When you're trying to make stuff appear it helps if you don't try to make it appear in front of your EYES. Like, say I wanted a hamburger. If I were in a room with a table, out loud I would say, "When I turn around there is going to be a delicious hamburger on that table." It should work. Also for people, if you're outside, a good thing to say is "When I go around that corner ______ will be there." As for making your dream longer, there isn't much you can do (I think). When you leave a dream you're probably exitting a REM stage. But if you feel yourself getting unstable, like you KNOW you're about to wake up, then spin (don't close your eyes! |
