Chased, And Trashed My Car

Last night i had a dream that i was sitting in my car and i saw this guy walking up to my car. I had a bad feeling and when he walked to the rear passenger door (it's 4 doors) i hurried up and locked it, then i hurried up and locked the passenger door, then he walked around the front of my car and i hurried up and locked my door (the driver side) and then i locked the last door as he went all the way around my car. I saw the look on his face and he was angry with me, i knew he wanted to hurt me. I drove away really fast and he followed me. I went to a crowded mall and i caught a glimpse of him with other people as i snuck out, he saw me and smirked. When i went back out to my car, all four tires were flat and the car was all smashed up. I was mad and depressed. what could this mean?

[/b] In very many instances cars represent the body... either one's own, or that of another person -- the person who had owned the car. I have had dreams were a deceased person was represented by his old car being up on blocks and rusting. A smashed up car with flat tires is a victim of severe violence. Be VERY careful. Don't go out with anybody who you have not been formally introduced to by mutual friends -- don't become vulnerable to the good will of strangers. Keep friends nearby. Double date. If you live alone, get a dog. A big dog. And pray...

[/b] Well, there is some leverage you have over a co-worker. You know where to find him. You can tell the cops where to find him. He knows that he should hurt you, that he can not simply walk away into complete anonymity. Strangers are your worst fear. But then again, many guys are simply crazy. The jails and prisons are full of guys who obviously ignored all of society's deterrents and all of the usual safeguards. I wonder why people do not have to provide a detailed set a references before dating... something like a Dating Resume. One should be expected to show letters from past relationships indicating that one is not some crazy and violent jealous stalker wifebeater. And this would make one much more careful and polite with one's date's if one knew that one would eventually have to get a favorable 'reference' from them if the relationship terminates. No more angry scenes. Imagine, if a guy would senselessly smack a 'girlfriend' around, and that 'reference' should follow him for the rest of his life.... he might as well become a Monk. Maybe the Internet should set up some kind of a Register for those who are dating... if it could be kept honest. Hard feeling and grudges to the side, but people should be evaluated simply in terms of personal safety and possible threat. Yes, some guys may be real assholes, but it is okay as long as they are perfectly harmless assholes. Well, until then, you should stay with guys of whom you know some personal history... guys who have ex-girlfriends walking around that you know about. If he didn't kill them, then he probably won't kill you.

wow... could this be a premonition? Again- this dream was 3 years ago... but this ACTUALLY HAPPENED TO ME (last year in 2008) My [ex] boyfriend (whom i had not yet met at the time of this dream) and i had gotten in the a huge fight (in reality) and he just had this crazy look in his eyes when he yelled at me (i don't even remember what for anymore) but i locked each of my car doors as he came around the vehicle trying to get in. I didn't feel safe around him... honestly i thought he was going to hit me so i wouldn't let him in. Then he started punching the side of my car leaving some minor dents on both driver and passenger side. Weird that i had a dream like this a few years earlier.... A variety of my other dreams from around this time also had interpretations of me feeling (inferior? i think is the word) to the male models in my life. Maybe i should have paid more attention to my dreams back then... they could have been a warning for me in the future...

OMG when this took place in reality 2 years later IT HAPPENED AT THE MALL!!! When i had gotten into the argument with him at the mall, i went inside the mall where there was a lot of people so he couldn't see me that well. I went out a back door of the mall to get to my car thinking he wouldn't see me, i walked out with a bunch of people, and he DID see me. wow, i'm kinda freaked out... i mean, he didn't TOTALLY ruin my car- the tires weren't slashed or anything.... but this dream is pretty damn close! I'm trying to think of when exactly the real argument happened, i can't think of the exact date, but i know it was about a month before my ex boyfriends birthday (sept 23) so it happened sometime in august 2008... I posted the dream in august 2006..
