cannot remember much as forgot to take my note pad to bed with me Can remember in darkened room and someone was painting my hair with red paint and they cut it quite short and i was angry and asking them why they did this ?

Maybe a dark experience where someone or part of you painted you as angry? The paint might mean fake or on the surface, or covering up, or maybe not true. But then maybe it really made you angry. Or something like that or along those lines, maybe. Not angry, then angry. Did they cut short your thought? And you wondered why?

Being in a darkened room....suggests a time where you are letting others take away your Light. Your hair is your thoughts, your intuition (your antennea)....Red is the color of anger or passion. Letting someone paint your hair red and cut it short says that you are letting someone in your life upset you, get to you, their actions , thoughts or deeds are making you mad as hell and by doing this, or rather you letting them get to you and make you mad, you are losing you own personal power (cutting hair short). So...whoever it is...LET IT GO NOW
