Reoccuring Dream that needs to be explained. Please help.
[b]Over the last 2 years I have been having this one dream over and over at least 4-5 times a week. This dream is so hard on my body that I wak up in a heavy sweat and I am having a hard time breathing. And when I can get back to sleep I am back where I left off most times. People have been added over the 2 years.
My dream starts with me in a pure white room. As I turn to face the other side a girl who I know stands at the other end closer to the wall. (Note:The girl standing there was my first true love. Her name is Ambur and we were close for a year or so. Although it was more of a secret then anyhitng she made me happy with my life. One night however, she pushed me away like I mean't nothing in her life.) After seeing her I feel myself smile and run to her. When I get to her I run thorugh her and my body slams against the hard white wall. I fall to the ground and look to my back. She is standing on the other side of the room with a smile. I stand and try to run to her once more. The same thing happens as before. I slam into the wall behind her and she appears behind me with her smile. I keep on running to her till the room is no longer white. The walls are splashed with my blood as I hit them. And the floor os one smeared mess with fott prints and slipping falls. I have no more strength to get up and fall once more onto the wall. I look behind me with hurt eyes. There stands all the ones I thought loved me. The order is from right to left Ambur, my father, and my current boyfriend. All at one time they point at my hurt body and smile, then I hear laughing.
Please help me. this dream haunts my nights and I need to know why I am having it. Please help me undertand.
Oh and one more thing... Once when I woke up my right hand was covered in blood. I know it seems like it could not be true but it is. I did not have any way of it getting that way. No cuts or anything anywhere on my body.

Okay, but you need to take this very seriously...
Dream reoccur because you initially fail to take the proper actions and make the proper responses. Often we do not know what the right thing is, but we DO KNOW that what we have been doing isn't it.
You need to stop running across that room. You need to stop responding to those empty and insubstantial enticements.
Look for a door. Ask for the way out. Try levitating out through the ceiling, but whatever you do, don't do what you have been doing continuously for the last two years. It is beginning to break you down. The damage done to your Dream Persona is likely to spread into your Waking Self and your waking behavior.
Hmmmmm. you know, it may be a good thing that the other people in the room are smiling at you. This may be some acceptance of you... an alternative to that insubstantial girl that keeps running you into the walls. Go to those friends and see what happens.
Also, you might try showing the "Stop in the Name of Love" Sign (when Motown Groups sing that song, the choreography is always the same, isn't it?) to that dreadful girl. That is, put your arm out, hand facing outward, palm out, fingers up and together. Like you are directing traffic to stop. In dreams this gesture often is enough to freeze and deactivate an Enemy.
Anyway, whatever it is you decide to do, set up a Suggestion Program whereby you remind yourself seven or eight times a day, that the next time you have That Dream, you will behave in such and such a different way. Get an athletic digital watch and set the Repeat Countdown Timer for every 20 or 30 minutes, and each time it goes off, relax and auto-hypnotize yourself to do whatever it is you plan to do in that Dream, to change it.
You know, it is fair to ask your Dreams for Guidance. After this Impass of Two Years your Dream Mind would probably be glad to give you some Advice. But you must show some willingness to take the advice. You must break out of this recurrent pattern. You must show some Will Power.

Thank you verymuch for this. I will try to do something other then run to her. I never thought that I could do anything other then run to her. I just wanted her to hold me one more time. You know?

Oh... I see what you mean.
Maybe the problem is that you 'run'. Maybe if you 'walked' and perhaps gestured that she meet you half way. Any relationship has to be a two-way street. Yes, it can be sad when those who had been important in our lives turn out to disappoint us... but if such is the case, what choice have we but to move on.
But, yes, whenever a dream reoccurs over and over, we have to examine such dreams for choices that we have not been making. We have to do SOMETHING differently, even if we hardly know what. For instance, I had dreams of losing things or getting lost. So, naturally enough, I thought, I would try to find the things or find my way. Well, it turns out that my intuition had been wrong. When I finally started to say "Just Screw It" when I'd lose something or get lost, then the Dreams stopped re-occuring. Apparently the lesson was to move forward and not look back, and to understand that when some things are lost, it simply makes room for new things. Who would have guessed? But after awhile I simply had to try something different, and that was the last thing I expected.
So maybe not running to someone you love will be what will break you out of these Nightmares.
