Shouldn't be a problem I think since this is basically what you do, also when you do RC's. How many LD's have you had? If not a lot I would sugest it's about practise maby, why you can't stop is because you think you can'ät stop, am I right? If so, free your mind |

kampsun, I agree with gratismat. |

Thanks you both. Had another lucid tonight and it started again with running. Then i just said to myself that i should stop, it worked. After that i touched and felt the wall near me, and of i was, exploring the dream world |

I don't know about others. However, when I'm aware of my existence in my dreams, I'm always doing something, e.g. fighting, flying, running, speaking. On the contrary, when I become lucid, everything 'stops'. There is a sense of stillness, and I only act when I wish to. It's difficult to describe. |

Also, why not plan out what you are going to do in a lucid dream? When I have no purpose or direction planned in my dream, I tend to spend the entire dream flying. That's why I always try and set a goal. |
