Depends. What did you have in mind besides sex? General consensus says that whatever you expect to happen and focus on happening is going to happen. For something like an orgasm during sex, if you are a virgin, well it depends and there are no strict answers yet. You may naturally simulate an orgasm from some inherent knowledge of what an orgasm is supposed to feel like or the actual chemical and mechanical reactions.
