This is an awesome idea! I made my own video with pictures of beaches and underwater scenes. I posted it on youtube if anyone is interested...but, there's no naked women in it. :P

Well i was searching this on google and this was a thread that came up so could not resist signing on and commenting.
i saw the video that the previous poster uploaded on youtube and was impressed that it works for people, i wanted to make my own with *ahem* other sorts of pictures in it. Unfortunately for me i have an apple mac and cant run the program you used to make it, can any of you recommend any other techniques or programs i can use, as i would love to try this out for myself, thankyou

I tried this and had several very vivid and long dreams. I didn't become lucid, and at most few parts I didn't have enough control of my mind to realize that the dream had very strong sexual overtones, but that probably is due to the fact that I only watched it for about 3 or 4 minutes before going to bed.
Going to try longer tonight.

yea this actually didnt work for me for two nights in a row. but i think i know why.....
each night of sleep i slept for like 6 hours, so my stages of REM werent so great, and the way i was sleeping i have found to stop me from remembering my dreams....
