we are getting instructions on how to take apart Blythe doll heads. I am working on one, I unscrew the screws andit comes apart easily. the eye chips are smaller and different shapes.

I am with my parents at a nature park. a lady is pointing out some really tall waterfalls. we go walking on apaved path along the water. my mom takes the wrong way into the water. the path turns directly upwards, it is hard to climb. my dad goes on ahead, I get part way and then slide back down. we go out of the forest and a large flying bug keeps flying around my head. It is round and furry and colorful with little fairy like wings. I catch it and show my mom. it flies away and my dad hits it and steps on it. I am upset he killed it.

I am in a building that looks like my old work building by the art dept. me and several others are cleaning it inside. I am sweeping the floor. I start to sweep some game peices onto the floor from a table. J tells me to put the peices in a bowl. I look for one but they're all dirty. I tell J he didnt wash them very well. he says I wasn't trying to, I say why were they in the drainer then? he says ok and then starts washing them. I continue sweeping. someone wants to move a rug and table to sweep behind. it's not too dirty back there. part of the floor sort of slopes down to a lower basement level. I go down there, m from work is there. it is sort of a thrift store now. libby and my boss are there with me looking a clothes. J takes a velvet bodice from a rack and asks who would wear this? I say, I think it's beautiful, I would wear it to a fancy party. I'd like a renaissance style lace up one though. this one laces up the back. she goes to try it on. I tell L, this place doesn't have many toys or jewelry. then we see a room with jewelry and go in. a lady working there says, we don't have as much as some shops, but we have a nice selection. we go to a spinning rack. there are earrings of turquoise only it has glitter throughout the stone. also some opal jewelry, a ring with a hinged hoop also made of opal instead of gold, and a necklace with a flat gold chain that blends into opal. I squeeze past the rack. I am outside of myself watching a young girl curled up in a chair upset. she is saying there is no way out of here. then a man with a mustache and fancy old fashioned suit comes and says something like a riddle. I don't understand what he's talking about. I notice the girl and he have similar hair,light reddish brown. he opens a door and then I am the girl. he repeats the riddle, the words still don't make sense and I don't remember them but the jist seems to be, you are the heiress, you belong here. then he says, come back and see us. I don't stick around, I run to a field that has just been plowed. people are walking across it. a man is young when he starts, then ahead I see more versions of him each one getting older. a couple walks across in a different direction, with other versions ahead each getting fatter. a lady walks across, getting longer hair until the last version she has wrapped it around her like a dress. I get across the field to a building and a strange little elfish man says ABC! I remember, he means All Be Cing you. I go through a door and wake up.

I can remember 6 dreams from last night:
1. I am with the 4 celebrating St's birthday. she gets some plastic sunglass pieces and they all act like they're lame.
2. I am at my parents house in my old rooms, getting ready for work. I have a short skirt on but look out the window and see it's snowing so I go to find pants to change into.
3. JC is fighting someone and gets beat up. his son shows up with two oxen pulling a flatbed which they ride home. JC asks where the tent is and son says we unloaded it at home. JC seems to think they will need it. then a giant white fluffy dog is coming after them. it is destroying things and crushing people but just playing. it comes towards us, and we hide. it turns the other way and we hurry to move away from it.
4. JC is playing with a band, but it doesn't sound live, it sounds flat and tinny like a bad recording. they play a few songs, then More than Words, then break up and JC plays a christmas song.
5. I am working in a clothing store at a mall. I have 2 shirts I want to buy for 2 dollars each from a shop across the way but the shops are closed, the women who run them are sick. then I'm driving around cg and I see a guy in a green bigfoot suit.
6. we are somewhere and JC is telling us he was working in the yard of Js parents with someother people. he talks about the man who he thought was mowing,he was going really fast and he wasn't surprised but then saw it was his wife and we all laughed. then we're in a car and my mom asks how well I know JC and another lady asks about my kids. I tell her he has two kids, not me, I have two dogs.

I am Harry Potter and I'm in the library with some other students. We look up 'Ron' in a really old dictionary and find an elaborate entry about Ron with charms and decorations. Hermione put it there. we ask her about it and she acts embarrassed and says, I did it in my first year here, it was the trend to put entries of your friends in the dictionary. We look up Hermione and there is an entry for her too, with a definition and history of the name. we leave to pack to go somewhere, saying goodbye to a teacher we are familiar with, using his first name. I go to pack extra clothes, we'll be gone overnight somewhere.

As much as I don't like Harry Potter dreams, that one was pretty interesting. I like the dream wiki entries.

J and I are in a shopping center. we go to a counter with a Simpsons display under glass. we are trying to organize it and put characters back in, I stack them all on top of each other. J has a gun and is trying to find a place to turn it back in to get a deposit. he keeps going to the wrong counter and they won't give it to him. then we are outside. there is a car with an opening in the top and a bunch of kittens are stuffed in there together sleeping. there are a bunch of ducklings heading towards a pond. then another group of slightly bigger ones are walking around. we start to pick them up and take them to a different pond where they'll be safe. there is room for all but one. some ladies from work and I are crocheting flowers for the pond. mine is blue and all the others are pinks and oranges so I decide to make a new one that will match.

J and I are sleeping on the floor of the guest room in my parents house. the room is huge and has carpet like grass. there isn't much furniture but a few tables. we try to fall asleep when a voice comes from one of the electronics nearby. it says a warning, something is not working and makes some sarcastic remark. J gets up to see what's wrong. my mom comes upstairs. I go to use the bathroom. I come back and J is vaccuming. I tell him we should go back to bed but then notice it's light out. I say I'll never go back to sleep now, we may as well stay up. I look outside a window and see a brick house with nice landscaping. I am on the bottom floor now. everything is green outside but it's snowing and I see a red tree near a fountain with 5 streams of water that have frozen. I comment that it looks really cool and I should take a picture of it. I pick up vaccuming now and SSSC are there. there are a bunch of small toys on the floor and I'm trying to avoid them. the vaccum is having trouble picking up piles of grass. I tell everyone to pick up everything on the floor that's not trash. later, J and I are at a bar where everyone is dressed in 1800s clothes. we go around a corner and come back and the barman is different and now everyone is in 1980s clothes. the barman has a pink mohawk. we ask about the other guy and he says, there's a picture of that guy down there, from 1517. we say we must be time traveling.

J and I are at an office building, in one room is a nursery. we have returned from somewhere and are waiting to hear news of E, who is being a surrogate mother to our child. we find out that while we were away she had the baby and no one told us. it was a girl and she named her curly from the three stooges.

J and I are flying around an island city which J owns or is president of or something. I am sort of controlling this dream, thinking of things and they change. we change from riding a broom to a sort of speeder bike. I imagine us landing on a high cliff over the island with trees around and we do.

J and I go into a junk shop and look around. we see a shelf full of parts to those pooh tree houses. MS from work is there wearing a suit with apple cufflinks. he is missing one and asks J to come upstairs and help him find it. apparently we both work there. a customer wants to check out but I haven't learned to use the cash register yet. a girl with glasses comes and shows me and another guy how it works.

I am looking for a book I used to have in my dream by tony diterrlizzi of alphabet animals. we are wanting to see one in particular for an art style. I spend the whole dream looking in different closets and the basement for the book and never find it.

I am putting on a mermaid costume for a party. I'm worried it wont fit. It has a white shirt with it that I put on, it is tight and see through. I put another white shirt on under it then the mermaid bra top. the costume also has fake eyes but I decide to just use the lashes. my grandpa is there. he asked me to undo the dress he's wearing in the back so he can go to the bathroom.

I am riding in a car with L from work. the road we're on is over grown with tall grass and there are lots of branches in the road.

I am in a large room with lots of other people held hostage. there is one main bad guy and some guards. the group is divided in half, the guard at the front of our group is wearing business casual clothes and holding a gun. s from work sneaks over to me and hands me a gun under a stack of papers. then our group gangs up and starts moving toward the guard. he looks nervous. a few guys in front pull out circular saws and start cutting him around the legs. he just stands there trying not to show he's in pain because the main guy will notice. then the main guy starts shooting a gun towards the crowd that sends little explosives. one lands near me and I kick it away. it doesn't do much damage when it goes off. then I see a clear way to escape and start running. I tell people to come along but they mostly just sit there watching the bad guys.

I am sitting in a church like building in rows with other people. I have a small plastic bag that says instant dress or something like that. TS from work is sitting next to me and takes it and opens it. it is a purple plastic evening dress with a pattern and chocolates printed on it. I say 'I dare you to wear that tomorrow.'

I was practising staying conscious as I fell asleep but instead of a WILD I just went from the buzzing into a regular dream. I was lying on a couch at my parents house and we were trying to sleep. my mom came in to wake me and ask if I was going to a Bible study before work. I said no I wanted to go back to sleep. then we hear loud voices and singing in a room next door. the room looks like the inside of a bus. people from my work are there.

I am Ginny weasley and Harry and I are running from a dementor. it looks like a grey ghost type thing, I think it was on a horse. I realize that since voldemort had possessed me,he can see harry through my eyes and the dementor is chasing him. I try not to look at harry and yell for him to run ahead. then a fat toady guy is there and seems to be controlling the dementors. I try to distract him by leading him through a room full of large mushrooms growing. I pick up some and smash them in his face as he chases me. he doesn't seem to mind and starts eating them. then we're at a worksite with some large equipment. Harry is trying to switch places with a worker to throw the toady guy off. we get on a tractor with a trailer and strap in. we get ready to drive off and the worker comes over with the toady guy. he says, not very convicinly, sorry, I foiled your plan. we drive off and I'm trying to push the guy off but he holds on tight.

J and I are in a room with several people and computers. the tech guy where I work is there, telling people to turn off their computers and take them with them so he can do some maintenance. I start saving stuff and go to shut down but it won't let me, it's looking for some lost file. I get it to give me some info on the file, and it tells me when it was downloaded, the size and an image, it's a photo of george cloony and another guy. it was corrupted during download so I have to find it and throw it away in order to shut down. I'm doing a search for the file and feeling rushed, like I'm forgetting something important.

WILD: I slip into a dream state and feel like I'm floating around but everything is black. I imagine trees, like I'm in a forest. the trees appear below me like I'm flying over them. I think, I'm going to fall to earth in a big crater like on stardust, then I see a bright light on the ground. I land nearby and go to the light. I don't remember what the light is, maybe a big rock. there is a puppy there, like a yellow lab. she seems lost so I pick her up. she is very soft and hot from being near the light. I see a tiny glowing stone on the ground, then another further away, and more on in a row down a path. they lead in two directions away from the big light/rock. I follow one into more darkness. we go through what seems like a covered bridge. I am talking to the puppy and say, I think I can see some light ahead and immediately, light shows ahead like the sun starting to come up. it gets lighter fast and we go out the other end of the tunnel. we are at a beach and some other people are around. there are beds of beautiful colorful flowers and where the water meets the shore I can see lots of colorful exotic fish. one man catches a big round one, comments how great they all are then throws it back. I walk out onto a pier and don't remember any more.

I am supposed to plan a birthday celebration for JC. I get sent to the bank to get a special money order but it's not called that or a cashiers check. I go outside and it's cold and snowy and I don't have a coat. I think, it's so nice inside, too bad it's so cold outside. I walk down the sidewalk by the store in cg. there are christmas decorations, characters stuck on the sidewalk. then me and someone else are in an art room. the students and artwork look like they're from the 80s. everyone is intensely working, in fast forward on paintings and stuff. one guy is working on several paintings at once. except one guy with long messy hair. he's sitting at a desk drawing on notebook paper. we go to him and he gives us something. I have an envelope from cc with a check for $3044 and ask if it's for him. they sort of shrug and nod so I hand it to him and say thanks for what youve done for us. he seems surprised. we get outside and realize the check is not for him, we see him and try to get it back but he puts up a fight. he runs off toward the bank where he's going to try and cash it with false id. I tell Jeff to follow him since he has real id. they almost get run over in the road.

I am getting dressed for my wedding, straightening my hair with a curling iron. my hair is really long. the curling irons thumb protector comes off so I have trouble using it. I use it to iron out a crease in the bottom of my dress. it lands on the floor in some water and starts sizzleing and doesn't stop. people come in and are worried but it's not hurt too bad, just the edging came off.

J and I had the same dream of trying to make each other quit smoking (neither of us smoke or ever would.) his was more involved and took place in the car, mine was at home and shorter, there were ash trays everywhere and everything stunk.

I am in a town, a big parking lot near a school or something. I am watching a commercial but it is taking place in front of me. In it, several cars are doing amazing stunts, flipping through the air and carrying each other around. then at the end it changes to a little boy playing with toy cars, he was making them do those things. it was a commercial for toy cars.

I am at church and someone calls me into a room where a girl is having a fit. I am a teacher or something. I go talk to her, she wants to wear a halloween costume but they won't let her. I give her a pair of mickey mouse ears and she calms down. then another girl gets some too but she has to wear a pair of underwear on her head to hold it on. It is raining, my hair is wet and I'm in the parking lot looking for people from my class to give me a ride. instead I ride with my dad. we drive around the building and see a amy w. walking with an umbrella. it looks like part of her butt is showing under her jacket and she has a big ice cream cone tattoo. we get closer and I see it's on her dress. along side the building three different families are set up selling puppies. my dad is telling me about some weird max lucado activity they did in sunday school where they built a model of his shoulders out of paper.

I am in a small room with a sort of cabinet. on top of the cabinet is a large silver fluffy cat. he is very affectionate and has extra toes on his front feet. I pet him and really want to take him home. a man there says Id never afford him, he's a siberian. the cat is really loveable and crawling into my arms. we have to leave so we go outside and we're at a boat dock. we get on a carrier type thing and start to float away. a german shepherd is back at the door locking it so the man can't get back in.

I am in a big cafeteria type room. people from work are there working on embroidery and asking me questions about it. one person asks how to do hair and I find a pencil and pad of paper to draw it.

I am driving in a car pulling crazy stunts and nearly missing cars around me. then someone else is driving and we are in a parking lot with several small houses. Jennys house in CA is one of them. it is small but has a nice garden and is not too close to any other houses. we go in and then it is ricks house. his wife and my parents are there and we're talking about having wine.
I am riding a motorcycle around a department store. it has mostly clothes so I leave and ride down a strip mall to a restaurant in the corner. I go in to a table where people are waiting. some women are laughing about getting old. P from work and another guy come and sit on either side of me, they are both talking/flirting with me.

WILD: I slip into the HG stage and wonder if I'm dreaming or not so I lift my arm. I try to put it back down but it floats back up. I grab my other arm and it feels normal so I decide it's real. I should have plugged my nose. I lie in bed and start to hear voices, children talking and shouting. I tell myself it's in my head. I roll over to J and ask why he left the tv on. he says, al gore was going to be on pokemon. then it turns into a dream but not lucid. we are in the bedroom and there's a sheet hanging over the doorway.

my mom and I are in a farmer store. my pants are too big and keep falling down and I'm looking for a bathroom to adjust them. my mom goes in a door to another room. I go catch up with her. there are tables with crates of baby chicks. we go look at them, I pick one up. there are also crates of other baby animals, even moles. I wonder why someone would buy a baby mole. I pick up a bunny from a box of bunnies. we walk past a cage with several large dogs. they seem restless. I feel bad for them.

I am at work returning with a group of people from somewhere. we're in a large room like a warehouse. some people are gathering for a meeting sitting on the floor. they start talking about something businessy and I excuse myself. I join another meeting a little ways away with my coworkers. MB is leading it and it's a discussion about not cutting pictures out of books and magazines. people are argueing that it should be allowed. I want to say, you could just scan it in then it won't destroy the book for others. the meeting ends and I go back to my desk. I notice banners hanging up advertising the meeting I just went to, they say prince on them. my desk is in a different place with low walls. some others are sitting right behind me. I'm packing up my bag and some girls come over and are waiting for me. we go sit at a lunch table. at the table next to me another group of girls are watching one girl unwrap a barbie. she is very solomn and doesn't say a word. the barbie has a weird genie outfit with gold straps around her and her mouth looks like a robot with slits on the sides. she is a transformer barbie.

after work I go to a pool. there is no one around. I'm looking for the changing room. there are doors down some cavelike halls but the signs are not very clear as to which is the mens or womens. they have close up drawings of children's faces on them. then a lady comes out and gives me my papers for membership. then several people start showing up. school is out and kids are coming. I think, if I want the pool to myself I'll have to get here before school lets out. I am in my swimsuit now and vaguely realize I don't remember changing and might be dreaming. everyone is floating in the pool taking up a lot of space. they are all sleeping. when I get it they tell me to be quiet and still.

I'm at my parents house, Jody is there with a book of photos she's having printed. my dad and I are looking at it, it has low quality photos that look digitized. we try to tell her that we could set it up to look better but she doesn't want to listen. I go upstairs to get ready for work. my curling iron is broken and falls in the sink and gets wet. my dog is lying on the floor.

J and I are in a grocery store, we have left a pile of food at one checkout to go look for some other things. we come back and the guy is still there waiting a little impatient so I get ready to pay. I bend over and see my wallet stuck up under the counter. I ask the guy to get it for me and wonder how it got there or who put it there. I wake up before I can check if anything is missing.

my two cousins and I are in a kitchen with a large island in the middle. I am making cambric tea and I give them two old fashioned looking cups full. they don't like it so go to throw it out without even tasting it. my uncle finishes both cups off with a spoon. then we are eating krispy kreme donuts, they are hot and glaze is dripping off into a big pile. we dip pieces of donut into the extra glaze. then we're watching something about a new movie. we're in a church and it says jars of clay will be playing the parents. we think it's weird then see the guy from joc in the role. there is a pomeranian playing under the rows of pews with some pieces of string.

my dad and I are on a back porch of a house. I am talking to stacie on the phone. she tells me their mom has told them to make some money this afternoon so do we have any jobs for them. I ask my dad and he says the neighborhood might pay them to clear a big ditch behind the houses where branches and stuff are. they want to clear it out to put ground coral there as a drainage ditch. I think coral is not the best thing to use as gravel, it's hard to come by andmay even be endangered. I tell stacie then I'm looking in a full length mirror. Im wearing an aqua tshirt and long skirt. I think, I want to be like their mom if I ever am one, she is fun a good friend and always giving them smart projects to do.

J and I are in a store where they're selling my book. the woman at the counter knows us and is copying patterns out of the book. I tell her I hope she doesn't have trouble with them at that size, they were ment to be copied larger. there is a spinning rack with books on it and a bunch of kids around and I try to see if my book is there but don't see it. then everyone is gone and I'm changing my clothes for some reason, hiding behind the rack. then I'm putting stuff in a cupboard with a sliding door that wont stay closed. the cupboard is talking to me in a womans voice trying to instruct me. finally I pull it all the way out and roll it up at the bottom. I have a tiny round box that I put on a brochure of cards. some of the cards are 3D.
