naturals are what we call people who did all the right things accidentally
patience is required above all else in learning to dream. Like shift pointed out, take some time out a few times a day to just sit down somewhere random and watch what's happening around you quietly. |

"Sorrow is nothing but worn out joy."
I know what you mean Queen. That's usually what it feels like for me when I'm starting to wake up, yet frantically trying to save the dream even though I can hear my alarm clock going off. Maybe you just get too excited once you become lucid and the dream starts to slip away. I usually tell myself to calm down and I really try to focus on the dream and things in the environment. |
