Yup!! I believe we all can analyze our own dreams. Some dreams
are too weird and shouldnt get another thought except amusement but
like you said we should be able to figure out why we dreamed some things
for instance:
When i was a new mother, i used to always have dreams of my babies
getting hurt by something in the house or outside. They would always
be terrifying and i would most times wake up. I would wonder, why would
i dream such horrifying dreams about my babies. But then because i
remembered what hurt the baby i would take steps in real life to make
sure the thing would never really happen. I had this one scary one about
my son that i still remember. We had these huge steel screens on the
wall at the floor for air intake for the furnace, in this house we lived in.
A small dog could crawl through them. The screens could just pull out
easily. In my dream.....my baby son, pulled the screen out and fell all
the way down into the abyss! I couldnt get in to get him and i knew in
the dream he was lost. I layed on the floor by the opening and cried and
cried until i woke up....still crying. That very day, I had my husband nail
in those screens so they couldnt be easily removed.
So i started realizing that i as a new mother, was having dreams about
obvious danger that my baby could get into, that i wasnt consciously
aware of in real life..........isnt that freaky!?! These dreams were preventative
dreams..........it was so obvious!
