hi,i don't know what i call it. you know trying to sleep. all of sudden i went up and up i could see my body under blanket.then there was a nightmare because of sth i had done earlier that night and i can't explain.i thought it's a lucid dream but soon i realized i'm stuck in it. i couldn't change anything i had no control i couldn't speak and justify what i had done earlier.it lasted for a long time and i was scared shitless.couldn't figure out what it was dreaming or dying,i saw my body so i thought i'm dead and going to be punished for that damn thing.i tried hard but couldn't get rid of it.i cried and showed regret over what i had just done then i was able to speak and i came back to my body.really weird! when i came back i woke up and thanked god
anybody had the same experience i'm always able to get up when i want but this time i'm not sure that was actually a dream
