Hello!

I dream often of being sick. Usually something like a bad cold. I can sometimes feel the symptons too. For the past few months, I have been having this dream about once a week.

I am a 20 year old female who is very healthy and I haven't gotten sick at all in these past 5 months. I have been quite mentally healthy too, so I don't suppose it's a dream signalling otherwise.

Before I started having this dream, I was of only moderate health, and got colds as often as most people do though I never had this dream. So, I'm at a loss for what my brain is trying to tell me.
