is this dream a serious warning?

In real life, I am in the process of adopting a puppy from a really wonderful and sweet breeder from Ohio. Over the months, we've practically became friends and I couldnt be happier with my choice to adopt from her. However, last night, I had the strangest dream... I dreamt I was sitting in my car ( a 94 Camry) in front of WalMart. while my mom was shopping, i was checking my emails from my laptop and I received an email from the woman's husband telling me that the woman I was dealing with is a scam artist. He told me, I will never get the puppy's AKC papers because the puppy wasnt a purebred- he was part pit bull and if I didnt believe it, to come to the house and he could prove it. He also, added, theyre not from Illinois, they really live in NY but his wife listed Illinois on the website because if she told the truth, it would look like they were a puppy mill. So, I went to the house ( a few states away) and the house was in decent condition. it was located in a middle class neighborhood, in upstate NY. the husband took me inside and i saw the puppies (only a few days old, and still with their eyes closed), lying in the living room being handled by children as if they were toys. the husband picked my puppy up, showed him to me, then tossed him to the side like a rag towel. then he showed me his pedigree and true enough, his grandmother was a bulldog..but my baby looked just like a chi. I was so upset by how they were treating the puppy that I told him I still wanted to talk to him about this, but he told me we would have to go somewhere so his wife doesnt find out. I agreed and told him I lived nearby. So, I told him to follow me and we could go to my house. I drove to a ritzy section of town, into a upscale condominium complex. the condos were located on a bluff and right below was the beach. The bluff had no baracades, so without proper brakes, a car could just roll right over. I remember looking over the bluff and seeing little children with their parents, playing on the white beach below and the gentle, dark blue waves lightly crashing against the rocks. My breeder's husband was across the street looking out over the bluff into the ocean and I went over to him to see what he was looking at. The water on that side of the bluff was clear turquois, with some foam on top, and calm. while I waited for him to finish admiring the view, i sat on top of an expensive looking silver mercedes, and he was shocked and told me to get off before the owner sees me. I shrugged and told him it was no big deal because the car belonged to my husband ( my boyfriend in real life). finally, we went inside my condo and the inside was really luxuriously done. the only problem was, it was cramped, the stairs were too narrow, the lights were dim, and once you got upstairs you had to duck because the cealing was so low. In fact, the 2nd floor of the condo was so small only one person could fit at a time. It was like in Alice in Wonderland! Then I dreamt that I was in my dorm from back in college. Even in real life, that dorm was amazing. it was pretty much new and had sweet amenities. we even maids to clean up after us. It was the talk of the campus because it cost about $4,000 per semester to live there. In my dream, I was in my dorm when all of a sudden my room started to fill with smoke. Someone burts through my door and told me to get out because one of the rooms caught fire and the place was burning down. My friends and I ran down stair case ( again the lights were dim, as in my first dream) and then I woke up. Is this dream trying to tell me something- that everything isnt as it seems..and not to trust my breeder? EDIT: About me: 24f/ recently graduated from college and I have big financial goals. Im not rich but I have nice things. I like nice things. Also, I have a boyfriend, who I have been on/off with for 3 years. I am in the process of adopting a puppy =)
