I am a natural LDer, and have tested all of these out. I can tell you that if you practice these, then like anything else, you will get better at them and will eventually not even have to think about em'.
So I've compiled a list of exercises for 2 different skill levels. I may add more later:
Scrubs:
- There are very easy ways to make people appear, such imagining them walking aroung a corner or seeing them walk by in a crowd. But for this exercise, it's going to be a bit harder. Go up to a door and imagine the person on the other side. Then when you open it, they will be there. Close the door and replace that person with somebody else. Repeat the process. Once you get good at that, try opening and closing the door faster and faster, with somebody new each time. You could pick 3 people, and alternate between them as fast as possible, or try something else. To add to the difficulty, maybe you could have them wear different clothes everytime you see them, or have them each say something before you close the door. Get creative. This is a very basic and useful skill to learn, practice=perfect.
- Flying. Personally, I think this is a beginner level skill. There are many different techniques tha you can read about on this site about how to fly. However, all it comes down to is just imagning that you're lifting off the ground, and WALA, you're flying. So this exercise will focus on how to fly while standing straight up, as opposed to the standard "superman" pose. So you'll be vertical while flying, not horizontal. practice practice practice. This leads up to being able to fly in any position. Being able to barrel roll, back-flip, fly on a magic crapet, anything.
Veterans:
- Practice making random events happen. This could be a Srub skill, but I'll list it under Vet because you can make some pretty elobarate things happen once you get good. Example, make some random person blow up in a bloody mess. Or change the color of a building. There's an endless amount of stuff you can do so I will not get into detail. Just practice doing harder and harder things. It's always fun to make some guy beat another guy down with a baseball bat
- Practice recall.... in your dreams!!! While you're in your dream, whip out a simon game and see how long you can go Or try to remember what you did in your dream 5 min ago. This will help your recall in real life, and help you navigate around your dream world the next night
- Change scenery. Practice covering your eyes, then when you uncover them, you're in a new place (that's all I'm gonna write, I'm lazy )
CONCLUSION:
These should be practiced frequently. They are also fun I will make a tutorial for LD sex later.
