I'm pretty much with Loaf on this. I feel like chemical aids are mostly placebos unless you're talking about hallucinogens and as far as I'm concerned, they're an entirely different story. I'm sure some of this stuff is valid, but it seems like using a chemical aid to get yourself lucid is sort of a cheat, like you're tricking your mind rather than using your own abilities and developing skills to actually do so. Do whatever you want, though. It's your body.
i agree with you to a certain extent.. i do not take any supplements like gelantamine or choline bitarate however before bed, i do try to increase the amount of B6 in the foods i eat (which usually involves late-night snacks lol)

It doesnt help with lucidity but recall seems to be better and more vivid.. And to be honest, if its not harming your body and helping with dreaming in general, why not
