      Food Induced Dreams

First off, I'm new at this forum, but not to lucid dreams, OOBEs and Dreaming in general.

Like most of you I use music to induce and prompt a dream. Also its just more enjoyable.
I have been experimenting with eating bits of food about 20 - 30 minutes before going
to sleep. I found that a few pickle slices gets me dreaming almost every time, but they
usually turn out to be nightmares. Milk does nothing (except make my mouth taste bad >_<)
and the few other things i've tried do little as well. I was wondering if there are other foods
which induce dreams for anyone else, or any info to aid my experimentation.

      Thanks - FC

I don't know much about the relation between food you eat and lucidity or dream recall. Seeker is having a research done about that at the moment though. I'm sure he'd be very happy if you join the research also (the more people the better). Its very simple and doesn't take much time at all. Here's a link for more information on the research.

I don't mean to sound like a complete idoit, but how do you induce lucid dreams with music?
Dreaming permits each and every one of us to be quietly and safely insane every night of our lives.
