Thread: Need Interpretation

First, I will explain the dynamics of my current situation.

Well, for the past couple months I have been running into this girl and I talk to her every now and then. Ever since I first saw her, I was attracted to her allthough my friend told me not to bother. I personally don't understand it, maybe childhood programming, I have no idea. Anyway, I am not sure about how she feels for me, whether she feels anything or not. Sometimes she is intrested in a conversation, others she obviously isn't. She probably isn't intrested in me, but I am not sure. I know it's weird to think about someone you hardily know so much, but I am just trying to understand the psychic dynamics between us. At the same time, I maybe creating these psychic dynamics, im not really sure. Basically I don't know what to think about all of this.


As far as my dream goes, the details are just as sketchy. Basically She was talking to me in a very high emotional state demanding me to tell her how I feel about her, and when I did, she told me that she felt the same way. I can't remember too many details besides the fact that the both of us looked just like we do in our waking lives.

I have been speculating all day about this and I still don't know what to think. I want to stop thinking about this girl because I am tired of this enigma, but I atleast want to understand what this dream was trying to tell me.

Was this some sort of resolution in the dream world? A fulfilled desire that otherwise would have not manifested in the waking realm? Was this some sort of sign that I need to act on it? Is she a symbol of something I love about myself? I have went to dream workshops but this is a bit difficult because of the intensity of the waking situation. I have no clue, tell me your thoughts on this if you dont mind.

well to me its just your consious desires manafesting in your dreams as well. I mean you obviously like her at least a little bit, it also sounds like you want her to feel the same way. In your dream she did feel the same way and you had the confidence to tell her you liked her as well.

Basicly you dreamt up the ideal scenario.

I suspected that as well. As much as I try to stay objective in this matter, sometimes it could be rather difficult to do so unless I can ponder this situation while I am in a state of total clarity (rare). I had a dream last week that I interpreted as me causing my own mess.

Furthermore, I consulted the I ching and got number 43. That says enough on it's own. So I will deffinitly limit contact and put up my psychic walls around her, thanks.

Everything in dreams is indirect and real people will not represent themselves but rather their character qualities or your relationship with them. I think she represents your desparation to express yourself to her and your hope that she will feel the same way.

It's not herself that's highly emotional but the way you feel toward her. I'm not sure exactly how the dream works but you clearly have strong emotions for her that you want to get out and express.

My advice is go ahead and ask her out. If she says yes you will have GAINED something, and if she says no it will hurt you but you'll get over this enigma and get closure like you can't so far. I think this dream is just Nature encouraging you into pursuing.

I am still feeling conflicted about it because allthough I am not very supersticious, the I Ching clearly states danger in the path that I am leading down now. It's kind of sketchy, and at this point, I am probably going to accept this as a sign of closure. I did a reading again, and I got number 6. Kinda weird. Anyway, I am going to meditate, and maybe figure something out from that.

I am probably going to stay away from this girl for a while, but I am still willing to hear opinions because I would like to get as many different angles as possible.

Last night I had a dream that my ex girlfriend of 4 1/2 years died right in front of me in some cave. I don't remember if she commited suicide or what, but we were arguing and she felt hurt because I didn't want to be with her. Then, I remember her grandmother calling me and asking if I knew where she was, and I felt that it would be too sad to tell her what happened to her grand daughter, so I lied and said that I didn't know. It was pretty intense. Also, in real life she used to be suicidal (damn anti depressants) .What do you guys think about this? Any correlation to the dream the night before? Thanks.

If you'd rather let some book make your decisions than do what you subconscious tells you, that's your choice. But one day it will be too late and you'll never find out how she felt about you.

You need to go with what you feel. If you are holding back because of your Ching and you are paying closer attention to that rather than your own self, your making a mistake. I've had some events and dreams that I did not follow and I regreted it and I hope you don't make the same mistake. Your dreams and your life are what you want them to be. Live it to the fullest

The problem is that I don't know much about this girl. I don't know why I am so pulled towards someone who I hardily know, I don't know if she has a boyfriend or anything. For all I know, this poor girl is just being friendly, and I am just intruding on her space with some weird "psychic" vibes. Allthough I felt atleast at first that there is a psychic connection between us, I can't help but to put my own thoughts and feelings under extreme scrutiny because of how wacked out this all sounds. It's hard to determine the balance of reason and sychronicity you know? If I told her how I feel, she will either be really intrested in exploring this psychic connection, or she will be trying to have me baker acted. My intuition is telling me that she would rather have me commited. I guess I should consider just approaching her with an open mind with no aversion or clinging just to see how it feels.

I think you should just try to be her friend at first. Don't worry about if she likes you or if your bothering her. If you worry than you will feel some bad vibes. Just talk to her and see where it goes. if the subject of how you feel about eachother comes up, go with it. Hope this forum is helping your desitions.

Thanks for the advice and the interpretation. I will consider it all in my dynamic activity. I think the best thing for me to do right now is to focus on purification through my regular meditative practices. In the past, I would be able to to get into that zone without dreams, but because of school kicking my rear, I had to halt the meditation and ingest tons of stimulants (which inhibit my mantra) to stay awake through school and work due to no sleep.

Does anyone have any good guidlines for interpreting dreams, remembering them, and getting through the sleep paralysis? I have experienced this a few times and it is rather scary, because I can control it, but I know that if I push it any further, I will go out of body. The furthest I went was watching my consciousness unite towards the top of my head. The limbs and center feel like they are dying and the preasure of concentrated energy in my head causes visions. At this same time, my heart rate is going a million miles an hour. I can stop it or initiate it if I am in the right head space. I remmeber even looking up at the clock and timing myself on how long I could hold on to this state. It seems like a potential learning experience, but I recently had a psychotic episode from sleep deprivation and I am still recovering form that. Also, anyone know how long it takes to heal from sleep debt? Thanks.
