ok if i take sleeping pills will it be harderto lucid dream, and can anyone share a LD mp3 file?

You can't control specifically what they say, but you can control what they say in general. Blast DCs with specific emotions like a care bear stare, and they will respond to those emotions.

In my limited experience, yes, sleeping pills do make it harder to LD.
