Thread: Reoccuring nightmare. Interpretation please

Hi everyone.. im new here, but not to lucid dreaming and/or controlling my dreams. I seem to have stumbled upon a reoccuring nightmare that i cannot control in any way. Im not sure if it is out of fear or what, but i believe this nightmare is from somthing i heard on the radio on news. A man in Washington was visiting a " farm " and it was a place where you could do sexual things with these animals. I dident realize it but i guess beastility is legal in like 7 states in the usa. Anyhow.. he had the horse penatrate him .. long story short.. he died in the hospital cause it sevearly damaged his colon. ON TO THE DREAM the dream starts off im back at the farm when i was young and i walk out into a field. I look around and the next thing i know, i see a horse running at me full speed. simple things like this i can usually change in a dream. anyhow. There is a colored man atop the horse and im trying to get away. They always catch me. but when they do.. the strangest thing happens, the man jumps off the horse and says.... im Jeff and he isnt wearing any clothes. He picks some grass and feeds it to the horse and then himself eats some. He proceeds to perform oral sex on the horse, he then has the horse have sex with him and usually at that point i wake up. This is serious, im sure some ppl will blow this off, but i really would like an interpretation. thanks for your time

Sorry I can't help, genitalia dreams are pretty rare, and when they occur they are really really weired and screwed up, including my own. They seem to be in a category of their own.

Gosh, that is funny and disturbing at the same time.

I'm sort of the opposite of you. I'm not so good a LDing but I always have numerous interpretations to my own dreams.

I think instead of consulting us you should try a little harder at figuring out what it means yourself.

How?

(1) LD and try asking the man (or horse) to explain themselves. Or try asking some dream guide.
(2) Find a meaning to it and apply it to your life (dream life included). Recurring nightmares are, I think, just unresolved issues in real life. I wouldn't trust those dream dictionaries if I were you, because each person has his own rich experiential-based personal dream dictionary. Inside.

But since you asked for an interpretation...

I personally think you should check yourself for the following things:
- Escapism in lucid dream life.
- Maybe you have have hatred against/are running away from people that are promiscuous or gay instead of accepting the different kinds of people.

I know those are crappy interpretation but since you say you can control dreams well, try to wake up in that nightmare or some other normal dream and turn lucid and find some help inside with the nightmare. I dont know . . . maybe manifest your subconscious and ask it, create a interpretation center and ask the people there, the possibilities are limitless--especially when you are lucid . . .

That is a pretty odd dream, and it could be there is no interpretation. Rather you were just severely disturbed by the news and it stuck with you in a way that it is recurring in your dreams. You probably should just give it a few nights and see if it goes away as the memory of the news fades, or just becomes old in your mind.
