Help! I cant interpret this dream???

Ok so last night I had a dream and I have tried and failed at interpreting it

All I got was... Its about a new phase in my life and repressed negative emotions??

Here is my dream... I was standing in a empty white room looking at a pregnancy test. It was positive! Also I know pregnancy test's dont say this but, it had a scale from one to four on how likely I was going to have twins.. it was on number 3 which meant quite likely.

Anyway, I walked to a group of 3 boys (I know from school) and asked one of the them if I could talk to him in private, I pulled him into the girls toilet where I told him I was pregnant (He is the father of the baby in my dream) He started shouting and was really angry and called me names (Slag, whore ect) and said that I should get a abortion and no way would he care for the child. Then he ran out. I walked out crying and one of his friends noticed and hugged me, saying 'It will be ok'

Then I woke up feeling confused, worried and at the same time happy!

What does this mean???

p.s. I am not pregnant and I dont want to be pregnant. Also I am only friends with the boys in the dream, nothing else.
