hey, im not actshelly emo. any way, i've had alot LDs although i didn't even know what they were i just called them controlled dreams, i used to live in london and i had alot of stress which = alot of nightmares, so i learned how to controll my dreams, i just need some tips to have them often, like every night, i get like 2 a week already, i havn't tryed any techneqes yet i just used dream controll to defend myself in dreams, i've gone flying several times but not at will, so basically i need all the tips you can give. thanks
