I had a dream that I had a baby girl and she was aging quickly

Hello everyone,

I have never posted on here before but this dream has driven me crazy all day. Last night, I had a dream that I had a baby girl and she was extremely tiny. So much so that they put her into a small box the size of christmas clothes gift box. At the very strt of the dream I looked down and told my mom shes so beautiful shes pale with blue eyes. Later on in the dream I had went to McDonalds with my brother, sister in law, and niece. My niece appeared to be older around the age of 6 or 7, and I still felt relatively young around my same age. My brither and sister in law told me something in the dream as a joke and it made me realize that I was really a mom at such a young age. When I looked down after that thought the baby had grown to look around 6 months old. The next part of the dream I was at my grandfathers house with my mom and dad and the baby had grown to be around a year or year and half old and could walk. In every part of the dream she was wearing light pink but here she also had a bright majestic looking light around her as she ran in circles around a tree. In this part if the dream I didn’t really think about the fact that I was a young mom. However, in the next part I had to take my daughter to the doctors for a check up and my thoughts were full of things like “what will people think of me now that I have a daughter” and stuff like that. I guess I got so carried away with my thoughts that I forgot my daughter at home and left her sleeping. After that I just remember walking back my car and feeling overwhelmed with what others would think of me. I woke up and it felt so real that I even thiught I have to go take care of the baby… what does this mean? I have been thinking about it this all day, and don’t know what its supposed to mean.
