My first somewhat in control lucid dream!

Alright i don't wanna go over the whole dream but basically i was able to change my environment and use the whats going to be in town method. But i am still not able to fly! i was pretty good at not getting distracted last night but i can't fly or make the dream "realistic" when i look at my hands they were deformed even though i was lucid! It was funny my dad knew he was fake and my left hand looked normal and we were looking for deformation together :D. But i think flying would be a good experience because nobody will be up there (hopefully) so no distractions. I always get close to flying but never succeed i need to fly! :panic: what are some methods!

How many Lucids have you had all together? Because i had my first a while ago and i think if you get to excited, and like you said, distracted it can be hard.... I don't have any tips because ive only had 1 :D

Try by jumping as high and as far as you can!
Or jump of a building or something, but do rc first :cheeky:
Take a good run and launch yourself...

Think about being weightless, imagine an astronaut in space or something.
Or spread your arms like superman and take of! :)
And try telling to yourself : This is a dream, i'm a god in this realm, anything is possible!
Say this out loud a couple of times to reinforce this!
