Hello, I am New

And I am aware there is an introduction area as well, but this was of strict importance to me. I would appreciate any insight you all may have to my dream! I will post the summary (it was a while ago, I will try my best) then if you all need it, I cant post current situations that may pertain to it. ================ My husband and I were in a random house, and there was a sticky note infront of us. It said, "We are bored over here... but it's safe! But we need some things.." and listed various items needed. We grabbed some cat-litter refresher (lol this was funny to me) and some flash-lights. Then, when we got all packed up, we went through a mirror. On the other-side, the place looked like it was under construction. There was plastic mats hanging from the ceiling (the kind you use for painting rooms). We finally reached our party of people, and they instantly freaked out at the sight of us. "What the hell are you doing here?! We can't go back! Why did you go through the mirror?" To which I replied, "Well, some idiot wrote a note saying it'll be fine!!" And as we all scanned the room to see who the culprit was, I woke up. ======= Thank-you for looking over this dream, I hope it wasn't rude of me to jump the gun and get an interpretation right off the bat!

Some background ==== I am currently going through a shifting stage in life, where everything feels like it's up in the air. I can't decide what I want to do in my life as far as my career goes, and I know every moment I think too hard about it, another minute has been wasted on "not jumping in." Currently, I have been debating on a few career fields and unfortunately decided to take on other's opinions of what I ought to do. I FEEL like this dream is telling me I shouldn't rely on others' OPINIONS... I should BE my OWN person. But on the flip-side, I require gathering information and opinions in order for me to feel confident in my choices in life. Like i weighed all of the options, consequences, as well as looked at all the pros and cons. It's what makes me feel secure in my decision! As far as the career choice and it's relation to the dream, I don't think it's leaning towards one way more than the other. I've had a yin-yang experience when asking other's opinions... it's literally a split DOWN THE MIDDLE on whether or not I should pursue this or not.
