Dream about teeth and rune symbols.

Hi, everyone! I'm brand new to this site. I'm usually able to understand my own dreams pretty well, but in this case, I decided I wanted another opinion. Okay, I'll spare you the boring part and jump right into what bothered me: I'm sitting with my brother, husband, best friend and some guy I don't know in this room. I'm casually talking to my brother when, all of a sudden, I feel something weird in my mouth. I put my hands into my mouth and start pulling out teeth that have rune symbols on them. (The two that stuck out were one of an eye and the other of a sun.) There was also some kind of finger nail like material. I show him and he seemed interested in the rune marks. I ask him if I'm dreaming and he says "no." I felt very odd about what just happened and ask my best friend to come to the bathroom with me, where again, teeth start falling out. This time, they're odd shaped - some huge, some long and pointy and they're all black and dirty. I scratch some of the black off with my fingernail and show them to her. She didn't think much of it. I ask her if I'm dreaming, she laughs at me and says "no, are you crazy?" Then I wake up... I know that was long...but any ideas on this?

Teeth falling out in dreams is fairly common, as for the interpretation part I really can't help you as I don't believe dreams have any deeper meaning then random thoughts.

Welcome to Dreamviews! Teeth falling out is said to indicate self-consciousness in terms of one's vanity, or appearance. If that's not the case, I'd say it's just a random occurrence.

Artemidorus lists teeth as referring to relatives. Different parts of the mouth refer to gender and relation. The sun, traditionally, refers to one's father. I am not sure what pulling out refers to, but i'd start (guessing any of this is relevant) asking if relations in the family are strained, that you are currently in denial of.
