Sex with a female ghost and male ghost and found rooms

This is by far the weirdest dream I've ever had. I was in a house my husband and I just bought. We discovered a bedroom with a hospital bed and handicap accessible bathtub inside the bedroom. The house's previous owner left their processions, and it was kind of a hoard. I was talking pictures of a manicure chair in which a female ghost appeared and which time I initiated oral sex with her. She was an older ghost, slightly older than myself. After which she introduced me to a male ghost at which time I had sex with the male ghost. I was the one in control. After which time I resumed taking pictures and continuing the process of trying to get things ready to hire someone to come in a clean things up, but I didn't want to pay them I wanted them to clean house in exchange for the items they removed. Before I woke up I went to the kitchen and prepared breakfast for my husband, two daughter, my nephew and his wife and his three sons. I'm a 50 year old female, married for over 30 years. I have lost my sex drive probably nearing menopause. Before I had a very high sex drive. One daughter is going off to college soon. One daughter is 10. My mother is deceased for 3 years, my fathers health is failing. Although I'm not close to my father. But my Mother in law is battling Alzheimer's. It is progressing. I'm in good health so is my husband. In my dream I was not afraid, anxious or worried. I do remember feeling like I wanted to clear the house and remodel. That I loved the house and recognized its potential. I'm a happy person, love my husband, but we are not intimate and haven't been for a year or so. This is my choice. What the heck does this mean?
