I have only had Lucid Dreams about 3-4 times, all of them DILD's. I could only remain lucid for a short time, but while I was lucid, I could do most basic stuff like flying and such. Of course I fall to the ground when I lose my lucidity
All of my lucid dreams have occurred before I found out about DV, thus explaing why I didn't have full control, I just didn't know what had to be done to achieve it. I have never done any RC's, and have never thought of any dream signs, I have just got the idea that I was dreaming, and started doing things on my own.
However, I have never obtained complete ludicity. I have always seen everything blurry and hazy, and I haven't had any luck in seeing myself in first person instead of third person. Gotta work on that.
Personally, I find it much easier to achieve DILD when I see someone that I would like to have sex with, then I keep telling myself: "Hey! Do it! It's a dream! Go on! Push her to the ground! It's just a dream! There will be no consequences! DO IT!" and eventually, I understand that "Hey, it IS just a dream" and I start doing my thing , and hey! I didn't even have to check my dream signs!
Tonight I will try WILDing, from the instructions by BillyBob and I hope it will, if not being a first-time-hit, at least get me closer to full control or full lucidity.
I believe that I have a talent for lucid dreaming, since I had three of them without even knowing what the heck a lucid dream is, so I hope and believe that I will progress quickly. I have a strong confidence, a vivid imagination and I REALLY want to have a lucid dream, so I think that will help me in accomplishing my task
I haven't thought of any Lucid Dream Tasks yet, and it is too late for me to start concentrating on that now, I'll just have to try a WILD without "quests" and just have fun, and maybe I'll set up goals for the next time.
I have also become better at dream recalling. Even though I don't wake up after every dream yet, I at least woke up directly after the last one, and therefore I could remember it. Sadly, I haven't begun a dream journal yet, but I will as soon as I can.
That's all from me, please give me comments and/or tips on how to improve my lucid dreaming!

EDIT: I'll have to remember to check my spelling errors BEFORE i post anything. Darn.
