Thread: Lightheaded and Dizzy when Luciding

I've been able to DILD A few times recently but found that I eventually became lightheaded and Dizzy. Just this morning I was playing a game where you had to throw a ball to a partner and I had trouble throwing the ball back from it. I've been told that I've got low blood-pressure but I wasn't thinking that It could affect my Dreams either, if that might be what it is.
Anyone else Experiencing this?

We are talking about dreams, right? Nothing physical effects your dreams. Even if you were say deaf, you could still hear in dreams.

I get that when I got my first INSANELY VIVID lucid dream. It felt like I was super heavy and spinning.
