To heal in a dream

Last night_________

I was in some kind of public restroom, carrying a heavy object, no idea how i got there. well for some reason i needed to either use the toilet, or drop of this object in a bathroom stall, so i started kicking open the doors, struggling with this impending object, and to my surprise all the stalls were full, and i remembered something! "I have read somewhere, probly the Dream Views Forum, that someone had a dream and all the toilet stalls were full, so this must be a dream"

Strength flowed into my arms as i dropped the object and I wanted to go visit my girlfriend, so i took off and tried busting through the ceiling, not wanting to go through the door, if there even was one.
My fist hit the ceiling, and i dropped back to the floor, and then i looked around hastily and tried spinning to change the scenery, but i could not, probly because of the four walls that held the bathroom together.

I noticed a window and flew out of it, even thought my body wouldnt fit in the waking world through that small space. i made it fit, and as i was flying i stretched out my arms to fly at full speed which wasnt very fast...
I STRETCHED OUT MY RIGHT ARM! let me explain-last summer, i severely dislocated all three bones in my arm-possibly the worst arm break out there, and to this day i can not stretch out my arm to its full straightness.
IT felt so wonderfull to stretch out this arm, because i can only stretch it out about 85%. I have attended physical therapy and they could not heal it to 100%

The question is-Is it possible to induce healing techniques through a dream that will make my ligaments,tendons,cartilage, and bones heal in the waking world?

i realize that this would take ALOT of expirience, and severe dedication, but my arm prevents me from doing day to day tasks as easy, and as it is i have an 80% chance of re-dislocating it...

i know this is a long post, but if you have ANY useful information or links, please share, it would mean alot to me

can you stretch you arm now? or you did it only in a dream?

Edit: I've read accounts of drug induced spiritual/body healing, but i'm not sure if it will interest you.

Perhaps quicker, but not an instant heal. I read somewhere that thinking of yourself doing something correctly/good makes you better at the thing you're thinking of.

So, you could try dreaming of your arm healing, or flexing it, or something like that. It might all be fake, and I might be wrong, but you aren't going to hurt yourself anymore by trying

I can not stretch it out fully in my WAKING LIFE...i only have about 85% movement.

In the dream i could stretch it out fully, and as i said, it felt completely amazing.

hrmm..interesting...i wonder if you can apply this to say, practicing a real life talent in the dream world...like say practicing the piano...hrmm anybody feel like testing this? cause it'll take more than one person's results to prove anything

They have done it, basketball and a few other things, they had a control group that practiced in the physical world, and a group that practiced in the dream world, they both showed equal improovement.

You can learn in your dreams.
