I kno everything put the part that i dont get is that, right when i got to bed what do i do and once i wake up in the middle of the dream what do i do?
Like do u like relax ur whole body till ur relax then repeat something? and once u go to sleep and wake up in the middle of the night do u repeat it again or what im confused
When you wake up in a dream you can do whatever you want, it's your dream and there are no consequences. I don't do anything before going to bed, some people do (its called autosuggestion,) some people enter dreams consciously. Some people prefer reality checks or incubating dreams. Check out the tutorials section. I recommend looking at DILD and DEILD first.
