My techniques for Dream Control

I'm able to extend my Lucid dreams from 5 min to 2 hours . The technique i use is very simple and very easy to do 1. Pick up a object or tool that you wear everyday for example a watch, clock etc.. 2. During the day try to look at your object and check if its functioning as it supposed to. 3. Repeat this process every 1 hour so it becomes a habit for you. 4. Once you repeat this process, you will automatically do the same thing during your dreams.. 5. Your only responsibility is to look after the object and its details.. tip : i usually mark my hands with a star.. 6. In your dreams you wont be able to see the details so here you go! you will process to a Lucid state right away since you exposed your own dream. Control you dream : To control your dream it is very simple , you can extend you LD by 2-3 hrs with a simple technique called "Becoming the owner" In the Lucid State look up the sky you shall see a ORB that produces your dream.. The Orb is your Brain "your Intellect" Everyone can see it and command it. Now how can i command it to extend my lucid dream? Look up to it , and use a command example : "I'm god in my dreams and from this moment on, I fully control the process of my dream" As you can see, I'm using the word GOD, because for me it means Control and Power. You can use any high rated "word" that makes you brain think of Full control Command the orb, it will listen to any of your commands... PS: for those who don't see an orb, it is there and its you

Hi borntokill! Great ideas, especially the orb. I don't know if it would extend your dreams but I can see how it can be used for full control and clarity. I think that picking up an object/tool during today can be a reality check that wouldn't work after a while. In my dreams I wear my analog watch and it usually makes sense. If you kept constantly looking at the object I'd imagine that it would end up appearing in your dream correctly, much like the idea of a reality check seeps into your dream.

Last night I was lucid and looked up into the sky. I saw the orb and it immediately started falling down towards me and turned into this amazing movement of light. I said something to it like "this dream will last for two hours!" but everything went black and I lost control. Any advice?

Perhaps u didn't believe in what u were saying, also lets say ur rem period was going to end in 20 mins it makes it therefore impossible to make it last two hours. Perhaps u could command that u will remain lucid until ur dream ends and fully believe in what ur saying. (u are god after all)
