I have had only 2 lucid dreams. But I wasn't able to control them. When I become lucid then I wake up! (Am I too happy about having a lucid dream?) I use AFILD technique and I have a really moderate recall. What I have to do? Is that a problem? |

I'm back
Yeah it's most likely that you get too excited when you find out you're in a dream. And FILDs seem very short for me too, so try using a new technique such as WILD and stuff. |

Try rubbing your hands or spinning. Those actions are notorious for lengthening a dream after one becomes lucid. |

Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.
Yup, passive control is very good, the only control I manage to get is passive control if I try to force something I just wake up. I still have problems with losing lucidity though within a couple minutes. |
