Adventures in Dreamfollowing

fake Italian. J and I are walking our dog in a neighborhood on a somewhat busy street. there is a rocky/grassy hill with a house on top of it, and I 'm having trouble walking across it without stumbling. then we get to a guy who is talking in a fake Italian accent, putting -o after every word. something like 'I want-o you-o to go get-o my cake-o.'

book reports. I am with several other people and we're going around the circle giving book reports. jarv and his daughter are there. she is the youngest and has the most books, I'm surprised how smart she is. I give a report on a book called the best dad, about a wacky fun father who becomes a teacher at the sons school and the son doesn't like it. I say it's kind of generic but it has a good ending like an afterschool special. I haven't really read it, I'm just making it up. while I'm waiting for my turn again, it's getting late at night. I have a book written on my leg, when I pullmy pant leg up and down the pages change. it's a batman story for kids with the Joker in it. I'm going over it so I'll remember what it's about when it's my turn again.

photoshoot. I am doing a photoshoot with the beatles. I'm sort of hanging and kissing on ringo. I think maybe he likes me. when it's over, we all walk down a road and I ask him to come along, he says no go on ahead. I'm disappointed. it is pitch black and I can't see anything but I can hear two girls ahead of me. I call to them to wait. I can only tell I'm still on the road by the dirt under my feet. I stumble and feel one of the girls there. we move ahead and see a truck headlights coming and get out of the way. we go through a tunnel and then it's daylight. there is a sort of big plastic slide. we talk about going down a hole in the center to get someplace but it's too small. we walk out into a huge fenced park wiith other water slides and equipment. I say we could run around the outside. then we see burt reynolds and his family. he says, wait, I know how to get down that hole, so we follow him.

my book. I get my book pages in the mail and it is full of weird stock photos of flowers and outdated looking people. many of them are repeated. one part talks about fabrics, showing some people in a lab trying strange clothes onto other people. then it says, but no, you don't need exotic fabric, and the next page everyone is wearing black and white. one man looks like is in a mug shot and wearing an 80s looking checked sweater.

quiet town. I am doing something when I am suddenly transported to another place. It is a sort of town, it is spring, daytime and very quiet and peaceful. the houses are spread very far apart and no other people are around, I can only hear birds singing. then I hear laughter or singing like a child far away. I am near a pool and am looking for something to drink. I see a vase of flowers. I pull a flower out and throw it into the pool but the cleaning vent sucks it up. I think, the clorine may have killed it anyway. I pull out the rest of the flowers and throw them on the ground. I drink the water and choke on it. I start floating in the air. I want to go towards the voice. then a little boy comes around. he looks at me and I ask him if he thinks it's strange that I'm floating. he doesn't seem to and runs off. then my uncle is there. I talk to him, he knows me but not his family. I tell him they're names but he doesn't know them.

dogs in a tree. I am at my parents house. I see a reflection in the window of a bunch of horses. I go to look out. at the back of the yard, several horses are at the fence. then I see my dog run by. I run out to get her, wondering why my mom let her out. then I go in the back to get my other dog. he is not listening to me, just running around playing. he runs up a tree with two other large dogs. I call him down asking if he wants a cookie. he comes right away. I go inside and ask J if he knew he could climb trees.

ugly wedding. my friend Jody and I are at our high school. we're going to go swimming. she asks if I want to go change into our swimsuits. I say no, I just got dressed but we head to the gym building. she sees her friend tracy and stops to talk to her. I tell her I'm going to my locker to find my suit and I'll meet her in front of the other building in 5 minutes. I go to the hall with the lockers. I forget where mine is at first then find it and am surprised that I know the combination, 12-26-36. I think, this is like one of my dreams but don't realize it is a dream. :? I pull a bunch of pencils and stuff out of my locker and put them in my bag. there are christmas gift bags sitting around for everyone, there was a gift exchange. I notice mine is from matt S. he got me gingerbread cookies and a stuffed gingerbread man. I notice my gift from last year has been sitting there all this time and it's from him too. I see J at the door and tell her to wait one second. I go back and get the bag. we leave. then we're in a food stand. I order a fruit cup. my mom is there and we talk about gwen's friend who sews and that my dress for the wedding is done and I need to go try it on. matt is there and we eat some of the cookies. they taste really sweet and chewy. then we're at the wedding. everyone's dressed in ugly clothes. the bridesmaids are wearing orange and purple, collared shirts with long flowered skirts. the men are wearing medival type costumes with floppy hats with curly hair stuck to the back. then we're back at the food shack. J and I are talking about watching the wedding on tv and they turned it off. I say I wanted to see the end. J says she watched a nature show, she has a sore on her wrist from a broken watch wire. I tell her it might get infected. my fruit cup is ready, it's not in a cup. it's strawberries and bananas in little plastic bags. I take it to the table and eat it with a smoothie.

zen garden. I am staying the night at my friend shannons old farm house. I get up in the night with a lighter and a book and go downstairs. There's a room there with a sand zen garden in it. I start raking the sand with a little rake. I notice someone has thrown hard macaroni shells into the sand and I start picking them out. shannon comes downstairs, looks into the room and then leaves. I look at the clock and notice it's 4 in the morning and decide to go back to bed. I gather my stuff and go through a door to a big staircase. I'm not sure where I am or where the staircase comes out.

lost coat. J and I are at some convention or show. we're walking around and there are a lot of hippie type people there. one couple asks what we're doing after the show and we say we're going to libby's. they say, cool we'll be there too. libby and her husband are sitting by a wall. I sit down and show her some things I bought, on is a little plastic figure. then we're in a seating area watching a show or something. it's over and I realize I don't have my coat. libby finds it by the wall. we are amazed and glad it hasn't been stolen, my wallet and the figure are in the pocket.

fairy actress. I am performing 'diamonds are a girls best friend' with a guy on a large stage with a balcony. there's a pause in the song and we decide to run down the balcony and back for interest. several people are on there and in the way. we get back just after the singing starts again and sing a big finish, bowing. only a few people clap. then I go backstage and I'm looking at a book of photos from old shows in the theatre with an old man. the photos are all sepia tone. we're looking for a specific actress who seems to have been in every show. a young looking girl who's played a child up to an adult. she looks the same in all the photos through the years. I say, she must be a fairy who doesn't age.

adventure team. I am on some kind of space ship and I'm a black lady. I'm leaving the ship on a smaller transport and I have a little girl with me. we land the transport on a mountain where a helicoptor is parked and some other men and women are waiting. we all get in the helicopter and fly to an old man's run down shack. I think I am myself now. we know the man, it's his birthday and they're having a cookout for him. they have lots of farm animals who all come to greet us. a duck and a big black dog both come to me and give me their feet. a bunch of baby ducks are nearby too. my parents are there and my mom is saying they should go. a cop shows up collecting pennies for '2-cent tuesday' there is a shortage of pennies so they're collecting spare change to make up for it. no one has any but I empty a big pocket full of change onto a table. I start picking out pennies to give him, they are tiny. I have some rare coins and some with full color pictures on them.

Bible. my mom and dad and I are shopping at an outdoor flea market or something. my dad falls a couple of times. we get ready to leave and I go back to get my dad's bible that he left somewhere. I find it and some people are interested in it. I show them that it's very old, from 1490. it has very worn pages that are falling apart.

saturday.
I am looking a s-ls page on DA on a computer. she comes up to me and talks to me. she starts talking about other online people as if I know them. it turns out that the fact that I know her leads to one thing or another and a huge tragic disaster is avoided because of it.
spencers. I am at a spencer gifts type store with jody and another girl who is her friend. we are looking at stuff and j tries on a swimsuit. I take off my shoes then can't find them. j and the other girl sort of whisper and make fun of me. I find the shoes then leave the store. I think I'll hide so they don't know where I am.

sunday.
heather's baby. I am at heather's house to see her and her baby. we're talking and I ask how big he was. she goes and gets him. he is about 6 mo. size or more. he is cute with blue eyes and lt blonde curly hair and freckles. then jamey and some others come over. we sit and watch sesame street. a guy is building a city where everything is shaped like the letter i. then I think I should go. I go in the kitchen to tell h and see that it is 9:27. I'm worried that J might have tried to call or is worried.
museum. I am at school looking for my locker. I realize it's a dream and continue walking down the hall to a stairway. the staircase is fancy and modern looking. I get to the top and realize im way up in the air above the floor. I start to feel dizzy and afraid. the stairs come to a point and go down the other side and I don't want to have to climb over the top. then I realize the stairs swivel and I can come back down the same side. I do that and come off where an artist lady is. I walk along a hall looking at art. the name of the artist is Leora Este or something close to that. I think I should remember that when I wake up and see if it's a real person. then I'm in another room and some people from work are there. a room to the side has chickens and squids on glass shelves. they put things under the shelves on the floor to see how they react through the glass. there are big snakes on the floor and a small sheep that comes up and nuzzles me. I go to tell the others but they have gone. there is a patio with fountains. I try to cross it without getting wet but the other side doesn't lead anywhere. I go back and some of the others are in the snake room. squids are slithering off the shelf and a man is trying to control the snakes but one starts striking at me and bites my hand. my finger swells up.
kimono. I am in a house with people from work. there is an interview going on I think brad pitt is doing it. they are talking to a husband and wife fashion design team. the woman is doing a dance showing how the show will be. she has lights. a dark haired girl is sitting next to me. the designer woman comes over. her hair keeps changing colors. she tells the girl she's sorry about something that happened and the girl calmly tells her she just doesn't like her then leaves. I go into a bedroom. I'm wearing a kimono and a girl comes in my room and asks if I need help. she starts adjusting it, pulling the extra fabric into a bussle at the back. she's saying her mother will be here from 4 - 4:30 so could I be away at that time. she asks if I used to wear my hair in a pony tail. I look in the mirror and notice it is cropped short in the back and brown.

quilt. I am at a restaurant with jennifer and nick from work and some other people. we're waiting to be seated. nick asks me about my son and I tell him I don't have a son. a lady seats j and me and says something about it being my birthday. I say I don't want a big deal made about it. it takes a long time to get food. I eat fried mushrooms and maybe a milkshake. then j and I are somewhere else and she's sewing a green patchwork quilt. she sews really crooked lines with a sewing machine then we all work on pulling the thread out to try again.

house shopping and running. J and I are driving to a house our realtor will show us. we get there and go inside. it is really junky and very small. everything is very close together like a small trailer or something. they don't seem to notice. the realtor tells us we'll look at the house next door too. we go outside. the other house looks a little better. we leave without going inside. then I am at another house by myself. it's also junky. there is a table set up full of tshirts the lady is selling. some of them are cool but they're all a size small. I go into another room down some stairs and I'm outside in the back yard. the lady says, our whole house is upstairs. I notice the house is on stilts and is sagging under the weight. then I'm with J telling him about it. then it's night time and I'm staying at one of the houses. I go outside and run through the neighborhood. as I'm going, I'm remembering I did this before.I'm running on the side of a hill behind houses near a forest. I get to one house and a man is wandering around the yard. I turn and run towards the road which is dirt. then I'm in a huge warehouse. I'm looking for something. someone is there and I hide behind a sheet of plastic hanging near an elevator door. I reach out and push the button. when the door opens I dash inside. I stand up as the elevator ascends. the wall next to me opens and I step out into a church. I walk outside and start running towards home or a cabin where we're staying. I am remembering coming here before too, early in the morning and someone prayed for me, it was new years day. there are thin sidewalks intersecting in the grass. I run towards a road and it's like I'm hearing or watching a story of a young man talking about running. he says he ran through a forest and saw a gay couple. the young one was beautiful, he was stacked with fruit. he watched them awhile and they left.

strange city. I am in a city with someother people. I go into a womens bathroom but lots of men are standing around. I wonder why they can't use they're own bathroom. I try to find one to use. it is a huge room full of rows of toilets, most of them are not in stalls. I go to one partially hidden in a corner. lori v and her sister are there. I ask them about all the men in there, they notice but don't seem to mind. then we are all on the street walking. libby is with us. she and another girl are dressed in sleazy clothes. we get to a storefront that is a night club. the door frames spray water on us as we come in. they want to go in but I don't there is a poster of knobby tights. we leave the two of them there. as I pass I hear a lady telling them about salads. behind me walking is a short man in his 50s with a beard and mustache. also his son who looks like river phoenix. a tall tan man wearing eye shadow comes up behind them and starts talking to the man. then he hints at asking him out. the man says he's not gay and the other man laughs. he asks how long it is. the man doesn't answer but his son says a million. the man says how long is that? the son says close to a billion. then the bearded man says, ok I was never one to turn down an offer. then a bomb hits the city and some bad guys with guns and swords come and attack us. they're flying through the air. the hit the eye shadow guy. I notice then that he's a centaur. he looks like he's been sliced in half. he's being carried away and yelling, run, I'm not going to make it, run! he's saved us so we leave.

revival bus. J and I are waiting on a road for a bus. several cars come by including a bus for a baptist church. we get on the 'liberals' bus although it's not called that. it is full so we sit in the front row. the preacher is a black man who starts clapping and chanting. J starts feeling sick with allergies. I think about the dogs and if they'll be ok without food till tomorrow night. it's saturday and we won't be back til then. the preacher starts to pass out key rings with metal tags and bookmarks. alisa is there and she picks out a bookmark with a horse and a lady on it. then the preacher is a white guy. he's up at the front of the bus which is more like a small room with an alter. people are lining up in the aisles to go to the alter. they stay there for just a few minutes and then go back. I'm seated but the preacher nods to me to come up. I get in line. when it's my turn I kneel at the alter and pray to myself. a woman next to me is praying aloud. I go back to my seat. J is there still feeling sick. he says we should go back home. I think we could catch a bus home or call J's dad to come pick usup. apparently we're in sullivan. out the window I can see that we've stopped near an old train track. then the place becomes something like our bedroom and J and another woman are dressing like hobbits and tell me to too.

cemetery show. I am going to the medex plush show and it's in a cemetery. the place is huge and goes on and on. I start walking around looking for mine. I dont find them and stop before Ive seen it all. then I'm looking at blythe on wikipedia.

mom. I am at my parents house talking to my mom. she's telling me how she came home early from work, dad had stayed home and they told her she had a rare genetic disease. she shows me pictures of her father and two half sisters. it hits me that she may die and I wonder how serious it is. she doesn't seem too upset.

on the roof. I am in a mall type building with lots of people, some I work with. me and some girls are looking at a shelf of tiny figures. then I go into a crowd of people dancing to music. I look for J. I see him ahead and catch up to him. he's with a guy named chris. he doesn't stop for me I think he should spend time with chris, they knew each other in HS. I see a really tall staircase. a couple is trying to climb it but it doesn't go anywhere and they are upset. I go up and jump off onto a flat roof. I don't know how Ill get down. I notice some ripped paper and letters and try to put them back together. it seems a girl was here and her boyfriend broke up with her so she jumped off the building. I try to peice together as much info as I can. my phone rings and it is a girl named molly. we talk for a minute and I ask her if she's seen J. she says I'll find him. we hang up and J calls me. we talk for a minute then he's gone. John from work is on the roof with me and waves while I'm on the phone. I show him all the letters. one is from the girls principal explaining how she jumped off the roof thinking she was riding a unicorn.

flying car. I am driving on a highway and I turn off. I'm headed one way but there is an accident ahead so I turn another way. I am heading towards a shopping center I visit sometimes in my dreams. it is square with parking in the middle and some restaurants around. I drive towards and embankment and go over the edge. I realize I'm dreaming and pull my car up so it flies into the air.

office. I am at work in my old office. I realize it's a dream and slow down and look around. I lean over a cubicle wall and a guy who looks like Jim Gaffigan only bald with glasses is there. he's grinning at me. I say hey this is a dream and he just grins and laughs.

phil. I am at work and we find out phil has died. he's been in the hospital recovering from something but didn't make it. I say, well I just hope he's happier in heaven, because he didn't seem to like it here. he complained about everything.

eat crow. I am at a party or somewhere with lots of people around. a tall guy is there with his mother and she orders some food that comes with a dead crow skeleton with bits of meat and black feathers on it. the guy says oh can I have that? she gives it to him and he starts picking stuff off and eating it. he offers me some and I decline.

museum bar. we are at a museum getting on a rollercoaster that would take us through it. we get off and we're in sort of an old west town with a dirt road. my mom and Js mom (who looks like my aunt) are there and I overhear them talking about how we would never stay off sugar, they bet we would be eating dessert that very night. I find J and tell him that we better stick to it to show our moms. then we go in a bar and sit at the counter. J orders a beer that has lavender in it. he says, this is interesting, we'll have to remember to look for it when we get back. then there is a show on the tv about transvestite acrobats at a circus. these men dressed as women are trapeze artists.

card shop. me and some people I work with are at a card shop. Im looking at a rack of 3 for 30 cents cards and right next to it are some cards we did for 10.95 each. they are thin and have lots of folds and hand work. I think a little boy is with me. then d, a lady who is very dry and low key with a low voice, starts singing in a very loud, operatic voice. I am amazed that she can sing like that and think, that doesn't even sound like her voice.

J frozen hair. J and I are outside sitting on some bleachers. he is wearing cut off jeans over long jeans and has pulled the cut off legs over the legs of his jeans but they won't stay up. I tell him he needs some garter belts or something. he goes inside to fix it. when he comes back he has taken them off. now he has his hair slicked back looking wet. it starts to freeze in the cold weather and turns white. we put a scarf over his head.

tiny lockers. me and some other people are in a room that's my office space or something. there are shelves on the wall. I notice by the corner is a row of tiny metal locker doors going up to the ceiling. there is writing on them. I press on one and it opens to another smaller door with more writing. each one has several doors behind it and lines from poems or limericks are writen on them. I tell the others about it and try to quiet them so I can read one. then we discover a small radio hanging at the top and it comes on. a dull man starts talking so I try to turn it off but I can't, even if I unplug some of the cords. finally we get it off. a large shelf is set into the wall and has a model set of a civil war battle and some slaves which Levar Burton has built there. I think we're done with it so I start clearing it off. some people come by and ask if they can have parts of it and I tell them to ask Levar. the Levar comes by and says, oh, that was worth $10,000. I say, we should have glued it down I guess, I'm sorry. he doesn't seem bothered by it.

First house. J and I have just gotten married. I am walking down a street in a neighborhood to our little green house. I go towards it but J calls to me from another two story house across the street. He says, I bought us this house instead! I go in and it is still full of lots of traditional furniture and stuff. There are lots of weird stairs in strange places. Above one stairway is a bed on a small platform stuck to the wall. The bed moves on a track through the house and through doorways and stuff. Up another stairway are two doorways to small apartments that we are renting out.

Weird al. I am making out with weird al. then I feel guilty and tell him I have to go. I find J who is in a basement. He has just gotten out of the shower. A guy from babylon 5 is there and they are talking.

Stevie nicks. I am watching a video of stevie nicks singing. Two other women and a man are with her. The women are wearing medieval style clothes and dancing. Then Im in my parents livingroom with them and dancing up the walls and stuff.

Of all the people to make out with, Weird Al? Was he serious or goofy?

heheh. he was actually serious.

office. I am at work and they have moved our cubicles around again. I'm sitting with S in a tiny cramped space in the middle of a busy area. people keep walking by and it's distracting. there is a pile of dirt in our space and we're trying to move it away.

artist couple. I am watching/in a movie about a couple who are artists. the woman has been away for a year working at a fabric store. they have written lots of letters. she is back now and the guy has been trying to sell paintings and pottery unsuccessfully. she doesn't know what to do. he has a large house as a studio and each room is pretty bare except for a few art pieces. they're not very good. he's talking about destroying everything he's done and starting over fresh once more. then Im on a porch with jennifer and we're clearing a huge pile of snow away. it is really soft and I say, this would make a good bed if we slept out here. then jim gaffigan is there saying, I'm the mom in our relationship, I get the kids most of the time and my wife sees them on select weekends and in the summer. then a big black guy is there with the kids and they have aged. we go inside the house and there are lots of tables set up with sewing machines, someone is giving a class. they are all eating fake bacon. I find that funny and vaguely realize Im dreaming. we sit down at a table and I'm eating salad and some kind of desert with cherries and tofu.

J and I are in a dressing or hotel room and J is getting a haircut from a man we know. my hair has been dyed white and is really straight, soft and fake looking. my regular hair is underneath and longer, I'm trying to cut it to match the white. the hair dresser guy is watching me until I say ok come over here and help me. on tv is a show about a guy who makes wedding cakes. they show a cake and then he goes on to make the bridal party's clothes, all out of cake.
then I am somewhere tropical in a small villiage. a gang of viking type guys come up to the small river running through the town and are going to take over. we try to gather all the people to cross the river to an island. my 2 dogs are with me and Gypsy is scared to cross the water. I'm trying to get them onto an inflatable raft. we get to the island another way and it is like a resort with restaurants and beaches.

art store. I am at an art supply store with people from work, it is a tall room with stairs at either side up to a second level. from the top level I can go outside to a garden. there are stone paths and a large stone wall painted with a mural of a castle and sunset. people are with me and I explain how I loved to come here as a kid. the wall raises or we go under it and I can see buildings from my college. my friend wendy and her sisters are there getting off a bus. they are working on some secret project with some of my coworkers. I try to find out more about it. MB tells me I'll be in trouble for not doing my own work even though I have plenty of time. I tell wendy I want to help, by making a stuffed animal.

basement. I am at a restaurant waiting to be seated. a man is with us but he doesn't sit by me to wait. my dad is there and my mom is in the restroom. we keep waiting for her to come out with crowds of people but she takes a long time. then I am in the basement of my parents house in the back room. there are sunday school supplies. Im looking for something. in a round box there are round pieces of crayon and tinker toys. I find some charmkins in ther and put them in my pocket. I think, these are in better shape than mine, I'll bring mine back to replace them. then Im in a sort of movie in my bedroom. a guy (J) has stolen gold jewelry and a yucky girl is trying to get him to give her some.

city flight. first I am at work and B wants to give me a charm. she has several beaded charms with rocks with a word engraved on them. she hands me one that says Ernie. I ask whos Ernie? she tells me a story of a guy who used to work here who was moving so they put signs up so he could find his office. then she won't give me the Ernie charm so I pick out one that says Dreams. then I am walking down a highway through the woods. I know it's a dream and I start flying. I'm hearing a song like it's a commercial. I look down and see a black woman and her children driving along. I see cacti growing in the road. I get to where the trees clear and there is a city. I fly higher over buildings. I think, I have better control flying than I have before, normally I can't go too fast or I wake up right away. I look down and see some police coming after me shouting, it's a UFO! I see a tall building ahead with a spindle on top that I start to fly towards. I feel something I think is a net thrown next to me. it is actually J in bed next to me with the covers. I wake up then fall right back into the same dream, but now I am in custody with the police. an officer named Moussefallow is guarding me and I'm trying to sweet talk him to let me go.

I am at work only it doesn't look the same, it's a large building like a college. alisa and I are outside the building running up and down stairways on a path next to the building to get to a meeting or something. some of the stairs are enclosed in rooms with doors and some of the door handles are too high almost to reach. then we are in a meeting room and matt west has come to perform. I go talk to him and he recognizes me and I remind him where we know each other from.

I am watching a movie but am sort of in it at the same time. Chris O'donnell is in it but I'm thinking this is an updated version of circle of friends which he was in awhile ago. This version is not close to the original story. We are in the woods and there is a group of girls, one of whom likes him. Instead he picks a very shy sort of mousy girl and carries her off. He is holding her like a baby and she's sucking her thumb. I'm walking along beside them. They get to a pond and he wades in across. She follows although she can't swim. The plot is he's trying to kill her but wants it to look like an accident. She gets to the other side and her makeup is smeary and we can see through her white shirt but she looks happy.

Now I am in a harry potter movie and he's battling snape. It's dark and they go into a little trailer in my parents kitchen. I hide in the corner right outside the kitchen. I can see flashes of light from they're wands so I know he's still alive. Then I see two tiny red lights from the wands and they're still. Harry comes out with snape by the collar. Snape looks intimidated and harry tells him he's going to confess. They go outside but snape gets away.

I am at m from work's house, tons of people are there for a party. It ends and lots of them leave. The rest gather in a large room with a big movie screen. The room is full of parked cars and J and I decide to leave. J is tall and dressed as a policeman. I can't get to my car easily and some guys are sitting on it (it's a convertible in my dream.) I ask them to get up and I pull out driving crazy. I vaguely know it's a dream and don't crash.

I am in a church but it's like a basement. J from work is performing and has box sets of his new cd he's selling. My parents are there. I tell them I have one and it's really good. Jody is there too. I pull out my ipod and find his songs on there so people can hear them on the spot.

I am at my parents house. we are in the backyard. they live close to neighbors on each side and the backyards are wedge shaped and come together in the back. they have a trampoline in the yard but it is to small to jump on very well. they tell me they're thinking of getting a pool and we discuss where to put it. I say they should put it right off the deck. we walk around and at the back of the yard is another house with some creepy women there. they are all baggy and scuzzy and one has a baby but they say hi so I wave. my mom goes to talk to them and I walk towards the house. then I'm in a sort of church basement where some people are making food for a wedding or something. I see a stack of boxes with chocolates in them and taste one from each box. most are sweet and caramly but two boxes say beef and honey mustard flavor so I don't try those. then I am walking with sarah telling her about the gross flavors.

I am at work but it's more like a basement. I'm in a dark area looking for a light I try several switches and then find one for the right space. the loud woman is in a room nearby and I can hear her talking to someone. I am gathering stuff to leave. there is a pile of little debbie boxes for a fundraiser. I think I will buy a peanut butter stick since I haven' t had one in a long time. I see that they are 85 cents which seems like alot. I have some change set out on the counter. Then I am in the car with J and I realize I have the whole box in a bag with me. I think, I should take them back this weekend before anyone notices.

J and I and most of my family are at a street fair or something. there are buildings along either side of the street.I am going to leave and go to work. it's monday. I go around and hug everyone in my family and say goodbye. my uncle doesn't have a beard, he is playing a game with some of them chasing them around. he gets a pen from sarahs pocket without her realizing it. I hug shannon and then my grandma. I tell her I love her and she kisses me on the cheek. she says something about eating my food from the fridge and then tries to pick me up, I tell her not too. then I go to find my car. someone says J has put it in the garage so I go looking for it, it's behind a door marked in red "orbiter". I go in and he's coming up the stairs. we go to the car.
