      Closing Eyes = Waking Up?

Is this commen, when I close my eyes for like 3 seconds to do ANYTHING (particually dream spinning but other things too) I always wake up so is this commen to people first trying to LD? (I've had about 15 LD's) And does losing lucidity make the dream end sometimes?

I had the same issue years ago. It went off just by experiencing and training not to open your real eyes when you blink in dreams so I would say it is fairly common. No need to fret, just more tries and you'll get the hang of it!
Jujutsu is the gentle art. It's the art where a small man is going to prove to you, no matter how strong you are, no matter how mad you get, that you're going to have to accept defeat. That's what jujutsu is.

Yeah, I also have trouble staying in the dream whenever I close and then attempt to open my eyes. It shouldn't be that way, but it is for some reason. . . :-/

How many times do I have to say it? Everything in your dreams requires your attention to exist. That goes especially for your surroundings. Waking up from closing your eyes is the same thing as spinning too fast in a dream. You lose focus on your surroundings and wake up.

If you can't focus on something visually in your dreams, then use tactile sensations and sound instead.

when i teleport i close my eyes. so i associate it with something other than waking up - when i wake up things normally go black without my eyes closing.
