      A childhood dream...

      Well I think this is the only dream i remember...and now that I've started getting into Lucid Dreaming and things like that it has popped back into my mind...
      here it is:
      Im a kid like i was back then, about 7 years old or so. Me, my little sister and my parents (I don't remember anyone else) are in a car. Dad's driving as usually. We come to this bridge...I think its a dam or something like that.
      And all of a sudden we strike right through the edge of the bridge to the left (which is usually the higher side of the dam, but it wasn't in the dream) and we go a huge way down. At the bottom there's water about, up to my knees. Mom and Dad die. Me and my little sister go wondering around the car and panic, we're not harmed in any way.

      And thats as far as i remember... It might be just my imagination but I think I might've realised/thought its a dream cause when I was a kid I used to think Mom will never die and she's immortal...but as I said it might just be my imagination and I just made that up...after all, how can I be sure?

      And this reminds me also, I used to cry as a kid a lot, to my mom about how she can't die, that she just couldn't do it to me. (Maybe this has something to do with my granny dying at the same time too)

      The reason I posted this was because I just wanna be sure that there is nothing blocking my dream recall. Some tragedy happened in my dreams that Me and my Subconciousness/Conciousness got so shocked it won't let me remember my dreams.

      PS.Please do not laugh or comment sarcastically or something to that sort, because well. I'm new and I've never been welcome anywhere so I speculate everyones intentions. And I don't let away something this personal. I've always had to keep it all inside myself, nobody to talk to.

      Not long ago I read a Post from somewhere which supposed that children have childish dreams -- clowns, ponies and a lot of primary colors in fields of pretty flowers and rainbow skies full of balloons. Well, that simply is not the way it is. Children often dream of death. THEY HAVE TO. The most important lesson a child can learn is that Life can be dangerous. At the same time that our mothers are telling us not to run with scissors or we'll poke our eyes out -- not a pleasant thing to tell a child, but necessary -- well, our dreams are doing the same thing by presenting us with horrible possibilities. Not only accidental possibilities, as in your dream, but also horrible Moral possibilities. Children dream of stealing and getting caught. Murdering and getting caught. Children have all sorts of Anxiety Dreams, simply so they won't have to learn in Real Life what they can learn harmlessly in their Dreams.

      But it does take a certain toll. Dreams can become scarey. One can eventually be conditioned to remember dreams only reluctantly.

      But this can be reversed. If you bravely insist that you would like to Re-Enroll in the Dream Program and that you will do your best in a good faith effort to learn what your Dreams are trying to show you, then your Dream Recall will definitely return.
