Dream about setting another man on fire, need help interpretating

I had a dream last night about being out in an open grassy field with many people around. I also saw this big glass type tank with holes on the bottom and fire coming up through the holes when you hit a button. In my dream I saw someone who I hated but in real life I have never seen this person before. It seemed to be an older man kind of chubby white.. But wasn't really sure. But I grabbed him threw him in the glass tank closed the top watched him panic and holler for a few seconds then I pressed the button and watched him burn to a crisp..... as in seeing his flesh burning. Then I felt kind of sad that I did it but I decided to not worry about it. I didn't have no emotions I can recall going to grab him and throw him in just did it without thinking or feeling. I am a white male 22 years old. I don't know the guy in my dream or any of the people. Just remember seeing a mixture of male and female. I believe a female tried to stop me or call the police but it was to late. Please I was wanting help in decoding this dream. I apologize. I hope this isn't to graphical of a read I am just trying to figure this one out. So hard to translate dreams.

I am thinking maybe it means I am getting rid of a bad habit or my dream was showing me I am capable of doing something like this just try to learn from it and not do something like that.

First of all, I would not worry that having a dream like this means that you are capable of doing such a thing in real life. People often do things in dreams that they would never do in reality. Sometimes other people in dreams represent a part of ourselves. Maybe this dream means that you are purging yourself of a bad habit, or something else in your life that wasn't good. Does that make sense? Hope this helped a little bit..
